Very lucky to have found this location to renew my driver s license. Easy drive from Austin.Location was easy to find and not crowded. Big shout out to Debbie. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I came here for my driving test, and they got me in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Incredibly friendly and efficient, well worth the drive from bigger cities.In case anyone s curious, the parallel parking test was behind the building on the same block. The two poles were easy to see but the curb s a little hard to see, especially from the driver s seat. For anyone else taking the driving test, I recommend getting there a little earlier to check out what it looks like beforehand.

Well who could have thought this place earns 5 stars?!? It does because Debbie is fast, friendly, and fair. You *gotta* have the right documents and I appreciate that fact because it's what helps keep us safe out here. Way to go Debbie, single-heartedly making the Giddings office the go-to place for driver's license renewals!

No walk ins even if your the only person there. One lady in office. Very rude. Don't come here

Penny was great. Super professional and runs that office well. We had a great experience. It's a beautiful drive from Houston and will probably be about the same amount of time waiting at one of the other mega centers.

My husband and I went in on April 19th to get his veteran plates after calling and talking to them and they said they do that there. When we went in the lady there was very rude and wouldn t let us in the room to even ask questions. She wouldn t even let us talk after we said what we were needing
