Not really impressed with the store the have trouble finding the correct parts for you, a few of the guys there think they know everything and seems to be wrong.

I go to O'Reilly's for my car parts, and I was there the other day to get my battery installed and the person who was doing it, was talking about me before my back.You know if ya got my something to say about me, tell me front of me to my face and not behind my back.

We were on the road with truck issues about 100 miles from home and the store was closing. We called and spoke to Tom and he waited a few minutes for us and helped us also find a part he didn t have at another location. He helped get our family home safe!! He is amazing at customer service . Thanks Tom for your help!

We pick up parts routinely for our service station and Matt always has these ready. He will call ahead of time if the part is not in stock. He is very professional and we are grateful to have this person helping with our business.

Very disappointed.I travel from Houston to our Farm just outside of giddings� and have stopped in at this O'Reilly quite a few times to pick up parts. Morning employees are very ill-mannered and quite frankly seem more immature than most children with attitude problems. Especially the management. One of the ladies had checked me out and just clicked on an random item and gave it to me and when I asked if this is the right item her response was yeah. I then left the store. And my husband who walked out of the bathroom overheard her saying that probably wasn't the right item but at least my sales are up laughing about it. After bringing it up to the manager. who didn't even apologize. then handed off our returned� to someone else to finish because and I quote, I don't want to deal with this, I'm going home. On a separate occasion I heard the same lady who checked me out previously and provided me the wrong part.was talking about sexual activities with an customer.The other men who work there are generally very polite and will take an extra step to give you great service but the manager and the other woman who work there. I would recommend avoiding. After this latest experience of coming in and seeing management act in an unprofessional manner .arguing on the phone with who I'm assuming is a customer. I've never written a review before but I decided to write this review to inform others what to expect if you decide to do business with this store.

I came for a AC/Heater control unit and a blower resistor. They had both in stock. What really impressed me was how nice, and happy ALL the employees were. That makes for a much more enjoyable shopping experience. Well done!

Our CAT powered Skoolieship needed a new heavy duty battery...The service was great at this location and the battery was in stock.

Drove 30 mins there for some specific gaskets and delt with Matt. He told us they did not have one of the gaskets we needed. Once we got back to the shop and looked it up in first call it showed they had it in stock. After calling back Matt he just said sorry the gasket is here if you need it. This isnt the first time we had parts issues with this store. The one Brenham is much better.

It is amazing the difference in the quality of staff service and attitude at O Reilly s Auto Parts stores around the country. As a faithful/reward customer of your business, I ve frequented many O Reilly stores in several states where I have experienced many knowledgeable, helpful and kind retail store personnel. Today was an exception when I visited the store at 1942 on HWY. 290 in Giddings, Tx. The store associate named Matt was both unhelpful and rude to me as a customer. I wanted to purchase and ask for his help to install a signal light in my Chevy van. He told me in no uncertain terms that it is against O Reilly s policy to install signal light if it requires too much trouble and told me to go down the street to a Shell Gas station (that was closed). It really surprised me that he said this to me because just the week before I went to an O Reilly s store in Garland, Tx where the same service was attended to very helpfully, politely and professionally by a store associate there, (except it was for the signal light on the opposite side of my van and this time it was on the driver s side). Obviously, if the store attendant in Garland, TX could help me then the Giddings, TX store associate should be willing to also help with the same bulb exchange! There were two people working in both locations at the counter/phone so one person could have gone outside like they did inGarland. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Matt in your Giddings, Tx store.Sincerely,Jennifer Pate ChanCustomer

I was assisted as soon as I walk through the door by very friendly store employee. I was able to get in and out very quickly with what I needed and a few things I didn't necessarily need but you know how that goes

This past week I stopped at Sonic to grab some lunch. As I got ready to leave, my car wouldn't start--dead battery. I don't know anyone in Giddings and was 100 miles from where I was headed so I called the store to see if they had a battery for my car in stock. They did. I asked if they knew of a shop or someone I could call since I could't come pick it up. The manager sent her delivery driver down to jump start my car so I could get to the store. Probably saved me the cost of towing. Sold me the battery and loaned me the tools to change it out myself. Great people!

Some times they get it right and the other 50% of the time wrong. Lol jk thats the issue with all auto part stores. THERE FRIENDLY AND MOST OF THE TIME IF THEY KNOW HOW TO FIX YOUR CAR PROBLEM THE LL GO OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT AND HELP YOU FIGURE IT OUT. There very helpful and if they can fix it, they ll refer you to somebody how can. Seriously they have great customer services her in Giddings to
