I am from NH and was heading to visit a friend, my tire completely blew out on the side of the highway and Hugo stopped almost immediately to help me! He passed a call onto someone else so he could stay and help me with my tire. He explained everything thoroughly and was so kind and respectful. I felt safe and comfortable and I literally cannot say enough about this gentleman and his company! If I could give 100 stars I would! Any amount of money is worth feeling safe and taken care of in the middle of a place you don t know! They are fairly priced and reasonable and TOTALLY worth it! Best experience ever! Thank you Hugo!!!!

Very kind owner! My husband was in a small accident with an animal and waiting on our roadside assistance to dispatch a tow truck for a few hours in the cold morning hours and the owner of Giddings Mobile Tire Service stopped to make sure he was okay and brought him to his shop to stay warm. This kind of kindness is rare to find these days and it really meant a lot. Also, his quote for towing my husband s car was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them!

Called these guys on a Sunday afternoon for roadside assistance. They answered immediately and arrived within 30-minutes. Both the dispatch operator and roadside tech were on their game. Got me on my way as quickly as anyone could every expect. Outstanding service and great attitudes from beginning to end. Wouldn t hesitate to call them again.

Thank you so much Hugo and Vicki and Roberto for saving me this morning! What an amazing company! Very empathetic and caring and quick. Roberto fixed my tire in no time and was very sweet and respectful, what a pleasure! They heard in my voice how stressed i was snd were very assuring they will be there soon. Tire blew out near HW 290 and didn t have the right tire iron. thankfully Giddings tire sent out Hugo to help me install my emergency tire. Super professional and fast.

Can t say enough how helpful Hugo and his team were! They were quick, reasonably priced, and friendly, and they got me back on the road in practically no time. Hopefully I never run over a screw outside of Giddings again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Flat tire, called and it didn t take no time for them to come out after hours. Couple nails on a inside drive tire. Hugo knocked it out and I was on my way. Thanks again

Rude as can possibly be! I pulled in this afternoon and they were all out working on a truck tire in the front. I did not pull my vehicle all the way to the end because I got out to attempt to ask them if they had the size trailer tire that I needed. The old guy in the glasses says you need to pull up so I can get my air hose out there. I said I don t need an air hose. I need a tire. He says what do you want me to do take it off with my hands. I said, do you have a tire to fit it? Yeah I got a tire just pull up. I pulled up and left. Major AH!

Good service over phone but 150$ service charge to come to you is crazy. Taking advantage of potential clients in a moment of need is just outright wrong.

Giddings mobile tire came to my rescue today. I was working in town & my tire went flat without my knowledge. When I got to my lunch place I noticed that my rear tire was flat. I Google tire repair because I am from out of town. And Giddings mobile tire was first in line, so I called & within minutes he was there to air up my tire & get me back on the road. Thank you Giddings Mobile tire!!
