Larry Mendez, Robert Miller, and Buford Tidwell were all fantastic, knowledgeable, and professional. My family drove from two hours away to work with these gentlemen. We came pre-approved with our bank, so the process was quick and seamless. Debbie, who gave us the tour of our RV, was also a delight. I would definitely recommend Fun Town RV Giddings to anyone in the market for a recreational vehicle. 10 out of 10!

First and foremost, I did my research for who had the best price for the RV I wanted to buy. Last minute, I discovered Fun Town RV in Giddings. Kenneth Hammock was the absolute perfect guy to talk to. We made an immediate connection and he guaranteed me the lowest price. After a little bit of back and forth conversation with the original dealership I planned to go through, Kenny blew them out of the water with his customer service and natural charisma and professionalism. I couldn't have been in better hands if I tried. EVEN on his day off, he stayed in contact with me and made me feel like I was his main priority. THAT'S talent. I'm "TEAM KENNY" all the way.

We had a great experience with Funtown RV. Did everything online prior to going? It was such an easy process. Kim helped us through the whole process. Very professional and was a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had serious trouble getting service at another service location. The story is too long to go in to here ( and not helpful for a review of Giddings)Funtown Giddings said they could take over and solve the problem. They came to the rescue and did a great job. Everything they said they would do they did, and did well. They did everything they could do to earn my trust and they did. I'm still a customer thanks to Nicole (in Service) and Buford (in the main office). If I ever need service, they are on my go-to list.Thanks.

Thank you everyone at the Fun Town RV Giddings location. Especially to JR (Juan) for making the process of buying our new fifth wheel exciting. You are knowledgeable, witty and professional a true TOP NOTCH in your field. We made the 60 mile one way trip for 3 weekends in a row to get what we wanted and he spent the time to show us everything on the new RV. Thank you Zane for stepping in the first time while JR could tend to other customers that had an appointment. Also, we want to Thank Rob in Finance, we expected a couple of hours waiting but you had everything in order and ready to go - in and out with 30 minutes. I enjoyed talking with you and making this part of the buying purpose painless.From the time we walked in to the time we hit the road with our new baby - The Brinkley! We just drove off the lot with our first RV. We had such a great experience, from Katy who helped us find the perfect one for our family, to all of the guys who helped with financing, insurance, the walk through and mechanics. We didn t know much coming into this but feel prepared for our first trip and we are happy to have used Fun Town RV in Giddings!

After shopping around to multiple dealerships, I ended up going to this RV spot this RV dealership made it so easy so welcoming and I got to give a big shout out to their service guy and first and foremost Katie Proske , She made it happen. She walked me through every step I highly recommend come see her. I am very pleased and very happy with my RV I picked up a 2024 Timberwolf made by Forest River mini loft. I love it.

Where do I begin First, the customer service at Fun Town RV in Giddings is outstanding!!! Want to say thank you so much to Derek, Juan, Rob, Buford, Marcus and Tim for making this transition to our new 2023 Big Country 5th wheel so smooth. All of you really took the time to help out answering all of my husbands and I question and never made us feel like we were a bother. Y all truly love what you do and it shows. We will 100% being doing business in the future and will refer all friends and family.Thank you so much!

We recently purchased our Rockwood Signature 8335SB with Shannon Ferguson as our sales rep. She was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. She even came to our campground the day after we purchased to help us figure out how to get the TV to work! In the following 6 weeks, the two times I reached out to Shannon about questions we had, she was prompt to reply and found answers for us in a timely manner. We are happy to recommend Shannon and the staff at Fun Town RV!

I am a new RV owner thanks to Kim Guillen's patience and knowledge of RV's. She showed me the first RV I ever stepped foot into on a quick "look-see" visit. Then, on several longer visits, she showed me several other RVs and answered a plethora of "newbie" questions. After several visits back to FunTownRV, and several other local RV dealerships, I decided on the first RV Kim had shown me. From my first brief explanation of what I had in mind, she had picked the one I actually liked best after days of searching. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase an RV. Oh, by the way, all of the other staff members I met and dealt with at FunTownRV were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Scheduled a ceramic coating in January for March. Dropped rig off on a Thursday. Also added some warranty work scheduled. Called Monday to see how it was going. Hadn t touched it yet. We are full timers, in a hotel while it s in the shop. Went in on Tuesday to see what s the time frame. Said I needed it Saturday so I d pick it up then. Reported some work was done but remainder could be done under warranty by a mobile mech. Ok. Seems good. Then we were told our ceramic coating was applied when we bought it, nope it wasn t. Got the rig set up again and lo and behold, the only thing done was the over now turned on. Still have leaks ets. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WORK. THEY ARE SHADY AND WE FEEL TOTALLY LIED TOO. We will NEVER return again. Go elsewhere

What a great experience the wife and I have had. We checked with other dealers around the Austin area and just weren't satisfied with what we were finding. Seen an add on Face Book for Fun Town RV. Took a look at their inventory and found just what we are looking for. Made the drive Giddings Texas. Met up with Brett Eigenberg. He showed us around and made us feel at home. Answered every question we had and explained the difference between several different units we were looking at. We picked our new RV and moved on through the process. We were introduced to Jaime Orona the F&I Manager, and he walked us through the finance process. Miss Debbie performed the walk through with us and answered any questions we had. All in All, this has been the best experience we have had buying a RV. I highly recommend Fun Town RV in Giddings, TX for purchasing a RV. Thank You to everyone at Fun Town RV. My wife Nancy and I just picked up our travel trailer today. This is our second purchase from Funtown. Funtown RV-Giddings had a great inventory of RV's for us to choose from. Our salesman Brett did a great job working with us on what was the right trailer as far as size, weight and features. He showed us several trailers and explained the features and benefits of each. We finally chose the 2022 Surveyor Legend. We are excited to get on the road. Check out Funtown RV-Giddings and when you get there, ask for Brett.

Do NOT purchase a RV from this dealer !Bought a 2020 Forest River Platnium Salem Toy Hauler and the fiber glass is starting to qrack !Fun town RV will not warranty it !Just don't do it !Bad business ! Cheap made !

Talked with a serviceman while picking up new slide out gears. He explained why it was jumping the gears and how to try fixing the problem. I want to say thanks very much!! Very great and smart serviceman!! Very thankful that i happened to meet him!! Thanks!!!

It was time to downsize our camper. When we were on vacation, we visited five RV dealerships with no luck, even some claiming they were the best in the state. Then we visited FunTown RV in Giddings, TX and everything changed for the best.First, we met Kenny. He listened to our needs and recommended options. Then we met Buford, Sales Manager. Both Buford and Kenny were knowledgeable and wanted us to get the highest quality RV with our specifications. Buford worked with us to get an excellent deal for the camper we chose. Robert made the paperwork process very simple and was helpful with the warranty. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs. It s definitely worth the drive to have a large selection of RVs and a great sales team.

Great selection of RV's. Our salesman JR was very responsive and listen to out needs. We did have to wait a couple weeks for the model we liked to arrive. No problem it was worth the wait.

The Fun Town RV and associates were great! Brett helped us get into our New Palomino Puma with a low credit score. He was on top of everything that needed to be done! And Jaime in financing was really helpful in explaining the financial part. Marcus did the final walk through with us and he explained everything to the T so well! And Tim made sure we understood the setup of the hitch and sway bar and checked everything to make sure we would be safe on the road. So overall we will recommend to everyone in search of a travel trailer or rv go check out Fun Town Rv in Giddings and ask for Brett

Well, I don't even know where to start! Honestly, this was the best buying experience I've had! The manager and all the sales associates were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a trailer for a substantially good deal, and it's been a couple of weeks. I drove 5 hours to buy a trailer, and although the original trailer I went to purchase ended up not being right for me, everything really turned out for the best. My family and I are currently half way through a 7 day road trip/camping trip, and this is our 2nd time out! Funtown RV's inventory, pricing, and employees are absolutely the best. I highly recommend them! They are not the type of dealership that ignore you after sale, either. Their after sale care is incredible. I can't say enough positive. The only thing I wish is that I would have bought a bigger trailer it's tight with my family of 5, but that's all on me and my decision making!

Darrell is focused on your needs and gets the job done fast and fair. Sure you may know of other RV dealerships, but Fun Town has it all: price, selection and most importantly - SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE!

Very disappointed . Found RV we were looking for. Filled out application and received a call. Pre-approval was given to us with a small down payment and how much our payments would be. They asked for a deposit and we gladly gave it to them. Saturday came and went no call. Monday came so we decided to go check to see when we could finalize. We were told they needed $7000 or cosigner. They shouldn't tell ppl they are approved when they are not just to get a deposit. Now we have to wait 3 days for a refund. Very bad business.

Shannon D. was exceptionally helpful and service oriented as our salesperson for the purchase of our new 5th Wheel. Arriving from out of town we did not know what to expect, but the experience was delightfully simple. We were able to get a decent price for our trade in and for our new rig, and we re satisfied. Additionally, all of our issues and quirks with the new rig have been addressed with haste. Thank you to the team in Giddings!

Had an excellent experience shopping for our first RV at Fun Town! All the staff was amazing! Katy went above and beyond to help our family and I m grateful for that. Signing our purchase agreement was a breeze with the finance manager as well as the inspection and pick up of our RV. I highly recommend anyone n the market shopping for an RV to shop at Fun Town Giddings!

My husband and I were enjoying a weekend away in Amarillo, (almost nine hours from home) when we decided to stop and a LARGE camping retailer. We went through about thirty rigs that day and fell in love with the Wildcat 369MBL. I logged on to Forest River and requested a quote. I received multiple emails from Fun Town RV locations as well as random text messages that made no sense at all. But...... Fun Town RV Giddings CALLED! On the other end of the phone was Michael Allgood! This young man has the best manners! He is so polite and very informative! I often ask over the top questions. Rather then feeding me a line of BS, he would ask if he could check with his manger and get back to me! I give him huge props for that! I began this process on late Saturday night, all paperwork was finalized Monday afternoon and we scheduled pick up of our new rig the following week. Michael followed up with several phone calls the week prior and a call the day of pick up with directions. He showed up on his day off to assist us with the entire transaction. He has reached out to us several times, just to check in. He really is good at what he does and genuine. He carries a smile on his face that makes a major investment much more relaxing.The walk through on our rig was very detailed! We received tons of helpful information and it was a positive experience having someone who made you feel comfortable. Let's not forget about FINANCE! Most finance mangers are arrogant, we all know that... BUT... NOT here! Everything is explained, you are offered extended warranty, it isn't pushed on you. You are not rushed through the process. It is very clear that management at this location stands behind the positive atmosphere. I highly recommend you see Michael Allgood and the staff at Fun Town RV Giddings.
