I was guided trough my service by Paul. He was efficient. Knew what I was needing and took extremely good care of me and my auto. All in a very friendly and timely manner! I cannot recommend him more for your service needs!

I have two Subaru Foresters. I take those to the dealership at Georgetown. My experience has always been good.Recently I had some work done on my 2014 model on 2 occasions. They did a very good job on both occasions at reasonable prices.

Bought our 2021 Outback here and received the 24 months complimentary maintenance with it. The sales people are laid back, not pushy and give customers the time and space to make their decision without interference. After owning our "Subi" for 2 years now we love it.This dealer has a fantastic service department that delivers as promised. They even replaced a seat control panel that broke unexpectedly, for free. Every service ends with a free car wash. Nice touch. Other dealers should take note! We expect to own this Subi or another for many years to come. They have so many cool tech and safety features as standard equipment that other manufacturers charge extra for.

I can only speak for one particular visit for an oil change and tire rotation. These were warranty-covered and I got none of that nonesense like Sorry, this isn t covered. The mailer I got in the mail promised a certain thing, and I got what it promised. The service was very friendly and things in the waiting room seemed to be moving along well in terms of speed of service to the cars. I needed no appointment. Juan Mata was great and my bill was zero as expected. Nice chairs and bottled water and coffee.

Went to Georgetown subaru for regular maintenance. Not sure if it is the lack of technicians/mechanics but they do not follow up on any of the issues you mentioned. They performed tire rotation for me and I specifically mentioned that air pressure on the rear passenger tire is dropping every couple of weeks. They assured me nothing was wrong and it just needed more air. By the next day morning, air pressure dropped by 7psi.My guess is they never checked it as they were busy. It would have been nice if they asked me to come back at a later time if they were busy. This all happened on a scheduled appointment. I would suggest to avoid Saturdays.Update: I did provide feedback and requested Paul to call me before this review but that never transpired. Anyway, I was able to locate the 2 inch nail in the tire. There is very little chance of missing it if you were looking for it. Now, I seriously doubt if any kind of service was performed on the car or simply sent back to me saying everything was done. It is easy to fool consumers as we can t see anything going on in the backend. So, Trust plays a major role and based on my experience I wouldn t trust this service department.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

First time I ve used this dealership since moving back to central TX. Service staff professional and nice, no problems. The wait is horrendous - I have been here since 9:30 AM, originally scheduled for 12 noon, they called me the day before since I was scheduling the 30,000 mile maintenance and they said it would take longer and try to come in early. I obliged but I didn t get an ETA. It s now 2 PM, I ve been here for almost five hours - they said the car was done 30 minutes ago but no sign of my vehicle. Maintenance cost is 900 dollars - I get the cost but that plus the wait, I won t be back here, not even to buy a new car. I want my car back so I can go home!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I live in the Austin area and only use this dealership to handle all maintenance on my previous 2020 WRX and my current 2022 WRX. Very friendly, professional and well managed. The service advisors are very attentive and courteous. They have really good technicians at this location.

I have recently purchased a 2023 Crosstrek, and was about to go out of town when the car prompted me that it was time for the six month maintenance. I was about to schedule the service for a Saturday, and it was done in about an hour; even cleaned it for me.It was a great feeling to have this done before my travels.

We have been using Subaru of Georgetown for our scheduled maintenance. Recently, we received an email reminder that invited us to make an appointment for our next service. We made the appointment but, when my husband arrived at the dealership a few minutes early, he was told there would be a long wait because the shop operated on a walk-in basis and there were several cars ahead of him. The appointment he had been invited to make online was meaningless. I don't know why Subaru would want to create an expectation they had no intention of meeting, but it was disappointing.

I can t even begin to list all of the issues I ve had with the service department. I ve gone in at least 6-7 times now for the same issue. They finally agreed to replace the part. Part comes - broken. 2nd part comes, they re late to pickup my car (I had to call them when they were 30 mins late), then they don t return my call when it s 5 hours after the 2 hour quoted repair, then when they did call me back they told me they broke something else during the repair and have to keep my car overnight to fix it. They were supposed to call me back about a loaner and never did. When I called back, I m informed they closed at 6pm. No one ever even called me back before they left. I asked the receptionist who told me this how am I supposed to get to work? And she said I don t know. No one here can help since they re closed . Cool. Now I m left scrambling trying to figure out how to get to work tomorrow morning and get my mother in law to dialysis since I have no vehicle. DO BETTER.Update: the service manager, Paul has been very helpful in trying to help get everything with my car fixed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service department. Helpful, friendly people. Excellent communication. I've been in all kinds of service departments, but Subaru is the best. They are the only auto service people I trust. A+ JUAN in service was HONEST and never hesitated to ask the mechanic if i had a question he was not sure of instead of giving me generic responses. TERRY was a great shuttle navigator and thank you again to the one FEMALE ASSOCIATE W/ THE COOL HAIRCUT that helped me in the parts department evaluate my options and gave me HONEST opinions!Service: Battery

I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for a national recall part replacement. I was told on the phone that since it was quick to replace the part, that I could just come in and they would fit me in, but I may have to wait around for an hour+.When I showed up the next morning, I was asked what was I doing there because I didn't have an appointment and they were booked through the next week.After I explained the call and told just to come in, I was informed I couldn't be helped and was asked if I wanted to schedule a week out.Recall was on the brake lamp switch, which means when I brake, the lights don't come on...you know, warning the cars behind me that I was slowing down. The issue was happening frequently. I am smart enough to know how to temporarily fix the issue, but driving around with no brake lights, even if it's for a short period, does not give me the "warm and fuzzy."I got the issue resolved a few hours later at another busy dealership, but who went out of their way to make sure I was safe.

I had an appointment for a transmission service. I added a radiator flush and differential service to the list. After 5 hours of waiting, I had to ask where my car was to get finally get it released (they were waiting for a quotation for a part that I did NOT ask them to investigate) My car was returned to me with damage to the hood and to the radiator. I emailed these details and was told it would be passed onto the manager. FYI, this is the last I heard. When you see the owner post following to say they will welcome contacting them to resolve....well you know that is of course a joke, as I already did to no affect.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I can't really write a review because I never talked to anyone who could help me. A service representative was unavailable to talk with me and the person who answered the phone couldn't answer my question. Ordinarily, I would go to a service center in Leander, but this issue is related to the Subaru Battery Drain Litigation and I thought the Subaru dealership should handle the problem.

My daughter made an appointment to have a light on the inside of her car (roof light) replaced several days ago. Today she went there for the SCHEDULED appointment to replace this light. After she sat there for 3 hours... they came out with a list of recommended work, but did not have the light bulb in stock that she scheduled replacement days ago!!! I can not believe that she was not told this right away when she came in. It was the only reason for the visit!! No consideration at all for her time!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

2 words KRIS TIPPENS!! Awesome...my husband, and I had a outstanding experience with Kris. From first contact to the end of our deal yesterday Kris was patient, thorough, and very personable. I left out of the dealership feeling like I had gained another family member. The process even had a few hiccups but Kris worked through all of them for us. Let me not forget to shout out Hogie (my apologies if I spelled name incorrectly) but he made the financial portion so much fun. Teamwork was impeccable thank you guys didn't drive off in a subaru, but they made this Hyundai girl very happy!!Only one flaw was most dealerships whether car is new or used provide you with full tank of gas, but in my case since mine's was used so they only do 1/2 tank of gas for used vehicles.
