Gentlemen by the names of Quinn and Michael were very polite and kind, Quinn was able to take off the cap thing to access the oil filter, as before they weren't able to. The change was spot on time, and I was impressed with service. We'll be customers for life, as long as Quinn is the man in the pit. I wish you guys rotated tires, too, I would pay nicely for that service if available, and I would wait patiently : ) They also gave me a discount for working in Healthcare, and that was very much appreciated. Thank you, Quinn and Michael! Quinn gets honorary 'god hand' title for accessing stubborn oil filter caps! As my kids would say, 2 thumbs up and a big big toe!

The crew was quick, efficient and a polite tone in their communication. I asked for a new gasket on my plug and they went ahead and replaced both gasket and plug. What really made my visit good was their letting me know that my existing filter was loose. This eased my worry that my oil leak may have been something more serious. Upon getting home I checked and no more leak.Smiles, thanks and a nice send off. Great job on a bitterly cold day.

In four decades of oil changes, I have never been so pleased with one. They're so good that they are often busy, but I'm told that midweek mornings, especially Wednesday, are quickest.I went in for a reasonably-priced oil change, and got so much more. They did a full check on a car that had accumulated some deferred maintenance issues, even though they don't provide those services so 8tvwasnt a sales job. They directed me to where a visitor like me could get the correct parts inexpensively, *and* even ran me through verbal instructions on replacing them.A thoroughly first-rate experience.

We use Strickland Brothers for our work trucks, and there is never a problem. So, when it came time to get my personal vehicle oil change, I went with Strickland Brothers. They were very friendly, and informative. Explained my options. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsale me or anything. I will be going back when it's time again. I recommend them :)

Wasted time patiently waiting just for them to let another customer cut me off and take her first just seconds after she arrived.They should have greeted me in a reasonable time and lined things up to ensure something like this doesn't happen. Every other quick oil shop does that.Left and won't be going back

Always the best in town. The guys are amazing. Beautiful Roger changed my oil in mere minutes. He s perfection. Seriously. Terry took care of me as always and we will continue taking our entire fleet there!!!!!!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Their process was quick and easy we were in and out no problems. Everyone came to pet our dogs as well and gave them treats! 10/10 service I will be coming back every time I need an oil change

While on a road trip with my whole family, we realized that my car was way overdue for an oil change. We called ahead to Strickland, to ensure that had the oil we needed. They were equipped and ready and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. We had a slight issue with the job, and Justice drove out to us (an hour away!) to make it right. You just don t get that level of service anymore. It was truly incredible. Thank you!

My technician was very knowledgeable and he filled all of my concerns with good answers. My car was on half of a quart of oil. He recommended what to do and he did it for me. Everyone was very nice and I will come back. Thank you so much to my technician. Barbara

I was absolutely stunned by my first time EVER using Strickland Brothers for an oil chg. First of all, the price was much cheaper than their competition, plus they gave me a military/veteran s discount.Also, they went to great efforts to double check everything including showing me how much oil I had before they changed the oil, informing me of an oil leak & it s location, then showing me on the dipstick the actual amount of NEW oil to show confirmation it was at the ideal level or amount.All the employees were super friendly & helpful.

They were great. Super fast, very friendly. As a younger (mid-twenties) woman, I appreciate an auto shop that doesn't belittle me or make me uncomfortable. Very professional. Didn't try to upsell me. Only complaint is I got full synthetic but the the sticker was only marked for 3000 miles out. I know better than to come that early and my car monitors my oil, so not a big deal imo

The guy who did my oil change was pretty and kept shaking his head and also trying to get me to get a higher priced oil chan when that s not what I asked for!!! Never had bad service like that before hopefully the next guy is nicer when I go back if I decide to go back. The car was a Nissan Altima grey 2018 if he doesn t like his job maybe he shouldn t work there find somewhere else so you ll be happier.

Not sure if something personal was going on but T wasn t very service-oriented. #safety I drove to the ramps. He came outside, stood at the front, put his hoodie on, his sunglasses then just stood there. (I was trying to be respectful and not just drive on up not knowing if they were actually ready or not. Or what was going on below. I took my foot off the gas started easing up and then he started waking me to come forward. The whole time his voice & body language told me that he did not want to be there and he wasn t the least bit interested in being customer service oriented. This is the first time I have experienced this, at this location. (When dealing with people we should be disciplined & respectful enough to put on a welcoming face & demeanor even if it s fake).Just ask first responders.

45 mins or more waisted waiting for get a simple oil change and the 2kids working there didn t know what to do. Aperrantly they didn t have any oil. Dont waist you time by going there I like I did.

Got the standard oil change, the two employee did that in record time. While checking my air filter they found it had been invaded by rodents, they went the extra yard and cleaned everything throughly and got everything back together in minutes. Very satisfied with their professional behavior

(For reference, I own a 2021 Volkswagen jetta uses 0-20 full synthetic oil) I received an oil change at Strickland Brothers and redeveloped an oil leak at the drain plug from another company. I waited till I needed another oil change before bringing this up to Strickland Brothers. Justus (manager) first tried tightening the plug down and i left. After I let it sit for awhile, there was still a leak. I called in and Justus told me to come back to fix the issue. He replaced the existing plug that had a soft metal gasket, with a plug that has a rubber one. Said he doesn't like the metal gasket and this often happens. This has fixed the issue, and Justus even tried to give me the oil to refill for free! I told him that I need the change anyway and to drop the filter and that I would pay. Justus gave me a 25% off for the trouble and now Strickland Brothers has a long time customer for the future. I recommend Strickland Brothers 100%

Always fast service and Veteran friendly! Solid communication skills. I like that they verbally repeat service request before service to ensure what you re getting. Communication is big to me and I will be back for it!

Awesome and speedy service! Unfortunately they did have a parts shortage for the oil plug needed for my truck but they were very helpful letting me know how to get one same day and got me in right away when I went and grabbed one from the parts store down the street. I was going in for an oil change and from the moment I pulled up and when I left I had absolutely AMAZING customer service. Right when pulling up I had someone at my window asking what services I needed, after that the next guy talked me throughly with every step that they were doing. They were out of stock if I believe a filter I needed and was even told, If you go to O Rileys and come back we will replace it for free. I have a a year old baby so I needed something quick on this rainy, old day, and when they say 10 minutes they mean 10 minutes! I was in and out! I really do appreciate yall so much!

Edit: This place just can t get it right. I ve now spent at least an hour waiting and gotten one whole oil change. Today, I waited for 30+ minutes only to have them tell me they are out of the oil I usually get. No problem, I ll just take whatever you have. Nope. They are OUT OF OIL!? An oil change business with no oil? What?!After knowing I was waiting and neglecting to tell me they had no oil, they offered to change it IF I went and got my own oil. Yeah, thanks for the offer to waste more of my time. But no thanks.I gave them several chances, but they totally failed in customer service. Forget local, just go to jiffy lube and save the headache.Original:Even with one bay closed due to a broken down truck, this place was good. They gave us water while we waited, explained the delay, profusely apologized, and gave us a discount. Even at half capacity, it still only took 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us.
