If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.Since David Stone no longer owns this business it has tumbled into complete disfavor. After using this business for 25 years, I wash my hands of it, it is completely opposite of what it used to be.The new owner says he needs to keep an insurance check for hail damage repairs. Even if the repairs are less than the check, he keeps all the money!Chad ( new owner) , ignorantly says he has to pay taxes on that money since he is listed on the check. It's not his money, until I pay him for repairs... NOT before anything is done.Sounds like fraud to me.The insurance claims department says this is not the correct way to handle this check and it belongs to the car owner, NOT the repair shop. The car owner decides what repairs are to be done and they decide whether to do all, partial or none.Chad, however, seems to think that all repairs, they estimated, are required therefore he takes all the money beforehand.The lien holder of my car also turns the money over to me and it is not required that I do any repairs...this was confirmed by Mazda Financial.( So, I am having the check reissued listing Mazda as an endorser instead of Stone's Automotive)Chad thinks that if I decide to have the lien holder endorse my check, instead of Stone's Automotive, that they will also keep the check until it is proven that all the estimated repairs are done. ( My lien holder was really concerned about this misinformation given by a repair shop)The new owner is a total jerk.I am looking for a new automatic shop with integrity that I can trust...like Stone's used to be.

Terrible! Scheduled an appointment I had set before giving on vacation and was told the 5th. They told me they would send a reminder. Get here the 5th with no emails no text messages for a reminder for my appointment. I get here on the 5th and was told that it was the 4th. Have my baby with me and there is no way they can squeeze me in. I already waited two weeks for an appointment and now they refuse to see me due to a down employee. Go somewhere else in town, go down the road to Georgetown Interstate. They are wonderful people over there. Stones auto is anything but helpful. No urgency to help me at all. Please avoid!

Stone's has always been helpful, they are quick to get estimates to me and got the work completed in a timely manner. Works for me and keeps my trucks on the road. Great big thanks from us over here @Salt Service Co.

To my misfortune, I was involved in an accident and in need of a collision repair shop. After some research and receiving a recommendation from a friend, I decided to go with Stone's Quality Automotive. The shop worked directly with my insurance company and provided a thorough and accurate estimate of the costs and time needed to complete the repair. The shop's communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me updated every step along the way. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the final result more than exceeded my expectations. I was hit in a parking lot on the drivers door.They did an amazing job fixing it They had my car out in a week. Everyone up there is so nice. They went above and beyond on my car.They even took off some glue that was left on by one of those window deflectors. I got into an accident last month that mangled up my suspension pretty good. My insurance agent recommended Stone's Quality to me because he's familiar with the guy who runs it. I'm glad he recommended me to them. They were very informative and upfront. They got everything done in a timely manner, and things that took a while were out of their control, which they let me know right away. Pricing was also VERY fair. The truck came back to me all cleaned up, looking nice, and driving better than it did before the accident. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

A deer and I collided in what was like an explosion out of nowhere that left my Denali and the brush guard up front a tangled mess. Stones Quality Automotive Inc. took good care of my truck and I. Knowing better, they worked with my insurance company to help me out that they warned would be a nightmare. They completed the repairs how they should be and went to bat with them when they wanted to give me less than what I should receive including not wanting to match/blend the new hood with the rest of the car or complete required removal and reinstall of seats after a collision where the impact locked restraints and affected the airbag. They did quality work and made sure I was fully taken care of, even though they weren t by my insurance. I hope this gets resolved fairly, quickly, and in their favor. I ll be looking for new coverage for sure. This past year has been rough when it comes to car issues but luckily every single time, I ve been able to take my car to Stones and I know I m getting quality work done.The most recent was getting rear ended and needing work on my trunk. They worked quickly and with my insurance, getting my car back to me in beautiful condition.I only recommend Stones to my friends and family.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Auto maintenance

Took my car in to be repaired for damages from a hit and run. Stones made such an annoying and stressful situation quick, easy, and hassle free!! They had my car ready and brand new in a week! I was shocked! They even cleaned it for me on the inside! Couldn t recommend them enough, I ll be taking my car here anytime I need something done. Ask for Andy!

Recently moved from Pflugerville to north of Georgetown. Needed new reliable mechanic for vehicles. This place is great! Always call to schedule service because they are busy but that's because they do a GREAT JOB for a realistic price.

I had a great experience with Chad the manager and shop. Recently involved in an accident where the passenger side mirror and door on my 2016 Camaro SS were side swiped. I was able to get into a rental very easily and my car was fixed like new. I was very happy with the work completed on my Camaro, looks like new and how easy it was to just drop off my car let Chad and his folks work with USAA and my truck schedule to go in mid October for a tailgate repair. Chad also worked with me to get my rims repainted and that was just the bees knees. Highly recommended.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I recently had an unpleasant experience at their body shop.I went there and asked for a quote for a complete paint job and body work.The guy there started telling me that they aren't maaco and was trying to tell me that my vehicle isn't worth it.I'm not looking for a cheap paint job.I'd like a quality one.I'm not sure what was wrong with the guy working there.Who are you to tell me that my vehicle isn't worth repainting?If I go to your shop asking for a quote its because I'm interested in having work done.I did not ask for an opinion.DO NOT go here if you have an older vehicle and need a paint job.I will find another shop to do the work.If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This is the best body repair shop in town! I had a rear reflector that needed to be replaced and after calling every other recommended shop in town and getting quotes at $500, I found Stones! They only charged me $90 for labor and I was able to bring my own part. It was a fair price and they did a great job. The other shops in town charge for BS things like pre and post scans and are totally unreasonable with their prices. Stones keeps it honest and fair!

These guys had my vehicle roughly a month, charged me $10k for repairs on my vehicle and then damaged it while completing the repairs. Chad and Nate are scammers and this facility isn t quality!! Chad acknowledged they damaged my vehicle, which is on recording and got upset/refused to fix my vehicle because he got his feelings hurt after I told him about himself and his shops dishonesty! They tried to repair my vehicle with parts from the JUNKYARD!!? There is an ANNOYING RATTLE somewhere in the roof they replaced, My vehicles backup sensors are damaged and now the system is non functioning.. They aren t registered with BBB so please read reviews! I have never encountered a shop that states quality in their name but work is way subpar!! Save yourself some hard earned money and the stress of doing business here!!! If I could rate this -0, this experience would be that! The killer part about this review is that I passed more than 30 shops just to come to this one after reading its reviews.

I have been to Stone's Quality Automotive several times with a couple of my vehicles. They are pleasant, helpful and have fixed my vehicles on time every time. I am taking my truck in today and I am sure I will get it out today perfectly fixed. Their prices are fair and their work is great.

Have brought my truck (my baby) in a few years ago after a spin out in rain & then a few months ago for some misc. Touch ups. Love the work they do & respect they give. Lucky is great to work with. This shop works with Integrity & honesty.

I highly recommend Stone s Quality Automotive.I have used Stone s services several times and they consistently provide excellent customer service, exceptional pricing, and fantastic automotive repair.Today I needed new struts and mounts for my Nissan. They provide same day service.

We have been dealing with David and his staff at Stone's automotive for years and the facts are they have always surprise us with savings on all the work they have done and its been plenty. I emailed for a quote for a catalytic converter repair on my Hyundai they were sending me back and forth messages with all caps on and I asked them why they were yelling at me, was told that they leave them on all caps and to think that my for making fun up there typing skillsUnbelievable

Unfortunately we went to this location a few weeks ago, they couldn't deliver an estimate nor did they have time. They wanted to set an appointment weeks out. Unless you have time, or can wait a few weeks this is the place for you.

John and the guys saved my bacon again. Instead of a straight dealer part replacement they went old school on my ignition lock and had a real locksmith fix the tumblers....saved me big bucks....thanks guys!
