I came here 2 days in a row. We bought new tires on line for our fifth wheel and for our truck that pulls the fifth wheel. I brought in 2 new tires and the worn tires on the trailer rims. They removed the old tires and installed the new tires without any wait time at all. I also did not have an appointment for the service, I just walked in and was done in 30 minutes. $50 total price. The next day my truck tires arrived and I walked in again and they immediately started working on removing the wheels from my truck. After the new tires were replaced and balanced they put them back on the truck. I was there for 50 minutes and the cost was $100. I am very satisfied with the price and service of this company.

The workers here are amazing and the new female they hired is very professional and polite she will definitely bring this place more business. But the old man needs to change his attitude or he will just run them away he is very disorganized and rude!

Bought a used trailer tire with 5/32" left for $100... didn't even make it 60 miles before it blew out. Called RPM Tire, the manager said I was S.O.L. for not buying a new tire. Took zero responsibility for anything. If you are ever broke down in the area, you'd be better off trying to drive a little further or paying more for a chain store to come rescue you.

Will NEVER go back. The place is filthy, nasty and gross. The outside looks like they're not even open for buisness and probably won't be for long. Inexperienced staff, no inventory and slow rude guy that runs the place. For your own and everyone else's safety on the road don't go here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I went there to get a tire checked on I tell the guy I'm low on air and I want to see if something is wrong with the tire he says okay place has three bays only one is working I wait about 30 to 45 minutes pull it in he checks the tire has about 70 pounds hands me the hose and the gauge and says put air in it then I started putting air in the tire I get about 90 pounds he comes back and says this is our lunch break we don't have time to stand up here all day you need to go come back later.

RPM charge to much for tire service its like they haven't heard that truck drivers are having a hard time right now and here they come with stupid prices at a bad time G thanks.

I ordered 5) tires for over $2000. I ordered them in person and when ordering I was upsold on tires I Wasn't familiar with. I called back 2 weeks later to see if they were in. They ask me what I ordered. I said I don't recall y'all sold them to me, do you not have a record of what you ordered? Pat the owner said he didn't know and couldn't guess. I ask how do you not know what you order for me or can't tell? Did you not write it down or have a PO or something? Pat said they didn't and said have a good day and hung up. I called right back and said I'm trying to spend over $2000 with you and you hang up? We exchanged words to the effect of is this how you run your business and Pat the owner hung up again. I went up there in person after this to see what the problem was. They had no record of anything and told me to buy my tires somewhere else. After some choice words for pat the owner he acted like he was going to pull a weapon from under the cabinet.This is the most bush league business I've ever come across. Scribbling down notes on post it pads is at the top of their capabilities. After asking others about RPM I've heard nothing but similar stories.

They were great we were very happy with the service they got us in and got us out had a blown inter tire on trailer that was shredding and very reasonable prices would recommend to any one coming through Texas great job guys

Very concerning to watch an RPM driver in an RPM marked truck pull up in front of 2020 Market in Georgetown come in, order a wisky type drink, pay cash, walk out with the glass, get back in a marked RPM truck and leave like its completely ok. Now the person wearing a black cowboy hat with shorts is going to work on someone's car or commercial vehicle. I am sure that RPM's insurance would love this.If this company thinks this activity is ok I would not let them touch anything of mine ever.3-20-21. between 8:30pm - 9:00pm.

umm tryed to charge me 105 bucks for a valve steam to replace one on a rim really i called walmart they charge 3 bucks.........smh......tf
