There service is decent but they don't respect your time. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:15 AM. I showed up 5 mins early to be punctual. I didn't get out of there till 12:15 PM. They didn't even get to my car till one and a half hour later. I told the service rep that I was frustrated because I made an appointment and it still took 2 hours and he just stayed silent. What is the point of the appointment if they don't even start working on you car till one and half hours later?Service: Oil change

Excellent service...recall fuel pump.. Waiting area great with coffee and TV... Make an appointment.

Everyone in the service department was very nice. When I called to schedule, the lady told me it may take up to 2 hours. And it did, it took about 2 hours to replace the driver side airbag. The waiting area was nice and cool - it was quiet. Water and snacks were available. Good experience.

I normally don t like to take my car to a dealer for service, but I ll make an exception for Georgetown Mazda! I really appreciate the video updates from the mechanic during the service!

Nice people but they are ripe off artists. Should have engine problems at 63,000 miles, I pay for a repair that does not work, I bring the vehicle back and you want me to pay for another repair which should have been fixed the first time. Absolutely, not.
