Just bought our new 2024 Jeep Compas with Clark Allen. Was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The entire staff was friendly and took care of us. I would recommend Mr Allen if you are in the market for a new vehicle. He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted with no pressure. Mr Allen spent over 5 hours with us. Best car buying experience ever. Would take my entire family here to buy again!

I may be a little partial but I have also purchased a lot of vehicles. The last 7 have all come from Anita Whitt. Even if you are not family she will treat you like you are. She takes great pride in helping people get into the vehicle they need and want in their budget. The only salesperson I ve ever worked with that made the process fast and easy. If you don t want to spend hours at the dealership she is the one to go and see. All these cars I bought from Anita whitt and everything went ever smooth and stressful free

I bought my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from MHDCJR on January 31, 2024. Normally I dread car buying, but my salesman, Lea McEntee, made it incredibly pleasant and straightforward.It s not that I ve had horrible sales people in the past, it s just that Lea was that wonderful.No double-talk, no evasiveness, no trickery, no pressure tactics. It was an efficient and respectful negotiation every step of the way.I drove in that night to meet Lea, take a test drive and finalize paperwork. I met a number of employees working late and they were all cheerful and upbeat to me and each other. A happy workplace speaks volumes.I ve had to drive about 1500 miles since I bought my minivan and I m very delighted with my purchase.Thank you again to Lea and everyone at Mac Haik Georgetown! I highly recommend y all!P.S. When I showed up at MH with my Golden, I had planned to keep him crated in my old car. But when they saw him they immediately invited him into the showroom [first photo]. He was welcomed all over the building for the entire evening.Everyone stopped by to greet him. I love that they all love dogs and treated him even better than they treated me (as it should be).I bought the Pacifica because its stow-and-go seating is perfect for my dog s car crate and all our gear. My son bought a Nissan rogue when the chip shortage happened and was VERY upside down in it . We started shopping for him a new car and everywhere we went had an excuse or a no . Then we met LEA !!! And let me tell you this man is a very hard worker !! I told him our situation and he said no problem . He found my son the perfect car with the perfect payment . LEA also made the buying process easy and hassle free ! He definitely went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate him !! If you re looking to buy a vehicle give him a call ! I bought a Bronco Heritage Limited from Lea at Mac Haik, and it was a great experience. They were straight with me, and it was easy to finalize the deal with no hassle. I drove up from Richmond to get it, and I was in and out in less than 1hr. The Bronco was exactly as advertised and ready to go when I got there. Great job!

Austin was awesome took about 4 hours of his time haha but was super helpful, his energy was great with so much enthusiasm. Made sure we left with the vehicle we wanted and he sure did that . I went to this location looking for a trade in to fit my needs as I discovered recently I was pregnant with twins! I had to find a nice family vehicle I felt safe in that had all the upgraded perks inside as well as NOT looking like a van. Itzel Olalde accommodated to meet my needs and went above and beyond finding me the car I changed my mind to getting ensuring I was happy in a timely fashion knowing how soon I wanted this purchase. Communication was on point, she made sure I was constantly updated on the status of the full situation. I appreciated her kindness and humor, it made me feel very comfortable and well understood as a customer. Best person I could have had for this experience. Highly recommend!

Just got a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I went to this dealership 3 times in total. We were in the process of closing so I wasn t ready to commit the first two times. I worked with Brendon each time and all though we were not ready he was very helpful. He didn t make me feel rushed and answered all my questions! The day I came in the jeep I wanted had came in that day! We got done so late but Brendon was patient and nice the entire time. Thank you Brendon, Anita, and David!!

Cassie was a great salesperson honest and got the job done. She worked hard to finalize a hard deal. I wasn t sure if the numbers would actually allow for the trade to go though but Cassie pressed on and really made it happen. Thank you Cassie your great.

Lea McEntee in used cars took really good care of me. Sadly though after a couple of months of owning the car I have realized this dealership did not do the fundamentals of being a good used car dealership.The car had the wrong battery in it. This caused several issues with the car until I finally put the correct battery in which cost me $300. This is something that should have been caught during the retail ready inspection process. I have also already had to replace all the struts and shocks on the car because they were beyond worn out. This cost me over $600 and was again something that should have been replaced when the car was being retail ready.I expect a dealership the size and reputation this one has to go above and beyond to get their cars in tip top shape to be ready for resale but I have had to spend almost $1000 on items that honestly should have been replaced before the car was ever offered for sale. I am very disappointed and feel like I have now been ripped off because this is a rare car and I over paid for it to begin with.

We wanted to look at the 2019 Raptor and Brendan Choat was our salesman. He test drove with my husband and he loved the truck. Brendan was very knowledgeable and answered all our question. We spoke with the sales manager Don Mayes, he checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and answered any additional questions we had. That s when we realized this dealership truly takes their time to work with their customers. We worked with Kyle in finance and he explained all the paperwork that needed signed. We are very happy with our purchase. I recommend you see Brendan Choat when you want to buy a vehicle. Thank you Brendan, Don and Kyle!

We worked with Itzel olalde and she went above and beyond for us. She doesn't treat it as just a job but she actually cares for her customers. We got a lemon car at first but itzel came in on her day off to help fix the situation and get us into a better car with an awesome deal! Then Alec Gaytan in service was always available and communicative while we figured out the problems with our lemon vehicle. Overall though the whole team had great hospitality and really made sure we were well taken care of.

Hiram at the pre-owned dealership side is top notch! I'd leave a 10 star rating if I was allowed. Not only did he help me find a quality vehicle in my price point, but he also helped my elderly dad as well. I will definitely go back and do business with him, and highly recommend him to anyone. Kyle over in finance was also a top notch dude. Again treated both me and my dad well. I'd also give his customer service a 10 star rating if I could.

Lea was AMAZING from our initial interaction over the phone and his incredible patience he had with my husband and myself was outstanding. I know I'm not the easiest person to make a deal with but he was very patient, kind, professional and we made it work for reasonable terms on our 2021 Gladiator Overland. I wanted to give thanks to Dalton. I was working out of town and only available on the weekends for a few short hours. After another dealership tried to get me with a bait and switch, Mac Haik stepped up and proved themselves. Dalton was very professional, efficient and friendly. He kept his word from our previous conversations and plainly explained all available options. I'm extremely happy with the entire team and loving the new Ram 2500. Thanks guys!

It truly was an honor coming here! I m so thankful for Casey! For months I haven t had any luck getting a car. Casey actually called me once a month to check on me to see if I was ready to get a car. Today she called and I was very hesitant to try for a car. She worked with me and found a great deal for me! She went above and beyond, she came and picked me up to test drive the car! Where else can you find customer service like that!? I m forever thankful for her and her work!

I visited Mac Haik in Georgetown on Aug 28, 2023, due to auto stop/start malfunction and smoke from the tailpipe in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The communication was poor, and Robert Buckley refused a loaner, claiming they're not a car rental service.They held my car until Sep 28, replacing the battery and cooler EGR. When I retrieved my car, I discovered damage to the backseat, undisclosed by the dealership.On Oct 2, I returned for smoke issues and was promised repairs for the backseat and hail damage, but issues persisted. At this time Kevin D the service manager said the employee was written up due to the damage on my backseat and that the dealership will cover the damage by ordering me a new car seat cover. My car also occurred hail damage and due to my experience with them Kevin was going to have their hail damage person fix it as well.On Nov 6, I observed a coolant leak, leading to a water tank replacement on Nov 9.Today April 8, 2024 my car water tank is leaking coolant. I asked to speak to Kevin and explained to him that I have been waiting on his call since Nov so that they can fix the damage my car occurred during their possession.I asked to drop off my car but I needed a loaner and which he told me they don t have any. He then said he can add me to the waitlist; in which I responded how long that would take and he said he doesnt know.I then expressed frustration that I m unable to get a loaner since I need a car to go to work. I pressed him as to why he never called me so that I can drop off my car for the damages he said that the dealership is going to cover Kevin then had the audacity to say he doesn t remember that conversation.The dealership unprofessionalism and lack of communication and honesty makes them unfit for service. Avoid at all costs.

Bought my 2023 Big Horn here 3-1-24. Took it in for a rear window leak today. Took less than two hours to leak from rain but yet it has been there since before 8:00 am and no word. Seems service has a serious issue with updating customers on status of what is going on. Sales were wonderful they just need service to keep their sales up to date.

Mac Haik is amazing. Everyone there is amazing and most of all Ricky!! He helped me get into a new JEEP Renegade, along with the other staff that helped also. This is the first brand new vehicle I've gotten in a long time and they are all truly amazing. He even helped a friend of mine get into a brand new Dodge Charger also. Him and all the staff are great, I truly can't say it enough. I had to post a pic, my jeep and my friends car. Ricky is the man!!

I don t leave reviews ordinarily, but I wanted to mention Mac Haik in Georgetown and Casey Moore my sales person. Casey and her manager Corey for getting me into my dream Expedition. I ve seen the brand for years and the TV ads about that great Mack Haik feeling. After a couple of months of actively searching and test drives, I came across the one but my budget wasn t enough. Casey and Corey worked the numbers and we reached a great deal. It was tough trading in my beloved Land Cruiser, but I m looking forward to driving to work now, getting to take longer trips in comfort and being able to plan my budget where I have a new car not anticipating expensive repairs. No pressure, unfailing service, complete respect felt like I was buying a car from friends who had their act together. Very smooth process. I would love to have spent more time with them but they got me out quick test drive to drive off. Thanks Casey, Corey, Carlos and team. Hope this helps others get that same Mack Haik feeling! Daisy was my sales person she was wonderful and made the experience easy and fast, usually its a hassle dealing with a dealership but not with Daisy she was great had all the information we needed before even going up there, I wanted a truck for a long time and we found one and we got an amazing deal!! Buying a new vehicle always comes with some anxiety. Not this time! Matt Meredith was extremely professional, new exactly what I was looking for and made this purchase easier than ever. This new Ram 1500 Limited is beautiful and more then I could have dreamed for in a truck. I would have never expected a truck to be this luxurious. This has to be the WORST parts department In all of the USA! Poor Service! How hard can it be to order a part right! Then an employee started asking me questions as in I couldn t afford new wheel locks! Makes me wonder if he treats all females like that or just the African American ones. Good Dodge Dealerships are rare in this part of Texas.

I was able to get a new Truck with Mac Haik, Lea was amazing he got me approved same day in the vehicle I wanted. He provided the best customer service along with the rest of the team at Mac Haik when other dealerships never got back with me.
