As the parts specialist for the City Of Round Rock, Interstate Battery is definitely top 3 of the best business to deal with. Reed and his crew over in Georgetown go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of on our orders. Eric Olsen is amazing to work with. He is the best at communicating and getting back to us quickly in getting our orders completed. Last week I took in my phone to get the screen fixed. I had previously called and they ordered the part that was needed, so when I took it in they had it fixed within the hour. Looks good, works great, will highly recommend this store for that service.Now what really impressed me was the level of customer service. My exchange took place with the GM and an employee, John. Super friendly and personable, but while I was in the store I witnessed them deal with an irate customer. From what I witnessed the customer was upset it was taking longer because a part had to be ordered. Now I was standing on the other side of the counter and could hear this man yelling through the phone. I watched in horror as the GM tried to explain the situation and did everything he could do to try and ease this mans anger. I've been in the customer service for over a decade and know when people are beyond consoling and the situation is beyond repair. Now where most employees would have hung up, or passed this guy off to someone above their pay grade, the GM listened to this man and dealt with him with a poise and patience that most monks would be hard to come by. Long story short I was delighted by the job they did on my phone, and was majorly impressed by the customer service. Kudos!!

I went to Interstate to replace my car battery. The price was low and I appreciated that.One thing that irked me was when I bought the battery, the associate did not try very hard to locate my battery so that we could replace it. I suppose the onus is on me to locate my own car battery but I would have appreciated a little more effort to find my car battery from the associate.I ended up finding my battery, driving back, and it was a good experience from that point on. I would recommend.

Despite spending over $1500.00 throughout the last 2 yrs on various batteries for vehicles...husband was denied exchanged for battery today. We will NEVER shop or recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service was negative regarding the battery exchange policy...they explained a loophole problem they encounter routinely and this allows them to screw you over.

I was 100% impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the gentlemen in this store. I had to bring a foreign car in for a battery that could have used several different batteries, according to the company that AAA sent to jump my battery. They went out in ridiculous heat (easily 110 degrees) to check they had the battery, remove it from a difficult spot in the car, and replace with a new one for me, while my child and I waited in the air conditioned waiting area. Not only were they not demeaning or condescending as happens often with me in auto stores, they were generally kind. There was no complaint of the difficult spot the battery was in or the heat or anything. I will only be coming here from now on. Fantastic service and very fair pricing!

This business is awesome!!! Reed checked our battery, cleaned off terminals, installed new connector and installed a new battery. We had all this done in less than 30 min. Highly recommend going here!!!

I brought in a broken device for repair. They fixed the housing and screen. I tried to press a button and it did not work period. It cracked the screen which they had already replaced and to fix their mistake they charged me double the original repair cost to do less work which was a result of their inability to properly fix it. So I could have bought a new device for the same total price. Now I know what being raped truly feels like. I will never do business with them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely the worst ripoff. Rude staff, obviously not trained. Do not ever do business with them!!!!!!!

I am very happy to see interstate opened a location in Georgetown. My 1st visit they had exactly what I needed. Johnathan and ReidWe're extremely helpful and went beyond what you expect for service. I will be back and they will get my business5 stars

I went in for a new car battery, and all three guys in the store hopped right on it. They were all super helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'll be back!

Horrible customer service!!! Employee was incredibily rude and refused to take credit for the damage they caused to my phone.They claimed to be able to fix my phone . That was a gross misrepresentation. The repair was supposed to take a hour, it lasted a WEEK!!! They just handed my iPhone back and said that it was not repairable because a design defect, and to top it off they still charged me for the repair!?!?!?!?!?I decided to get another opinion. The other shop took a look at it and informed me that Interstate Batteries damaged my phone by not disconnecting the battery, causing a short curcuit. The repair was finished in 15 minutes and my phone is like new.Bottom line; this is a battery store, NOT a cellphone repair shop! Go to the place on Williams if you want your device to be repaird quickly, correctly , and at a reasonable price.

Thank you to MIKE who helped me out today 12/2/20!! He took the time (quite a bit) to replace my battery for me. Yes I know it s part of their job, BUT the model of my car they usually refer to someone else. He didn t give up and got my car rolling again!! Thank you so much!!

Being fairly new to Georgetown I wasn t sure where I should go to have my car battery checked and possibly replaced. I called interstate and was told they could do both AND they could do it as soon as I got there. Spence waited on me and took his meter out to check both my alternator and my battery. Since it was determined to be a battery issue I was able to purchase a battery and have it installed right then and there. I was in and out in less than 30 ministers! What a deal! I highly recommend Interstate All Battery Center!

The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful in fixing items and helping me pick out the right product. I love the batteries and the availability and variety. I recently bought bought a 1500 lumen flashlight. It is the best flashlight I have ever bought. Powerful and solid build. I also like that it takes AAs and NOT AAAs. This store also fixed my yard light with 100 LEDs. They put in a great battery that was better than the one from the manufacturer. I like everything about this store.

The staff at Georgetown Texas was friendly and very helpful in me determining whether I would allow for my repairs to be done by them. My phone repair was done in less than an hour and the cost was reasonable for the quality of performed.

The arrival of an Interstate Batteries store here in Georgetown, TX was most welcoming. The days are gone that I had to go shopping all over the area just to get the right battery. I come in, show the salesman what I need and within a minute or two the new replacement battery is there for me. I've called on this store for all my battery needs from home and cell phone battery replacements to my security alarm battery. Even getting basic (AA/C0 batteries, they have them and I'm in and out. They recycle my old battery, answer questions and tell me about their latest promotions. They are now my first , and usually only, stop for batteries.

Great service! Have had batteries that weren't working properly and they ran complete tests on them quick to see if the problem was my battery or an issue with the car. Will definitely go back for any battery problems. Also have plenty of other battery options for everything you would need.

I took my iPad out there to have the screen replaced and to see if I had a battery problem or a plug problem. They diagnosed the later, replaced both the screen and plug in at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time frame. They could have told me to replace the battery and I would have but they only recommended exactly what was needed. They were professional and communicated great.I will send anyone there for anything iPhone, iPad or battery related.

Do NOT buy interstate batteries for your golf cart! I made the mistake of switching from Trojan's, which always lasted around 3.5 years, to Interstate which lasted 1.5 years. Possibly the reason for their short life span was due to the guy installing them. He said he had to "reconfigure" my fill system designed for Trojan batteries to fit the new Interstate batteries. So, I regularly used the fill system to add water to the batteries, only to have two of them fail after two years. And guess what? The fill system had been installed so badly that two of the batteries weren't getting water. Their cells were dry as a bone. Good work, Interstate!

I will never make another purchase from Interstate. I have in the past purchased several batteries from them with no issue. It is when you need a battery that is under warranty that they are a joke. They will upsell you on a battery with an 85 month warranty but when a cell goes out and the battery is worthless at 50 months they say they will give you a $20 credit on the purchase of a new battery. Is that what 35 months of battery life are worth. When I purchased the battery they said it would be replaced, not devalued and a credit given. On another occasion I took a battery in for a recharge. They misplaced it and gave me another battery in its place that was totally dead. They said my battery was also dead but could not find it to replace it. I believe this is a scam to just sell more batteries. I will never purchase anything from them again and will recommend that everyone have the warranty laid out to them before they make a purchase. DieHard Batteries are the only way to go. They die, they give you another one.

There batteries are junk. I bought from them thinking there were quality well my mistake battery took a hike after 3 months and they didnt want to give me the warranty even though it was ballooning and spilling out acid. Taking my business somewhere else.
