This place is outstanding. As a business turnaround expert, I walk into every business evaluating it. I walked into this place, and you could eat off the floor. It was so clean. Shows pride in their business.I had my windshield replaced for a fair price, not so with others. The service was impeccable, and it was done in a few hours. I have had many windshields replaced, but this was the best experience ever. I am sure in the future, I will need another one, and this is where I will come back to. The family ran with lots of pride.

After taking my car to a big name glass repair shop and leaving my car there ALL day and it hadn't even been touched the search began for another auto glass repair. We found Hot Shot through a web search and after talking with them, we scheduled our repair. Amazing service, honest, a super reasonable price, a great experience overall! I had a really bad cracked windshield and they repaired it just perfectly . & everything fit my budget! I can see clearly now , i get new car vibes Highly Recommended spot for your auto glass needs have to go back for some tint!

This was a great experience. My windshield was replaced and calibrated in a timely fashion. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Anna is great!! 5 stars all day!!

Very competitively priced and very friendly. Small shop and did a great job on my Lexus. You can watch the process through a large window in the waiting area. I highly recommend this shop.

100/100 experience - From start to finish!Anna was BEYOND kind and helpful. Anthony did incredible job on our windshield replacement - Even moving over the TX Tag and registration!The pricing was very competitive and the service was unmatched. Great service from the start. I notified my insurance company to send claim to Hot Shot and they did the rest. Called me to set up appointment, took me home while they serviced car and picked me up when completed. Had previously replaced windshield with mobile service and was never told that my car sensors had to be programmed so they worked on/off - never consistently. Hot Shot performed calibration and my lane departure now works 100%!The 1 stop shop is a plus for me - would recommend.

I had to break my back door window at 2 am, I called Hot Shot at 830 and was able to get a new glass installed by 1pm the same day. Great and quick service. They even vacuumed all the glass in my back seat and my kids car seats. The ladies are certified in car seat inspections and installs and showed me how to properly install the car seats back after they cleaned my back seat. They even offer military discount so that was an amazing plus. I need my windshield replaced too and will definitely be coming back to get that done.

The whole team at Hot Shot Auto Glass & Calibration was very professional and curteous through out my process of trying to figure out how to go about replacing my aftermarket sun roof on my vehicle. They even helped me figure out how to go about a recall process with my particular sunroof. Kept me updated every step of the way. They also offer you rides while they are working on your vehicle so you can avoid having to uber around. Can't say enough good things!

great sevice, the area is not very wheelchair friendly due to the grading, but thet were helpful getting me up the hill into the building, and very accomidating letting me get in my car in the shop instead of making me go back down the hill. very efficient and got me in and scheduled much sooner than any other shops.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

We have 2 times getting rock chips with the windshield. Hot Shot does excellent work. Very professional, super clean shop. Highly recommend.
