Went this morning and appointment was at 7am and gentleman said 8am so I was okay with it. He looked at my rims and wheels and he said their shop can t do it because it May scratch up my wheel. I respect and appreciate the honesty. Instead of just making $$$, he was honest about it and told me certain tire companies will have the right machine and unfortunately at their shop they do not. Honesty is key and it seems like a few and far between nowadays. Thanks sir.

They offered me very quick professional service, even though I was only there for a simple state inspection. That alone is worth recommending giving them a shot. The reasons for the high ratings are the result of how I saw the manager handle his crew to help a proverbial damsel in distress. A young lady had come in and was clearly stressed out, asking if they could help with a flat repair. The manager immediately went into action and so followed the crew. The young lady waited inside the lobby with her young baby and father. Joey Henson's crew had her tire fixed faster than my inspection. The relief of stress I observed on the ladies face was memorable. She then went to grab her credit card to pay, instead Manager Henson handed her back her keys and wished her safe travels. She left truly changed by the kindness shown to her and so did I. I assume that she feels like she received an amazing deal, which she did, yet all of us who got to enjoy the laughter of her daughter left richest.

I wish I could rate this place zero. Car was dropped off the day before, was told it was a six hour job. Next morning comes, by 9am they said It ll be about six hours, so it ll be done at 5pm . Now if I went to school correctly, from 9am to 6pm is NOT six hours. Not including the car being dropped off the day before, which is fine if they didn t start until the next day because it was EOD when dropped off. My husband stated how important the car getting done was and we do understand with this car the alternator replacement takes time. When speaking to the mechanic, he said around 4. How between two people is it magically an hour shorter? The car was done between 3-4, great. But the price!? I have been going to Firestone for years, I am in the military and have used my military discount for years there, and my husband has a dependent ID but it s expired unfortunately so they said no since I wasn t there in person, despite it being my car and my debit cards and a photo of my Id with my husband, fine. 1700 to replace an alternator is insane. I wish we stayed with NTB.

Your Mgr Joey was very professional and quick to diagnosis when our cars engine lite came on. His team was able to quickly fix it and was also able to get the oil changed within 2 hours. These guys rock!

I was really pleased with the customer service at this location! I had several questions and instead of treating me like I am dumb, the representatives took the time to explain everything to me. I was hesitant about the need for one of the repairs and they also explained the severity of the issue and other options. I appreciated the willingness to walk me through it and the transparency. In the end, I ended up going through with all of the repairs and I am happy I did because every issue was fixed without a problem!

This place is a SCAM. We took my car for an AC check up . They told us we can come back later . When we came back in the afternoon they charge us $300.00 for something they replaced. We got into the car and the car was the same . Came back inside and the staff couldn t even tell us what have they replaced. They told us they did rotation in the tires when I didn t even authorized that. My issue was with the AC. They didn t have a clue was was going on with it. This place is a scam. Fortunately they immediately give the refund, that s why I m giving this place a star but they deserve 0.

Horrible experience!! I took my 2019 F150 in to get diagnosed and repaired. They told me it needed a CV Valve and Vacuum Pump replaced and an oil change. They changed the valve (a $22 part) and changed the oil. When attempting to replace the vacuum pump, they STRIPPED the bolt!!! Called me and said they can t complete the repair because the bolt was stripped FROM THE FACTORY!!! And I d have to take my truck somewhere else to get that fixed. I tried talking to Chris, who claimed to be the Manager and he said there s nothing they can do. Then he charged me $361.00 for replacing the valve and an oil change!!! I am extremely upset and someone to make this right!!

Did an oil change on my Audi. It shoukd not take over 2 hours. They were not busy. Need yo get your suppliers to deliver faster or order sooner. Otherwise ok ecperience.

So Awesome, nice and fast in checking out my car.They Spoke with the Ford company close by and understood my dilemma since my car was not driving right, All of this happened while trying to move. I would recommend Firestone Georgetown to anyone.

you have a wise guy know it all that works there, the guy that took the order was great, but the guy i talked to about 1.5 hours later told me unequiviatly that my ca would nt=ot be ready until 2pm, this is 1:15 pm, when i saw it in a bay sitting there he reiterated a couple of times that it would not be ready until 2 pm and the work done requires 2 hours, so i said ok. about 5 minutes later he comes to me and said it is ready. i am the customer your guy was like i will tell you how things work here. I will not tolerate that from anyone again. I have been coming to firestone for probably 30 plus years. That is why you got the bad rating

The staff was friendly and helpful and took care of me right away. They even answered questions about services for our other vehicle. Prices were excellent and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.

My dad and I had a flat tire an hour and a half before closing on our 12 hour drive back home. Kevin got us in as soon as he could and was extremely helpful. We were only there an hour due to other cars they were working on, but that was perfect for me! We didn t have to get a hotel and wait until the next day and Kevin was very quick at fixing it.Service: Tires

I took my Yukon XL Denali there and I had explained that there was an air leak in the stem/ valve when pushed down on it. The stem/valve was also leaking while driving ( roughly 1-2psi per 2 miles)When I was called back and told to pick up my vehicle they told me nothing was wrong with the tire and that the valve was replaced. 10 miles down the road i was back down another 3 psi and by the time I returned home 8 psi lower. They hadn't replaced anything and they had my vehicle for about 6 hours. Needless to say it was a complete waste of my time. Took it to Discount Tire the next morning and they took care of the issue right away. Won't waste my time ever again with people that don't know what they are doing.Service: Tires

I will add this on top here. Since writing this the Store Manager Joey did call and return the money for the belt and labor.Since the contact form on the site doesn't work I will put this here.To keep it short, took my truck in for a balance and once over. Was told I had a belt cracking. Had them change it, my truck came back squealing. Wasn't happy with how the interaction went on the return, until the Store Manager called me back later in the day. I appreciate him returning the money but due to my truck being worse on leaving and my hood being closed on a pair of pliers I have to leave it at 3 stars.

Just go there and talk to the guy that runs the front desk for comically bad customer service. Then go to costco... better price and better service. Or if its not bad customer service and a laugh you want just go straight to costco.

I don t think you should have to put your own tire on your vehicle when you show up with at least thirty minutes before closing time. We had to do just that!!! This location never answers their phone and keeps you on hold when they do. Never again will I buy tires from Firestone. This location is the pits!

Not trust worthy. First and last time I will take my car in for any service here. They lost the center cap off the wheel and said that it came in that way. I walked out without the results of the alignment before and after test and they automatically charge road hazard fee per tire. Plus they try to get you out the door with only emailing the receipt so you cant question the costs. Shady, slimy, substandard work.Updated: Had someone from this location call me regarding the feedback I left. Said that he didn t know I didn t want the extended warranty. Really one of the dumbest ways to start a conversation to correct poor customer service. Is it the customers responsibility to tell you everything they don t want? Also, offered to pay to replace the center cap, but started the sentence with they didn t lose the center cap. This location and maybe company is clueless about business and what building trust with customers is about. Don t waste your time.

First time taking my car in for a 4 wheel alignment which is all labor & I was charged 15.20 for shop supplies my wife asked what type of supplies are bieng charged & the sales employee said its because of the techs tools bieng used. In response my wife said does firestone supply the tools to the techs? His response was no so my wife said if go out in service dept. & let the techs know that Firestone is charging a FIRVILOUS fee & saying it's because of techs tools & not getting a cut they would be upset & have something to say. My wife was told thats what they charge everyone so now we have to wait to talk to a manager about justifying this bogus charge. this shop supply fee was practice in California years ago until it was deemed illegal. Firestone corp.needs to go back to the table on this matter and rescind it

I came yesterday morning to get 2 new tires and once I came the next day to pick up my car I saw that my car was hit i don t know what happened but if a tech hit my car or if someone hit my car I am very disappointed and upset that no one called me to let me know about this incident and I am not going to pay $1000 with USAA car insurance for my deductible and I am never coming here AGAIN!!!

I went with my nephew to get his car inspected and they told him it didn't pass cause an O2 sensor was almost out I work on cars my self and talk to many mechanics and not once have any of them said it's almost going out. I told my nephew let's go. They saw he was young and tried to take advantage of that. The check engine light isn't even on in his car and it never has been for any reason. I'm just saying be careful where you take your car cause they all do the same thing. It is a nice building that's why the two stars.

I made an appointment online. I received an email confirming my appointment. I drive to the Georgetown location with a bubble in my tire only to find out I don't have an appointment. It was 10am in the morning they didn't close till 5pm. He said he could get a tire on for me if I wanted to wait til the next day. I said ok can we look at another location to see if my tire is in stock, he said no. He was rude and not helpful. Your in the wrong field of work buddy! Anyways I went to the next location in Round Rock. The clerk here was very nice and worked me right in. I usually do my business with Discount tire. They were closed today. Just know I will continue doing my business with them. I have always received great service and they have a great warranty on their tires. I highly don't recommend the Georgetown Firestone.Service: Tires

Joey was exceptional. They got my car aligned with new tires same same day for under 500 dollars ! Awesome job !
