I came in today to get my tire fixed. I have a nail in the tire with a slow leak. I walked in and there was a short line. The wait wasn't that bad and when I got to the register the man that helped me was super nice. Everything went quick and painless and while waiting.. I was offered a water by Steven and I thought it wad very nice. Everything was very quick and easy.

I have been getting my tires here in Georgetown for over 15 years. At LEAST 15 sets of tires purchased here at this location so far & I am still impressed with the service. Nick was helpful and patient with my request for information over the phone (I like to know they have what I want before I get there). When I got there and stood in line, Jaycee was dealing quite calmly with a difficult customer and when the conversation was over the customer said Oh I see, I understand now. This is a clear display of how, with patience, they have been able to explain that the policies are there to protect the customer s safety.I was super impressed today with 2 different employees showing patience and expertise! Y all keep it up.

I ve been coming here for about 3 years now. Service is becoming bad. I think they already lost their employees who really take care of their customers and their cars. Last month I came in for a scheduled rotation and balanced. I was watching the person working on my car and the rotation he did was switched only the front and rear tires. Today, I came in because one of my tires had a nail. Again, I was watching how they re working. The person who worked on my car was playing on the tires he was about to install on the other car, eventually one of the tires hitting the car. He was still laughing. Then he worked on my car. Just now when I got home and checking the installed tire I realized he put a lot of small scratches on my rim a rim that is very clean and well taken care of. He also under-inflated the tire he installed 33 psi vs 39 psi.

I was really impressed with both the people and the process at this tire shop. I called ahead and spoke to Jonah, who provided all the information I needed before coming in. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time things would take and a range of tire pricing, ensuring no surprises. Upon arrival, Galen greeted me before I even stepped in the door. He assessed my situation and checked me in. Despite a large number of customers, they fixed my tire at no charge, and the whole process took only about an hour.The friendliness throughout was impressive. I highly recommend this shop.

We are from the valley. Had an accident in salado tx, We need two rims. I almost never do reviews but I was amazed by the customer service. We work for a small city in the border and there is lot of requirements just to pay something, but the discount tire representative was ver patient and helpful with everything.

Best tire outfit in Georgetown and frankly that I have ever been to. Fast, friendly, honest, and absolute professionals. Customer service by Dre was unmatched. The store manager Will needs to be promoted immediately to district or regional management. They truly understand tires, service, quality, and how to earn customer loyalty. This is the only place I will ever go again for tires.

Sebastian Review!!!!I have used Discount for 25 years. I live in Gtown now and used this store. I have some pretty expensive custom wheels and tires and went in to replace the rear tires. The old weight stickers were not removed when they returned the car and some of the weights were crooked. I took the car back as I was frustrated with how bad the wheels looked. Sebastian jumped in and handled the situation. He calmed me down and personally removed the weights, old adhesive, cleaned everything up and rebalanced the wheels.As a business owner I recognize assets and this guy is certainly one of them.

Moving car into bay, a sensor "fell off". Had to wait 30 min after closing for them to finish resetting sensor, after I'd been told it was good to go. Next day, another sensor on the dashboard relating to the same thing came on, but turned off before I could get to a shop, and has not turned on since.

Went in for two new tires and asked for price comparable to previous ones we had gotten from them since out of stock on ones we wanted. The associate was too busy trying to upsell me that I had to call my husband to look up the available tires online with the size we need to see what to get and he found some only $25 more per tire that they had. I asked the assoc. and he looked disappointed and annoyed and pulled those up on the screen and said they had those. He had previously pulled up tires which were over $100 more per tire and said that s all they had that would work. He basically tried to lie to me and scam me- probably because I m a woman and don t know much about tires.To add insult to injury now I have to go back in to get the TPMS fixed because they didn t do it like the guy said he would. The light is still on and I drove it all weekend and it has not gone off, like they said it would when I asked that day at pick-up. I wish I hadn t gotten tired here and hadn t paid extra for the certificate, so I can go elsewhere. I ll come back for minor fixes but will never buy tires from here again. They just see you as a number and a dollar sign.

Went in to get a balance and rotation. It was free,, however they did not balance the wheels as I still have a pretty severe shake at hwy speed. Took it back to get re-balanced and now they want to charge me $24.00 a tire. Why was it free the first time and now you want money? Seems fishy to me.Will never use Diacount Tire again. Hope I don t die in an accident as a result of their shotty work.

Wanted to fix up my Subaru Ascent with 17" instead of 20" with some beefer tires. The guys at Discount helped me get the right wheels, even called the manufacturer to make sure it would all work. Great Team up there. Definitely get your Tires and Wheels at the Georgetown Discount Tire.My Subaru came out Amazing!

Will Ortiz helped me place an appointment with discount tire. When i went in and learned everything that was wrong with my tires, I (21female) had to call my parents to let them know and unfortunately told me i wasn t able to get it fixed at the time. As i gave the news to Will they told me to hang tight and they ll give me the car back in a second.When i received my car William gave me incredible news about a new tire and i am truly grateful for his customer service ,support and thoughtfulness. Willam is a wonderful store manager and I wish nothing but greatness for that man. Will, i wish i could ve done more for you or given you something to show my gratitude. I appreciate your kind soul Mr. Ortiz <3

Came in to drop about $1,500 on all new tires. When I walked in, I asked if I needed to sign in to get in line. I was told "I will be right with you." 2 other customers, who only wanted 1 tire came in after me and were helped first. I even had time to write this bad review and still haven't been helped. Looks like we can't do business.

Shout out to Jonah for getting me in and out in less than 20 minutes this at afternoon! I had a nail in my tire and I stopped in 30 minutes before closing. He got me patched up and on my way faster than my daughter could even finish her food! He even walked my keys over to the restaurant next door for me! Someone give that man a raise!

DeCarlos at the Georgetown location helped with both our cars today. My husband's car needed a tire rotation and we got new wheels and tires on mine. I wanted a specific wheel and color and he made sure they had it and went to back to double check too. He was great!

Well, they didn't have the tires I went to get, but they had me in and out in an hour! That was a first. It was way more expensive than I anticipated, but the truck has new shoes after 6yrs

So far they have above helping me actually I was with them in CA and had all my cars with hazardous. Then in TX the same. They are the best and do excellent work.

This last experience was much better than previous ones. I was able to get in almost immediately to fix a flat tire. Got my truck in and patched the hole, then rotated and balanced my tires while it was in the shop. Tire has been holding up good so I think the fix was solid. The one thing they always forget to do after rotating tires is to reset and set the tpms on the tires. Front will read as rear pressures and vice versa if not done. Plus, they asked me initially what air pressure I prefer then wrote it down. When done they set to what factory pressures for tires. Then why ask if you re not going to follow it? Overall it was a good experience and customer traffic was much more manageable than before. This location is extremely busy and a second location in Georgetown is much needed.

I had a tire with a nail in it and a tire with a screw in it, they repaired both tires for free and got me on my way. If you need a tire fixed, or need a new tire all together, you need to come here. Very friendly and helpful team as well

Please, for Pete's sake, stop over-torquing my lug nuts. This happens almost every time. It's hard to get them off in my garage even with a breaker bar, and I simply can't loosen them with an impact wrench (mine is rated for 250 ft-lb, and this car's lug nuts have a spec of 100).

Friendly staff but the system they have doesn t work. They make appointments but will throw walk in s in front of you causing the individual with a appointment to wait longer. Best to drop your vehicle off and leave it all day

These guys do an excellent job. Very good customer service, and they really try to get you in and out quickly when they can. Efficient and professional, and the employees are very helpful ... ask for Robin.

I had an issue with a lug bolt on 2 different tires seizing up and could not be loosened. I have only had my tires replaced by discount tire for the last 10+ years. They set up an appointment at another auto service company that could tap out the seized bolts which they payed for and replaced the 2 lugs. On top of that, because it took 2 days to get all the tires changed, Discount compensated me for my inconvenience. Shout out to Will and Nick for taking care of a customer like a customer, which you don t see much of now of days!!! They we always have my business!!

This could have been a 1 star review but this staff resolved an issue with amazing speed. I have mad respect for a business to take ownership of a mistake and graciously make amends. I'm extremely�grateful to Will, Jonah, Dre, and all the other gentlemen that I forgot to name. This store is STELLAR and has reminded me why I'm a repeat customer for over 10 years.�I hope that this review reaches corporate, Josh Briscoe (VP), and Jeff Keller (AVP). I wanted make sure that your level of service is conveyed. Will Ortiz and TXA 12 have gone beyond what I could have asked or imagined when it comes to service. #DiscountTire4Life lol

After discovering 2 flat tires, I called and talked to Mannie who told me to bring my vehicle in to have my tires replaced. Once I arrived he took over and within an hour I had my tires and was out the door. He's fantastic - Thank You Mannie!!

Courteous, polite, always professional! We had a tire sensor on the dash, I was a walk in and thought I d be here for a while jeez these folks were fast! I and out in about 45 minutes! While there they changed the windshield wiper blades, tire rotation and balance! Great job folks!

Ended up with a nail in my tire the day before Christmas Eve. After going to the dealer and being told they could get me a new tire for a week, I stopped in at Discount Tire. They guys there were great. Ordered my tire and had it replaced by the end of the day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Really positive experience here. I never felt pushed to get more expensive tires or equipment. I interacted with multiple staff members who were all very accommodating and helpful. I believe the name of the first gentleman who helped me is called Michael -- he got me set up and ordered tires in for me, all at a competitive price.I will 100% be coming back here next time I need tire repairs or replacements.

The Georgetown Discount tires are always friendly and have great service. That being said, they can get backed up, and it can take a while. But, they will take care of you and they have good prices and service.
