Terrible place to get a oil change or tires. 100 dollars on a oil change on a small car is robbery and I will never recommend or go there again.

I saw my front tire balding I called around for my size. They had mine. I drove from Killeen with no tire pressure low notifications or anything. I have been driving from Killeen to Austin and back with no lights on. I got my front tire replaced and left. Less than 45 seconds away the low pressure notification came on. I went back, he was apprehensive it seemed about checking them but he did. He said they all were low which I found odd because I had no notification from my car at all after all this driving this week. He put air in them, I made it to Cedar Park and less than a mile in the low pressure tire notification came back on. Now I'm at discount tire. He seemed nice but I hope he didn't do anything to my other tires or sell me a bad tire because where would this notification light come from suddenly Service: Tires

I came by your place this morning because I had a flat tire. Your representative told me that you guys don t even order my tires because they are too bothersome. Then I asked if you could at least try to air my tire up. Your representative told me I had to have two dollars cash and I don t even carry cash on me.I thought you guys helped people when their tires went flat. I will never go back to your establishment again nor will I ever recommend your establishment to anyone I know.

Great service. I pulled into a parking space and they came to the car before I can get out. They were working on the car within 5 minutes. Definitely will use them again.

I have had many vehicle repaired with Craig and he is very knowledgeable and gets right to the issue the first time saving me money. He never tries to sell me repairs I do not need. I get in and out quickly and I can trust that the work is reliable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I have also had many nails and screws taken out of my tires and patched and they have always worked well. He saved me money and I didnt have to replace the tires. I have also bought new tires from him that were amazing and saved me lots of money. Help me save these small businesses. The great customer service and dedication of this shop will always have my business! I read some of the other reviews and they do not sound like Craig Automotive at all!

This place says they rent trailers. We called them a few days ago and was told it would be $100 to rent a trailer for the weekend but the person we talked to would have the owner call. Well today is the day we needed it and guess what? We have not received a call from anyone so we called them again. This time a different person answered the phone and told us they did not have any available that they were all accounted for. While they said they did not have any they also told us this time they do not reserve any. Either they dont want to rent to us or the first person lied and never gave the owner the message to call us back or they did give the message to the owner and the owner decided to not call us back. Either way this business does not honor what they say at least when it comes to the trailer rental side. I will never think of this business again , they are dead to me. I would rather pay double to another business.

Great local business! Went to three places to get a tire fixed, and Craig and his team let me drop my tire off and had it fixed in 30 minutes! Super guy, I'm telling everyone about this place. Thanks Craig!Signed,A new loyal customer

The gentleman there was courteous. He helped change our tire in less than 30 minutes and at a great price. This isn't my first time or my last, these people are great.

Craig is good people. Will definitely take care of you. Being a business man also he understands the importance of getting your truck's back on the road. It never fails, I can call him and always expect the job to get done very quickly, and right the first time.#1 used tire dealer in Georgetown TX

Craig is a great guy who is very friendly and helpful. I believe he is looking out for the customer's best interest. His rates are very affordable and he is trustworthy. He shops around for the part you need and tries to find you the best deal. Labor prices are very reasonable.

If I could give 0 stars I would... my car was having issues and it varied from needing a power steering pump to a simple Throttle body clean. I realized when I initially called I didn't really explain myself correctly so I called again.This time just asking how much a diagnostic would be since I wasn't really sure what the issue was. Somehow he managed to avoid my question completely and give me a lecture about how expensive the work on my car being a Lexus would be. I tried to explain I wasn't oblivious to the fact but wanted to know how much it would cost. Because of the work I do, I need my car to commute and was just trying to find a place to diagnose and fix the issue as I don't have time to shop around. When I asked again for the cost of a diagnostic he said it just depends and couldn't give me a price and that he would only do it if he's going to actually do the work to fix it. I told him that was fine, I would give him that business. His response? He couldn't do it today (which was fine with me) and how he could do it Monday but because of his restricted space I couldn't leave me car there (Again fine with me). After realizing he was giving me the runaround I just decided to look somewhere else.I've never heard a grown man give so many darn excuses! I recommend going to Georgetown Muffler Shop across from the High School. Not only were they able to get me in right away, I got a diagnostic and my car fixed within the hour at a honest price. I passed Craigs Auto on my way home and it looked pretty empty (one car), what a joke! If you're going to be lazy and don't want to work on cars why open a business? And if they didn't want to work on my car, man up and say so. Honesty goes a long way.

Craig and his crew always do good work. He let's you know what work is needed and a price. no surprises, if something changes they let you know your options.

Warning!!! Do not do business with this place!! Unbelievable bad attitude and service. I was there at 11:45 am on Saturday having a tire repaired when a man walked up and asked them to fix a flat. The idiot there told him they closed at noon on Saturday and he would not fix his tire. Took the tire they repaired for me home and put it on my car and it was flat again on Sunday. Took it back to them for repair on Monday and the other idiot there (owner, methinks) sitting on his fat ass under the canopy told me the tire was bad and they would not fix it or refund my money. Incredible! Don't just walk away from this place... RUN like hell anywhere else to have your tires serviced.

I am so disappointed and infuriated with Craig Automotive! I took my car to him with a broken head light, needing him to repair it so I could get my car inspected. When we got the car back we noticed the head light was dangling, when my husband opened the hood he saw that someone had BROKEN the mount in order to make it fit. When I took it back Craig he was immediately defensive and said we must have sabotaged our own car after he fixed it. I paid 300 dollars to fix a light that stil does not work and is now worse than it was when I brought it to this crooked con artist! Please beware!!!

Lied about which tires he gave me, told me he was giving me national tires then have me some cheaper brand. Also charged me 4% convincee fee credit card didn t tell me until after it happen. Dishonest would not useService: TiresService: Tires

These guys are exactly what you don't look for in a mechanic. Shady, wily and dishonest. First time I went to them with a door lock issue, they broke the electric window and then said it was like that already - it wasn't. I just tried to take my car there now because it was leaking transmission fluid, and they are close to my house. The guy working in the garage WOULDN'T HELP ME at all - he said to bring it back on Monday and MAYBE they could help then. He said "It's not my garage, I just work here." So that's the kind of help you can expect from these guys.

Go see Chuy at Craig automotive , he fixed the tire on my truck ,15 minutes in and out no 5 hours like Walmart tires

Great service at a fair price. I have had alot of maintenance and tire repairs done here. I never had any problems :) I highly recommend Craig Automotive.

Was passing through to Austin and stopped here to see if they could help me with a broken wiper arm. They didn t have same-day availability but provided all the information I needed to get the issue fixed elsewhere. Thank you!
