I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the quality of service and workmanship at Classic Collision when they recently repaired my RAM pickup truck. They explained how everything was repaired and delivered a beautiful product at the end. Thanks, Mike Jr.! It looks better than new and even carries a nice warranty. Five stars!

I brought my brand new truck in due to severe hail damage and they were great to work with. Rick, Delia, the manager of the Georgetown location, and her staff were very friendly, answered any questions I had, and provided excellent customer service. The team kept me informed through every step of the process and worked seamlessly with my insurance. I would highly recommend them for any minor or major vehicle service or repairs.

In May 2023 I took my car to David Collision Repair on West Street, and when I picked it up on May 24 the office staff was different. The new manager told me Classic Collision were now the owners, effective that day. After my car was brought to me I asked the manager what I should do with my rental car which I rented from Enterprise on Leander Rd. She told me to park it in front of the shop and give her the keys since the business had a long relationship with Enterprise. According to her they would pick it up from Classic. Then, about two months later, in late July, I received my credit card statement with a charge from Enterprise for $598.21. I called Enterprise about it and was told my rental car was not returned until around June 10, two weeks after I picked up my car from Classic. So the manager did not contact Enterprise, even though she told me during two different phone conversations after May 24, that they had. My rental car sat on Classic Collision's lot - only a few steps from their front door - all that time.Enterprise said I signed their contract and was responsible for the car's return, which is absolutely true. Now, I was on the hook in spite of the manager of the new Classic Collision location's commitment to make sure the return was picked up. After challenging the $598.21 charge and negotiating with Enterprise, my charge was reduced to the $113.88 which was the share of my rental not paid by insurance. Though the manager of Classic Collision was at fault they agreed to pay only $200 or $250 of the $598.21 charge to Enterprise.Classic Collision is an unprofessional organization with dishonest management. They only care about their bottom line.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

RUN AWAYBrought my car in for a Geico Insurance claimWas asked to sign a series of forms with a few red flags.1. Blank Vehicle Storage fee amount. When asked to clarify this before I signed. They explained they wouldn't usually charge and to just sign it.when I asked for the number to be clarified and to be written on the paper before I sign.A boy came from around the corner aggressively and wrote "50$" under another random line.I was then explained to that I'm problematic and that "everyone just signs it" and "they don't want to work on my vehicle"2. They want you to sign that you pre authorize any charges your insurance company does not cover. This means without notification you can be charged whatever they see fit.3.Next you are signing that if you don't meet those unauthorized charges that they will put Mechanics lien on the vehicle. This is alarming because you don't need authorization to enforce a Mechanics Lien. This string of authorizations is not regularly required in body work.4. Last but not leastYou are to sign an authorization that "any and all verbal agreements by the staff are superceded by these authorizations"This means the staff can tell you whatever they'd like and don't have to stick to it. (Refer back to 1)When your insurance company is covering the bill. You do not need to pre-authorize other work.Shops are required to authorize the work with you as it's discovered.Any shop who can't answer as to what you're signing and has a clause that states "nothing they say matters" is a huge red flag.Though not a deal breaker.Any store that responds aggressively when asking to clarify their policy IS.I explain I will take my business elsewhere which apparently excited the boy who works there to get more aggressiveThere are a million shops who value your business. This isn't one of them

Have done business with David Collison 3 times in 20 years. Went by to get an estimate last week was told I needed an appt. Did not know Larry had retired. Made an appt for 17Oct was called today and told that they do not do estimates without an insurance claim number. Told them as minor as this was did not plan to file an insurance claim. Told me they would not do an estimate for an individual. There are other good body shops in town. Larry I'd make sure people know you are no longer associated with this outfit.

My first and worst experience at ANY repair shop. They had the receptionist do the intake when I dropped it off for repairs for a rear end collision. Then they called me 3-4 hours later to tell me the receptionist basically did it wrong and that they are not liable to fix my bumper because there are too many points of contact, and that the insurance company paying for it refused (I called the same insurance company and they were just as surprised as I was, no records of any such conversation. They said they already admitted liability and that they re going to pay for the repairs period). The general manager D called me being extremely unprofessional and accusatory, saying I should know the history of my car, and when I asked how I should find that out, she said something along the lines of idk that s not my issue. Just being overall unhelpful and RUDE. How am I supposed to know the unreported history of a car that was made when I was four years old, and I m the seventh owner? Why would I buy a damaged car that has a dented bumper? The ONLY damage on my bumper was what was damaged in the accident.I don t know what their issue is with me, but they clearly don t like me, and D was making excuse after excuse not to work on my car, and tried to refuse to give me her regional managers information! I had to get it from the receptionist. It got to a point where my mother had to call them because I was getting crazy talked down to and probably point-blank lied to. They also literally left trash in my car that has no relation to any work that was supposed to be done on it. Like??? I threw what belonged to you back on your property FYI. I had to call off work to pick up my car asap because it felt like an unsafe environment and did not trust them any longer with my vehicle. When I came back to get my car D conveniently had to leave. A horrible experience and a horrible company. D should find another job where she works behind the scenes and doesn t interact with clients.Trust me, don t waste your time here.

David Collision did some body work for me on an insurance claim and they did a great job. My truck is a very unique pearlescent color and I was fairly skeptical that they be able to get it perfect. I m very particular and the repair was literally perfect. A couple months after the initial work was completed I noticed that the tail light on the side that had been fixed had taken on some water. Took it back up to the shop and Larry ordered a new taillight before I even left the office. Came back by when the light arrived and Larry came out and put the new unit in himself. Mr David has been at it for a long time and his shop is full of guys that know what they re doing. I ll spend my money local every time I can, and these guys are as local as it gets. Great place to do business and great folks.

Someone wrecked into me on my front left side. Near my front left tire. Took it into David's Collision repair, good reviews on Google and have been in town since I can remember, growing up here. When I took it in I told the lady at the desk that I needed my front tire/wheel checked because something happened to it when I was hit, making some noise it didn't make before the wreck. Got the car back looked great with the body work. But had to take it back because the wheel was still making some sound. Robert told me that it was the bearing. Regardless the car should have been taken to somewhere else to get fix. End result I had to pay out of pocket to fix my wheel $450 that should have been taken care of my David's Collosion. Don't waste your time if there's more than your body that needs to get fixed. Donw right criminal.

Avoid at all costs. Very rude and disingenuous! Cost of simple repairs are about 25% higher taking 80% longer. With so many other better options you re better off anywhere else.
