You guys got me in quick, treated me with utmost respect, and shuttled me home while working on the repairs. You all saved my bacon, and got me back on the road same day. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with treated me with kindness and had a smile on their face. I love your company values and will never use another auto repair shop other than Christian Brothers. Phenomenal service! My check engine light came on and I took my vehicle in. They set realistic expectations on the timeline and had a courtesy shuttle take me back home. Once they completed their inspection, they sent a full report along with an estimate for all repairs. I was able to easily choose which repairs to approve or decline and saw clear pricing for everything. They finished the work quickly and picking it back up was easy. I will be choosing Christian Brothers for all my auto needs moving forward. Thank you for being so fantastic!

They have been really amazing to us. We had a part on our ac that they replaced 5 times. They finally ordered the part from the dealership and they covered the cost as well as put in all to do all that work without any complaints. The craziest part of it was that the original replacement had happened out of town, at another car repair business entirely and this was a warranty through that company and Christian Brothers not only honored it but did it without hesitation or complaint. This business absolutely lives up to their name. We're grateful for how they cared for us.

From 10 to a 1Super disappointed Chris scheduled me on Monday first in line Wednesday to correct issues from my service 3 weeks ago Full brake job not correct alignment pulls hard to right and a major tune up truck is sputtering. I should have been a urgent customer to correct what s wrong tech was sick I understand but 2 techs should have gotten my truck corrected not just leave in parking lot and not even courtesy call but I m sure new business was more important which is wrong. Mr Guyton your man failed miserably. I lost work for five men because I waited for my truck. I Absolutely expect a call to see when on MY time I can bring it back and wait for service.I wanna see it driven into the bay and issues corrected. I ll even pay again but forget Warranty Customer Service failed as well as the Techs repairs.Kenny Garcia

Highly recommend setting an appointment for any auto repair services because this shop stays very busy. They are the best in the business but they also offer the strongest warranty on all their work, a full 3 years or 36K miles, whichever comes last...unheard of! I did read on another review or 2 on here that they didn't trust CBA or mechanics in general thinking they were being sold parts and services that were not needed - well, I can tell you right now, that's absolutely not the case with CBA - GT location. I was thoroughly convinced I had a problem with my van's alternator- and I even told Lance, the service advisor for my visit, that I needed an alternator. But guess what, the honest people at CBA diagnosed and turned out I only needed a battery replacement... the alternator likely would've cost $1500 or more! You are "in good hands" here at CBA and now I trust them completely with all my future repairs as should anyone!Also I'm absolutely impressed with how quickly CBA can make repairs and get me back on the road... this was my 2nd experience with CBA and each time they delivered on repairs MUCH MUCH more quickly than a dealership can. Dealership said it'd take 5 days just to get in for diagnostic plus another few days to schedule the repairs ! Crazy! Same or next day repair seems the norm for the amazing professionals at CBA! The entire team looked so happy and you can tell they love what they do and take pride in quality FAST work!You might find other repair shops to do the work for less money, but I guarantee you, the quality and speed of repairs backed up by a VERY generous warranty more than makes up that difference! Plus it's very evident the owners / management are treating their employees well - they be happy !Major kudos to Lance and the CBA team! I'll be referring everyone I know to CBA with great confidence!

All their employees are attentive and have been straight forward when it came to explaining your situation. Lucky for me my problem wasn t major and it was solved within the day. To top it off they give everyone a ride home.

My wife and I have 2 Toyotas that we starting bringing to Christian Brothers around 2021 when our mechanic here in Georgetown retired and closed his shop. The reviews for CB looked good, and I liked that they had a community presence. I had to have around $5000 worth of work done to my Tundra around that time (tie rod, transmission, and a few other things), and it seemed to be a good experience. However, there were some grinding sounds coming from the wheel areas thereafter, and the steering felt quite different. I took my truck back there several times trying to get things sorted out and finally did to some avail. Fast forward to Dec 2023, I took my Tundra in to the Toyota Dealership in Round Rock for an oil change, as we had decided to stop using CB due to some issues my wife experienced, which I will get to in a moment, along with the issues I experienced. When Toyota did their vehicle inspection, they found several things done inadequately and tie rods that were not properly installed. Very frustrating.My wife has a Sienna van, and she had CB do her brakes. Turns out, CB put on after-market brakes without telling her, and they did not install them correctly including discarding specific parts that are necessary for the brakes to function properly and quietly and to protect the rotors. Glad nothing happened!In summary, CB folks are very nice when you deal with them, but their workmanship is subpar and not any cheaper than the dealership. In fact, by the time you pay CB and then pay your dealership, the cost is double. I would avoid CB for any work and just deal with your dealership where you can be more confident that the work on your vehicle is done correctly.

Five stars only because there is no six or more. That's my rating every time I take "Alexis" (our ('98 Lexus) to CBA in Georgetown for service (seven years now). Reliable, transparent, trustworthy. Great mechanics, work guaranteed, fair price. No hype or phony gimmicks. An owner (Keith Guyton) and team that I count on and recommend. So does "Alexis".

I recently had an experience at Christian Brothers that left me with mixed feelings. While there were some positive aspects, there were also some disappointing aspects that need to be addressed.On the positive side, I must commend Christian Brothers for their convenient shuttle service. It was a helpful and convenient option that made my experience more comfortable. Additionally, my conversation with Kathy was delightful. She provided excellent customer service and made me feel valued as a customer.Another positive point was Ryan's outstanding phone etiquette and welcoming spirit. He consistently answered my calls and was the person I interacted with when I dropped off my car. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated.However, my experience took a downturn when I encountered John. He seemed disinterested and dismissive during our interaction. I did not enjoy our conversation at all, and it left me with a negative impression of the company. I brought in my car with a specific reason code and clearly stated that I was there to address one particular issue. To my surprise, I received a list of repairs that totaled almost $1000. When I expressed my concerns, John's response was unsatisfactory. He suggested there were additional things I should consider fixing, which made me question the honesty of the company. It felt like an attempt to extract more money from every client, rather than providing transparent and reliable service.What disappointed me the most was that I was specifically told to come to Christian Brothers because they would take care of me and not try to take advantage of "women." However, my experience contradicted this assurance, and I felt misled.In summary, my experience with Christian Brothers had its ups and downs. While the shuttle service, Kathy's exceptional customer service, and Ryan's welcoming attitude were positive aspects, John's dismissive demeanor and the discrepancy in the suggested repairs left me dissatisfied. I hope that Christian Brothers addresses these concerns to ensure a more consistent and honest customer experience in the future.

Had an inspection done, and I was able to just walk in. They took care of it in 45 minutes and took care of a low tire warning for no charge. Ryan was AMAZING! EXCELLENT customer service skills, patient, polite, informative, respectful...the list goes on. This was our first visit to the Williams Dr location & as much as I "hate" to say this, it likely won't be our last. It was a bit out of the way to drive to this location, but we don't regret the decision to do so , thanks to Ryan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christian Brothers in Georgetown! This may be a strange thing to comment on but I'm going to anyway....the restroom was IMMACULATE & had a very "HOMELY" feel to it. One of the nicest public restrooms I've ever been in. Thank you again, Ryan, & lastly...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I don t know where to begin from the owner down to the new employee, these people are INCREDIBLE! I met the owner personally and he advised that I should try out his guys. They all have the owner s heart: a deep conviction to serve their community. You FEEL it. I had a complicated order, lol, but they were able to assist and advise on the best solution for me and my family. They aren t here for the money, which makes it so easy to refer them all of my business and clientele. I trust this place with my wife, mother, family and friends.Note: I m not easy please in the SLIGHTEST. As a small business owner and customer service veteran, I ve never seen this level of care outside of luxury establishments. I may just have to write another review as this just doesn t seem to be enough, lol. Mark is that dude and Matt is his Ace: they both are consistent, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. I only went to this location once, right before a cross-country trip from TX to WA. All I asked for was the car to be looked over to make sure it was in good order. In less than 1 hour, it was all set and free (it might be a 1st time customer thing)! We officially made the entire trip with our car packed full of items and our dogs. Thank you for checking out the car and putting our minds at ease.
