This is how my car was delivered back to me after thousands and thousands of dollars worth of body repair.My first advisor was walked out. Fired.Then the car just SAT for months.Now this.I sent the email as requested.

Nobody likes it when they have to take their vehicle to a collision place. Either so, I am so pleased with this location and Addy! Addy helped make this process stress free for me and made it happen in a timely manner. My vehicle was brought into the shop on Friday afternoon and by Monday midday, had an answer for me. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled and even then Addy was so empathetic giving me the news. She is amazing and goes above & beyond!

Customer service and quality of work done were excellent. I received a text message informing me of the status of the work done on my vehicle every step of the way. They were not scheduled to have the work done until 4 March, but it was ready for pick up on 20 February. They worked directly with my insurance company so all I had to do was show up, pay my deductible, and drive away an extremely satisfied customer.Highly recommend this shop without any reservations.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adelina and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Addy was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the entire repair process with ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that my vehicle was restored to its pre-accident condition in a timely manner. I have had multiple repairs to my vehicle at Caliber Georgetown. In comparison to the other body repair shops I have had perform work to my vehicles in the past few years, this specific location is "doors & fenders" above the rest!(I even contacted the Round Rock location before and their staff and extremely long wait times were very 'unsatisfactory')The staff, communication and eventual repairs exceeded my expectations and have solidly convinced me that any future auto body work I need in the future will be done by Caliber Georgetown!

Did amazing work! Could hardly tell my car was in a collision. Had to come back in for an exhaust rattle, and it was taken care of quickly after I got my car back. Thank you for helping me Laura!

Had an accident back in December and the accident was in Arizona. I had to bring the car to Texas and my insurance nationwide worked me the entire time. make sure my car gets fixed and everything goes smoothly. I got to Texas and they recommend me caliber collision on Georgetown everything one smoothly when drop off the car Brad took the car and he was amazing. I am a contractor I need my truck and he went above and beyond to get my chores done way before the due date, it looks perfect like they knew and she was calling me every two days to make sure I am up-to-date on everything it s going on. I am thinking everybody at caliber collision and my insurance was incredible. Perfect worth the money then I m paying for my insurance.

Adelina was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kept me informed through out if the entire process of my vehicle being a total loss. If I ever need another collision center need, I'll use caliber and I'll use Adeline!

Great experience here at this location.2nd time this year i ve needed to have my car worked on and I immediately asked for this location based on my experience the last time I came.I needed to drop off my car a few days early after the holiday due to my work schedule and both the nice lady at the front desk Alejandra and the very sweet lady Lora in the back office made it happen for me and took alot of stress off my back.Lora was very knowledgeable and let me know right away what to do in regards to the process and communicated very well along the way.They even got my car back to me 3 days before the expected date looking good as new!!Im extremely grateful for this crew/staff here in my hometown. They definitely have gone above and beyond for me both times I've had to visit them.I highly recommend this location to all their customer service and satisfaction is the best i ve had the opportunity to enjoy.Thanks!!A1 Service!!-JohnService: Painting

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision. When we took our car in, the lot was full of cars that needed work. They told us it could be up to 5 weeks with ordering parts and repairs. It was ready in just over two weeks. It looks amazing and runs great. We worked with Brad and he was personal, professional and caring. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

They were great. Took my car in without an appointment and they were polite enough to schedule repair and estimate the next week and had it all done in about 4 days, cleaner than when I left it. Brad was friendly and personal with us, and quick to update me. Receptionist was on top of trying to get a rental car for me after dropping it off and very sweet also. They even stepped up where a local rental company failed and took me to get the rental and even offered to take come pick me up after dropping it back off in the end. Completely top notch service and I couldn t appreciate it more right now. Thank you guys.

We made an appt on the Farmers site for my mom's car to get repairs. We show up, they say we aren't scheduled, no one from caliber called us to confirm or say there was an issue...and they do the assessment anyways but say we can't leave the car and they can't do the repairs todah. They say they always call to confirm a day or two in advance, but they didn't. They had us on the schedule but not for an assessment. Then they say that we need to get rescheduled to perform a drop off. That wasn't an option on the Farmers portal, I thought we scheduled a drop off? Two weeks later is the soonest availability. We go in circles with the scheduling team, the girl who is helping my mom is rude and keeps cutting off my mom, she says the advisor will call us back. We set an appointment. She sends us a confirmation for the wrong time. The advisor never calls back. We call back to confirm the time and continue in circles. This place is too busy and they're not able to give the best customer service as a a result. We will.take my mom's damaged car elsewhere and reporting to farmers.

Caliber Collision Georgetown was awesome!! They had my car ready in a shorter time span than I anticipated. Lora Hughes was great, she kept me updated through the entire time my car was being repaired. They even cleaned the inside of our car. Caliber was great, the insurance AARP, however was HORRIBLE, I would NEVER GET them or recommend them to anyone, they were a nightmare & a liar.

My experience was terrible with Caliber Collision with Lora and Tyrelle as I had a front bumper replacement done seven thousand dollars and I returned the car after a few weeks and to report the bumper was coming back off as there were no clips in it to hold in place my insurance company did back me because said I must file a new claim!!! more money copay for them so after that work I still have a front bumper properly installed such a ripoff

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome and fast service. The manager went above and beyond expectations to meet my accommodations. Met me at the shop on a Saturday even though they were closed and offered to stay late so I didn't have to miss work. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Georgetown to friends, family, and colleagues. Special shout out to Chad and Janina! You guys rock!

Lora and tyrell were amazing in assisting me in getting my car fixed. Lora kept communication with me throughout the entire process and made sure that I was completely satisfied, truly a great employee and human. Tyrell helped me with some questions and was super friendly. This is a great group of people. My car looks amazing and I m super thankful.
