Brian who works here is a super star. He was so helpful when I said I was having trouble pulling out a fuse switch that was locked into a panel. Came outside to my car and pulled it right out. Then we were able to replace a fused switch and finally got the OBD port working. Once that was working we went in to look at what the codes meant. Brian printed out the summary so i could take it to a mechanic.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP BRIAN!!!

Wonderful experience today!! Patrick tested and then installed a new battery for us. He was thorough, informative and friendly! We give him an A+ for customer service!! This should be highly valued for its people like Patrick who make us want to return to Auto Zone!! We would recommend you ask for Patrick for your automotive needs!!!

...great service...very helpful young man .....am military, got my discount! And that turned on that witty young with a couple repid fire jokes along with doing his job...left Auto zone satisfied, content and happy. I'll probably go to the same Auto zone again to shop and get a laugh....

yesterday evening I got in my car to go home from work & it wouldn't start. Your store is across the street from my work. I called and the nicest guy, Jimmy, came over to check it out. He cleaned up my badly corroded battery posts & tried several things to help me. It turned out that the battery was fine, so the problem could be one of several things, which I'm hoping to remedy today. I really appreciated him running over and trying to help me out. Thank you! Walked in for a few parts, offered service right away. There were two men and one women working, all were nice. Lee A. is who first greeted us first, checked us out, and who we interacted with the most. Nice guy.

I visited today due to an engine light on. Brian Moran provided exceptional service by testing and determining my battery was bad. I bought on-site and Brian actually came out to replace it and ensure the car would start. No too many businesses care for Customers as Auto Zone and Brian Moran performed today.

Took my car in for diagnostics right when they opened. The guy was very friendly and very helpful. A lot of people don't like being bombarded as soon as they open the doors but this guy was very friendly and greeted us. I definitely recommend this AutoZone.

It's great to feel good customer service. Raining and I needed a rear wiper blade, my bad, the sales guy gladly rang me up, installed the part.That will bring me back as a loyal customer!

I just experienced the worst customer service of my life!! The ignorant lady (she knows who she is) answered the phone when I called after 9am this morning to get a quote on a purchase!! That distasteful little cashier needs to have some customer service skills!! The dummy hung up in my face while I was giving her my car information!! For no reason at all!! When I tried to call back, she hung up the phone again and when I tried to call back, that distasteful little precious didn't even pick up the phone!! I was not rude to her or anything of that matter!! There was no reason for that young lady to be like that to me!! I'm sure my CAR is worth more than your SALARY!! I will never call the store again!!

I called for a price and to check stock in an item, and when I got there, they told me that it was a different price and if they didn t have it in stock, and then the manager , Eric proceeded to raise his voice when I told him I just called and drove all the way over here. Then I showed him that price on their own website and he still denied it, even though he was looking right at it. The biggest problem I have is the lying and disrespect I was handed by someone who is supposed to be in a leadership role. Sad. Zero customer service skill, Georgetown AutoZone, on Williams Drive must ve been desperate when they hire that guy.

Pamela and Jordon are the most AWESOME people I've ever dealt with at an "Auto" parts store. I was stranded with a dead battery on a very cold night last week and the two of them worked a plan to help get my JUKE up and running again!No question they know what they're doing as Jordon didn't hesitate to change out the battery for me once we made it to the store. She then retested to make sure that was my only issue.By offering such great customer service it shows they really care about their business, something you just don't see much anymore and it's obvious that they love what they do.As a mechanics daughter it's nice to see more females in what's usually a "mans" industry....I want to THANK YOU ladies again for going above and beyond and to encourage ya'll to keep doing what you're doing!!Marsha

Amazing group of people helped me find a serpentine belt after breaking down late in the evening. Can t thank these guys enough for their hdd we love. Extremely good group of men!!! Peter, thank you for going to Round Rock to pick it up!! Thank you!!!

Came for simple vacuum oil, asked three people and they point me towards the oil wall . Search and found no nothing, not one of 3 asked ever searches computer . I grab my phone and do a google search, they show to have one. When I go to the counter 3 people walk bye and say nothing, the 4 asks if I need help. He searched the computer and it showed one on hand, but was new and didn t know the location . The first assistant manager with dumb glasses on back of head acts super put out when asked where is vacuum oil By the new guy. Needless to say, I left and got the vacuum oil at a real parts store with workers that actually helped. Will not return to store. Stick with o Reilly and advance auto which are both close bye on Williams drive

Gosh, those people at AutoZone were super kind, friendly, and fast. The battery I got was the cheapest one (which I wanted) and it s actually better power than the one I had. They didn t try to upsell me and even installed it really quickly for just over $100. Definitely coming back!

I pulled into this Autozone needing help! I was getting ready to have a blowout on my truck but didn t have the tools needed to swap it out. I was welcomed inside by a younger lady(didn t catch her name) and she put me with Eric. Eric was more than helpful in getting me what I needed to change the tire out in the parking lot, along with keeping me great company while doing so. 5 stars across the board. Clean store, friendly staff and very helpful! Great job

I love Auto Zone, I would love if they can keep more car parts stored. I'm always working on some kinda car, and sometimes have to go to another store or order a part not in stock. The part may show to be in stock but may not actually be in stockm

The other one I went to buy a part and one of the vendors who attended me was very rude, it all started when I corrected it when looking for my car on the computer and he wrote it wrong and then I didn't remember the name of the part I needed and he started to bother until he ended up shouting, I kindly thanked him and better left. Definitely as long as there are unprofessional people in Autozone stores, I will not buy there again or recommend it to anyone else.

I needed to get a replacement battery for my van so I decided to swing by here. I am not a car person by any means but the team at this Autozone were amazing! Not only did they make sure I got the correct battery and get it installed and working, but they made my first visit feel like I have been going there for years. Very helpful, very considerate and extremely knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning for my automotive needs in the future.
