Ridiculous, they don t accept engine oil for recycling. No managers. How they can operate the business? How state issued the licenses for them? It should revokeWhen you asked for a manager they said. Make a photo of this

It is Wednesday febuary February 14 2024.. i came in and did seem like that did new what thay was doing.. I need my check I came in and ask and the guy said we can charge your alternator. Am like you can change a alternator.. thin he puts it on the machine and thin do it right and mad a lode sqeinking nose thin the manager cam over and he was vaping y trying to help but the worst part Thay didn't finish the test... And there was a nother time I wet in it was the same manger I ask for his help and he didn't know how to help... But wet to a different AutoZone in Georgetown and Thay help me with whut I need.... Only reason why am righting this review being I don't appreciate the manger vaping in the store and right in front of me y he trying to help me for this location you guy needs to get in story camera to watch your people you hire b neck time it wouldn't be a cplant it be you getting sued.

honor to whom honor deserves, this year I changed auto parts supplier, and it went very well, attention, guidance and service, this month I needed a car battery for two vehicles, alternator, belt pulley, starter cables, oil and filters engine, headlight light, now in this place I have a better explanation and I know why some batteries perform better, because some cars look different in light in each headlight, what is the difference in oils and they recommended a mechanic that now I I recommend too.

Easy in and out for many popular after market auto parts. On this occasion I needed a rear wheel ABS sensor for my Jeep, which they only had one in stock. I was going to buy two and replace them both but maybe I don't need to afterall. I like the location because it's convenient to my house as well as other downtown Georgetown businesses. They are usually a little less expensive than the other auto parts stores in town and just as reliable in my opinion.

Always very Professional, friendly and helpful !! Good knowledge of their Products and my Battery Changing just took all together only 10 Minutes !! Lorenzo was really very quick and friendly .. I like this Store for all my Auto Care needs and other necessities!!!??.. Best place to go!!

Summer is bad for batteries and is a little early this year. Even though my car was starting fine, the top of the 4 year old battery was already corroded. I was able to buy and have new one installed in a matter of minutes. Can't beat the service!

I had a great experience at this location today! I went in to have my battery checked and replaced. The young man that helped me was efficient, polite and I didn t have to sit and wait at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Professional service from businesses is rare these days but not here! Excellent service and I highly recommend this location!

2022 Sometimes these guys are on and sometimes these guys aren't too sharp. I cant stand when customer service assumes what you need vs listening and asking questions. It is time wasted listening to a rant and you have to interject and stop them, hold up, you assume that is what I want or need. Asking a question doesn't follow your line of thought so try pausing, breathing, and engaging me so we can avoid wasted time or me being annoyed with the fact that you probably are about to mess up an order.Another frustration is you have to go in and pay for a part to get it moved to the store. You can't pay online and have that move take place in a timely manner either.2023 Make a call get placed on hold. Ask a question when on hold and get ignored. I am fairly certain the representative was ignorant and did not understand what I was asking and was looking it up rather than asking me to clarify. If they did understand then their service was still garbage. I asked if they understood what I was asking and then from their end, "uoooh uhhhh. (clicks in background) coolantt..... errr......" after inquiring a second time I realized I wasn't working with someone who understood what I was asking and they were too stubborn to have 2 way conversation or even engage me so I could clarify. This guy moved it from three stars to one. This Autozone really struggles.

I have lived on gtown for while so I've had to go to autozone dozens of times and usually i don't like the experience mostly due to the employees but the new group they have in there where very nice and helpful ....the guy that helped me ( i didn't get his name ) but either way he was very helpful and a pretty cool guy he installed my battery which to took a little doing and did several checks on the system and though i could have installed my battery i was kinda having a rough morning so it was cool he just did it and didn't make me ask but it was a pleasant experience this time

Writing this review from this location and have to give a huge shoutout to the team here. It s raining cats and dogs but Rodney is out there replacing the battery on my car like a freaking champ. I expressed my gratitude to him and tried to offer a tip that they wouldn t accept - if there is a store manager or higher management that reads these, Rodney deserves a raise. He is my blessing today.

Telephoned for information on a part for my car. The sales person said he had two cabinets of parts and was not going to spend time looking for the part I was interested in purchasing. The guy was rude, unprofessional, and actually hung the phone up before I could thank him and say goodbye. There is no way I will ever set foot in that store again. There are too many other auto parts stores available in the area to put ones self thru this arrogant and rude behavior.

This place is awesome. And my go to. I needed to get my battery checked and I was helped out in a timely manner. My battery was replaced for me! I had baby in tow and I am so grateful. Special thanks to Rodney for really offering me the best customer service.

Clean place to shop. There were not too many employees so the service was attentive and helpful but kinda slow. The computers must have been slow also; everything has to be researched via the computer which was a little delay. Good experience.

Last week I had to get my car jumped and was in need of a new battery. I called before I went to make sure they had the correct battery and the guy on the phone assured me they did. When I got there the same guy told me they did not in fact have that battery. Very frustrating. I chose a lesser battery to get it over with. He struggled to get my battery out and had to call a coworker to help. I understand, we re all new sometimes. He did not complete a battery check first, but I did ask him to check the alternator after the battery was changed out. He connected a machine and told me his machine was showing that the alternator is not working. Based on this information made special arrangements to take my car to the Honda dealership and Uber to a coworkers place to get a ride. Honda called me to say my alternator was working fine and they charged me an additional $99 for diagnostics. I wasted my time and money on bad information.

Jesus and the manager closed earlly on 31 July 2023 putting us stranded without a key part. They cared not. Terrible service.

My battery was completely dead and wouldn't take a jump. My husband and I brought the battery to Auto Zone to see if they could charge it. They put it on the charger for an hour and it was good to go. They didn't charge us a thing and were super helpful.

Run a small business and had to take my truck down for maintenance. Was told the part would be in around 10:00 am. By the Manager. Went to pick up said part @11:00 thinking that would give them time to check everything in. I was wrong part had not arived. The lady at the counter said it wouldn't be in until after 1:00 pm. It is my opinion when you have a horrible reputation with all the shops in town already why as a manager would you mislead a customer who prides himself on his customer service. Now he has cost me valuable time that I should be spending with my customers and costing me $45.00 an hour.

This location is AWESOME and so helpful! My battery died twice in a row, and when I was finally able to get a charge long enough to make it to this autozone, I was freaking out that I was going to need a new battery even though I had just purchased one from Walmart last year. The guys working here were so great. As soon as they saw my battery, they told me that if it is dead, then I should go to Walmart to get a free replacement because I should be covered there for two years from the date of purchase. I know little to nothing about batteries/cars, and I really appreciate them not taking advantage of me and telling me to buy a battery there.They tested my battery and determined that nothing was wrong with it, and then they were able to identify that it was the corrosion on my battery that was causing the problem. They cleaned it off and put sealant on it FOR FREE! It is all fixed and cost me nothing!Excellent customer service, very honest, definitely will go back here if I ever need any other parts for my car! Thanks so much!

I received a greeting when I walked in, someone was available to assist me right away, my battery was replaced by a friendly member of the team, my visit was very efficient, and so I have zero complaints.

Its been a long time sense i stepped into an Auto Zone. Im sure thrilled it was this location. Not only did i receive the part i needed in seconds. They helped me install it. How cool is that? Goes to show you, big name places. Still have that small town help.

Great service, worker wasn't sure if product I needed was in store. He learned it was after another associate pointed it out. We all gotta learn. Handy store.
