They got me in the very next day and completed the job in less than 2 hours. They even have a mobile service that is very affordable. Excellent prices on the glass and the even helped me order new corner trim pieces from the manufacturer due to dry rot. Excellent service. I am now a lifetime customer. Very impressive.

Just a great experience all the way around. Excellent communication by Miles and William. When they finished early with another customer,William text me they could take my vehicle early. Great work at a reasonable price. I hope I don't have to replace another window but if I do I'm coming to Atlas Auto Glass of Georgetown. Thanks gentlemen.

I got my windshield replaced at Atlas Autoglass about 6 months ago. At first, it wasn't quite right. I went back, they tried fixing it, still not perfect. Then, they replaced the whole thing for me, and it was perfect. It was a bit frustrating going back and forth, but they never made me wait, even offered a car to use while mine was getting fixed. The team is really nice and the final job was perfect. What made me even happier was how they treated me amazing customer service. Highly recommend them.

My windshield was damaged after the hailstorm. So, like everyone else, I kept thinking about who to go to for repairs.Atlas s communication was very clear and concise. They were exceptionally accommodating to our needs.We got both vehicles done here and we couldn t have been happier.Miles and Niko were so helpful throughout the process, that it couldn t have gone smoother for us.Their lobby has some really cool reading material that isn t car magazines from the 90 s, which was really nice.These guys did an amazing job and we will be reaching out them first for windshield repairs in the future.

They were so friendly and helped us install a new passenger back window in about an hour at our apartment. They came on time between the time window they had told us and it was reasonably priced for the service and window we needed! I would trust to call them again if I ever needed to replace an auto glass!

I definitely recommend this business. Safelite auto glass would not have been able to replace my window for over a week. This business was able to do it the same day that I called them. Plus they got it done within 45 minutes of my arrival to their business. Everybody was very friendly and they have a comfortable waiting room. Cannot say enough about what a good experience this was.

Both our cars had broken front windshields due to a recent hail storm. Atlas was able to get us in for replacement within a week, better pricing than others and cost ended up being lower than their estimate at checkout. The office is small but thoughtful and comfortable. Everyone we communicated with and that worked on our cars were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend and use again.

I got a rock chip Saturday morning that needed repair right away being the glass is crazy expensive. With 1.5 hours left on a Saturday, they called me back sent me directions and did a amazing job on My windshield. Thank you do much for your outstanding service!!

Called around multiple shops, safelight, dealerships etc, nobody had the glass, would ve been multiple weeks to fix. Atlas Found the glass for me the same day and squeezed in a Saturday afternoon appointment for me! Great experience. Will be recommending to my family and friends. I had a great experience at Atlas! They were able to schedule my glass replacement quickly when I called, and the work took just about 1.5 h the day of. No problems at all. The people there are also really nice and friendly. Overall a great experience, do recommend!

I called for a quote. They replied right away with a VERY competitive price. I authorized the work and they had staff onsite within an hour. The work is quality and the staff were all friendly. While at a short visit at Killeen, Texas, Someone threw something and shattered my passenger side front window. They then proceeded to steal some valuable items in my vehicle so I had to figure out how I was going to replace that window ASAP because I was towing a trailer and could not see at all out that window. When searching for a Auto Glass company, 90% of them were closed or fully booked out a couple days. After calling this company, they immediately treated me like family and got me in same day. Every time I spoke to a worker (including the technician) I was treated extremely kindly. If you are not sure if you should trust this company, let this review show that they went above and beyond for me. My ONLY concern is they are a lot more pricey than normal companies but in my opinion it doesn't affect the star rating due to being one of the few companies that were open on a Sunday, them trying their best to get me in same day and the outstanding customer service.Service: Auto side window replacement

I was very stressed when my window was hit with a rock form a semi but I was able to take my Tesla to Atlas auto glass the same day and they repaired it! The wait for safe light was over 2 weeks and more expensive. Very friendly, accommodating, and quick to repair!

Excellent service! I've had a windshield replaced using their mobile service and have left 2 vehicles after a hail storm. Great pricing and quick service, especially considering the high demand after a hail storm.

Tried atlas instead of pro auto glass because I was in a bind after hail storm. Rear view mirror was not cleaned after installing. No big deal, but then noticed that anything over 50 and there is air coming in from the lower corner of windshield. Was told to bring it in at 4 and I was late so I called. Was told to bring it bye, did that and the 2 people there had no idea that I was coming.off site call center and poor communication I guess.Instead of pulling and resealing, they want to remove cowl and add glue. Will not return or recommend to anyone

The recent hail storm damaged my car's back window and windshield. Although I contacted several auto glass repair shops, Nika was quick to get back to me, just a few hours after I submitted a request for quote online (which, by the way, was on a Saturday, after hours, and continued to answer my subsequent questions throughout the weekend, and then got me set up for an appointment on Tuesday for mobile service). The quote was fair and reasonable and included all associated fees. The techs that came out on Tuesday were efficient and helpful, we're very pleased with their work. I thoroughly appreciate Nika's helpful communication, quick response to my follow up questions, and getting us scheduled within a few days instead of a few weeks!

Absolutely do not use this business to replace your windshield!!! I was assured this was a reputable company, clearly as you can see by the photo they do not test the wipers after installing a new windshield!! This was a $1650 windshield replacement! Do you think you could do better?! I could have! I should have taken it to Porsche Austin! Do not do business of any kind with this company they will either miss steps, or break your items in the process. Leads me to believe what else did they not do? It s unacceptable! Never again!!**Update 12-21-2021** Adding to the nightmare that is this business, the integrity of my windshield was compromised due to the poor installation of my windshield. As you can see from the photos posted my windshield is cracked AGAIN!! Notice if the windshield wiper had been properly calibrated it likely would not have cracked where it did. I ve tried to reach Sevara, there s no answer at this number and no voicemail. I ve reached out to Allstate who paid for their incompetence and let them know to never allow this company ever work on a Porsche again. I don t know who the supposed owner is that contacted me, but I don t believe you?! Not to mention, why would I ever allow you near my car again?! You should have done this correctly to begin with, I m disgusted by the fact you ve doing nothing and finally respond after a month!! As I said last month, unacceptable!!

Atlas Auto Glass took very good care of me. They where able to fix my rock chip on my windshield the same day. I needed to fix this right away before leaving town, they where able to squeeze me late in the day and fixed it. The rock chip is hardly visible!
