Bad experience. Not sure how this place has good reviews , we had to turn my car back to them because it looked so bad when time to pick up and then we come back 2 weeks later and there's more damages to the paint and my windows then ever before , TONS OF SPOTS IN THE PAINT , ORANGE PEEL , MISSING PAINT , NOT COLOR MATCHED , AIR BUBBLES AND TERRIBLE PANEL GAPS and also my radio screen broke while my car was there and yes they did replace it but with one that had dirt and mud caked in it , like do they have any pride in the work they do ? We had the opportunity to walk the shop while we waited an hour for anyone that works there to show up and every car I looked at had terrible orange peel/overspray and just the worst paint jobs I've ever seen. Now I have to take my car to get all the panel gaps fixed and completely repainted in the future , the only reason we accepted the car looking so bad is because they said that's the best they can do and obviously they just can't get it right , oh and they drove my car over 9 miles.... my car came in for hail damage , there is no reason to drive the car!. Moral of the story is definitely judge a book by its cover , the place looks like a junk yard and it shows on my car now. Update! Got the car washed and piant is chipping off because of the paint job I received , everyday I walk to my car I am reminded of how bad they screwed my car up.

Update! Even more of a reason why this shop can't be trusted. They don't even own up to their own mistakes. I have phone records and messages that I saved from them regarding the whole incident and every communication from when they spoke to my father. I have pictures from when I was in their office. The pictures taken was on property. The person my dad sold the truck to was a person they gave him the phone number for and I have record of that as well. The other company did not do the work because they only do insurance work and my dad was a cash paying customer as it was not an insurance not because of the severity of the work.If they accepted payment from the person who purchased it to repair it then they should have accepted payment from my father to repair it where we clearly had well enough finances to fix.I have a recording stating the car was beyond repair and it was a total loss that they would not be able to get the parts for several months and if they got the parts because of the frame damage the car would not be certified safe on.For them to reply as they have confirms that they cannot be trusted. They are liars, thieves, and cheats! Ladies, Elderly, Cash Customers, Minorities, Black Americans.....Be Aware!Original post: Can't be trusted!My father is an elderly disabled veteran. His truck was involved in a minor accident. The repairs were not covered by insurance. The shop told him his truck was 'beyond repair and a total loss'. It couldn't be fixed. It had frame damage. The parts they purchased do not fit due to the misaligned frame. The tire and rim was 'damaged beyond repair'. My dad would need a new frame. It's unlikely they can find one in a timely fashion. They gave him the phone number of their buddy that buys salvaged vehicles. My dad, in despair, believing his truck was a total loss, sold his vehicle to the friend.When we arrived to get our belongings, the truck was fixed. The new part was put on. The tire was replaced with the full size spare from under the truck. All in the same spot where it sat when we were told, it's beyond repair. I was in disbelief!I'm saddened that they took advantage of my father. It frustrates me that shops like this still exist. They seemed so honest and sincere when explaining the damages. FlimFlam! I'm disgusted!They didn't charge my dad for the estimate or storage. No need to. They helped a friend get an $8000 truck for $2000.....that's all.Had this been their father or grandfather, would they want someone to do the same? How would they feel that someone took advantage of their elderly loved one?I called the guy to ask to cancel the sale. We will return the money. He was rude with me wanting to argue. I told him, it was just a request. I wasn't trying to argue or cause trouble.Buyer Beware. They use the fact the are contracted to fix police cars and emergency vehicles for the county to gain your trust. They may be honest and upfront for those guys; even for insurance companies but not for the underrepresented like my dad.

Alliance Collision did an amazing repair job on our RV. The service and communication throughout the entire process were excellent. When we called to ask for a quote, they responded the same day. The estimator gave us several options to consider and explained each in detail. They promptly ordered the repair parts required and immediately scheduled our unit for repair. They completed the repairs as scheduled, and we are very happy with the results. Would love to give them 10 stars if we could!

Phil helped me out when Highway Hero damaged my car, I was finding it difficult to get anywhere with them, after contacting Phil at Alliance Collision Center he was able to send an email and get the process started and that I was very grateful for :)He was very transparent throughout the whole process showing all receipts. I also very much appreciated the communication, there was never any question about what was going on with my vehicle. I give these guys a 100 ,an A+, a five-star rating!!! I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles here:)THANK YOU PHIL!

This place is more than 5 stars. I had my car towed here because they had the best reviews in the area. They did not disappoint. Although they weren t able to do the repairs on my vehicle, Phil recommended a place that would be able to. I can understand how it can be frustrating to have a shop not be able to do the repairs, Phil went over the call of duty to make sure he steered me to someone who could. He has been over the top helpful and thorough through this process. Anytime I had any questions, Phil would be quick to respond back to my texts. He sent so many photos in order for me to understand what he was talking about. The entire staff at this shop were truly exceptional with customer service. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. They are the most transparent shop I have ever dealt with.

Alliance did an incredible job repairing my car. They are perfectionist. We were so happy with them that we came back after another incident.They even delivered the car because I was without transportation. My car looked brand new. I highly recommend their service.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! During the process of fixing my car, they ran into more work than previously anticipated. But, unlike other shops who have gouged me for similar situations, these guys came up with a very reasonable solution at a very reasonable cost. Very professional, work done on time and most importantly honest. Don t even think twice about giving these guys your money they will definitely treat you right.

Dec. 2023. I can't say enough positive about this company! My car was not only handled with care but Phil and Alex went beyond gettung mt car back on the road with their expertise and even after i got my car back Phil went beyond his duties by helping me with battery issues related to Subaru repairs and intervened for me by talking to managers which git me back on the road! All of our fleet repairs are done through Alliance Collision. Whether it be an auto collision, a piece of machinery that struck our vehicle on a job site, material that has damaged the body, replacing graphics, or a broken window inside the service body that was replaced with Lexan instead of glass, Alliance has succeeded our expectations.Phil has been our contact & he is thorough with communicating trough phone calls, emails, & text messages.Alliance is also able to work with our leasing company for billing purposes in addition to our insurance company.Our company is very satisfied with the overall experience with Alliance Collision & will continue doing business with them.

Daphne did the original estimate. After booking the repairs, she called to report that she had forgotten to include the cost of scanning and resyncing the safety systems of my Suburu. Then she mentioned that the car had two places on the right rear door that could be repaired by PDR (paintless dent repair). She said that it would cost an additional $50 to get everthing, the original repair, the PDR and scanning, done. I agreed and she said she would email me a new updated repair order. I never received it. The repair took an extra day longer than originally promised but I understood since they were going to do more. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the original repair work was done but none of the PDR. The scanning and resyncing had been done since it is a safety system on my car. The production manager was the only one there (though allegedly Daphne was supposed to be there) when I picked the car up. When I mentioned the PDR wasn't done, he claimed he didn't know anything about it. He said that they had been charged $180 by the company doing the scanning and resyncing and that they were already losing money on the deal. He said he was going to hold the extra money for the scanning and resyncing out of Daphnes check. He asked if I had an updated repair form showing the added repairs and the final price. Of course, I didn't. I paid the original repair amount, not the increased price, and left since it was near closing time on Saturday. Monday, I called to talk to Daphne but she would not take the call, instead, speaking through another employee. The employee said she would call me back. Three days later, no return call.The repair appears good right now but time will tell. Given the clear and apparent dishonesty of the company, I would make sure everything is in writing. To early to tell if the repairs are good.

They did a repair on my motorhome and kept me well informed on the status including required supplements to the claim as they dug deeper into the repair. I was tempted to give them a lower rating due to a mis alignment on the front end cap resulting from the accident, which was not detected and resulted in the windshield cracking on the drive home. This issue should have also been caught by their windshield vendor (ProGlass in Georgetown) before they installed the glass. Since the two companies could not come to an agreement on who should handle the warranty, Alliance stepped up to the plate and honored it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2022 Hyundai Sonata N-Line to Alliance Collision Centers after an accident that caused significant damage to its front, hood, undercarriage, and affected its electricals and sensors. I chose them based on the solid reviews they had garnered and their evident reputation.Alliance didn't disappoint. They restored my car to its original condition, with no signs of warping or inconsistencies that can sometimes be spotted in post-accident repairs. It's almost impossible to believe my car was in a crash when you see it now.Though the repair process was lengthy, it's worth noting that this wasn't due to any shortcoming on their part. They prioritized quality, opting for OEM parts over off-brand alternatives. My only suggestion for improvement would be more proactive communication. While I typically had to initiate calls for updates, their team was always cordial and informative when I reached out.In summary, my experience with Alliance Collision Centers was overwhelmingly positive. The folks there saw that the scratches on my car could be buffed out, rather than sanded and repainted. They were then kind enough to do the job gratuitously. I m sure they saved me several hundred dollars, at least.Any work I need done in the future will certainly be done by these kind folks.

They were incredible. My truck looks brand new. I got in a pretty big wreck and they delivered back like it never happened. Incredible customer service too! God forbid I have another wreck but I d bring it back here for-sure.

My experience was excellent. I had two vehicle's in the shop an Chevy Suburban and Mercedes-Benz Alliance Collision did an outstanding job. Their price's were incredible and their work was superb. After an accident, I reached out to a few mechanics and body shops. Alliance Collison was the only one who reached back out to me, though it was after hours. Phil scheduled me in promptly.Upon arrival, I felt prioritized with the compassionate care and solutions Philand the staff provided.Though my vehicle didn't get to be fixed due to my car being totaled due to another unfortunate accident a few days later while awaiting the insurance resolution; the attentive customer service, the transparent communication of the situation and how quick and smooth the center was moving on their end was a great experience.

Everything was great. The car was finished ahead of schedule and looked perfectPhil was especially accommodating, very helpful.When I was told car can be ready on Monday, I told Phil i had a road trip planned long ago and had to leave by Saturday, he personally made sure it was ready Saturday morning for pick-up.Will definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great people, great service from point A to point B, took my pick up to fix from hail damage, it looks like new again, first person I saw when I got to drop off was Phil himself, great person all questions were answered he did have my truck ready in two weeks just like he said, he kept me up to date and would answer my phone calls to check status, I highly recommend this place, (he even polished a scrape from my bumper out of courtesy).

I was referred to Alliance Collision Centers Georgetown by a good friend of mine. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and most o fall Honest. Outstanding work by the team at Alliance. I chose to go there instead of the shops recommended by insurance. Well worth it. They cleared all the engine codes I had due to the damage from the car wreck, made the car look better then new, and did a full detail and clean on the inside, getting rid of dog hair and other nuisances. I wish I had before and after photos of this truck. There were multiple rust spots, paint was bad, door wasn't aligned, now it looks amazing! I can't recommend them enough. Great work, done quickly and at an excellent price. If you need body work, this is the place.

Phil and his team are truly a one of a kind. I ve had several vehicles fixed by him anything from a small rock chip to replacing bed sides on pick ups. I refer Phil to everyone that I know because I know he won t let any of his customers down or myself. Top notch to say the least. Give them a call and let these guys fix whatever it is you need.

My 25 year old Land Cruiser was in a frontal collision. I took my truck to them all the way from Dallas because I had heard they are really dedicated there. Matt and Phil were able to find the external and internal parts as required. Also, worked some magic with the paint and finish for showroom results. Perfect.

I was lucky to have had my car issues so close to their shop. The people seem genuinely happy to help you and not trying to mislead you. Phil was great and made sure I had all the info I needed. Great shop and I wouldn t hesitate to come here again!
