Jacob and the staff here are excellent to work with. Seriously the best car buying experience I ve been through. Pricing was great, no need to haggle. I was in an out of the dealership in 30 minutes.Will definitely be recommending friends and family looking for GMC vehicles to these guys

We always dread the car buying process. But, this experience was one of the best ones we've ever had. Garrett was top notch! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We knew exactly what we wanted when we went to Spur and talked to Garrett and he gave us exactly what we wanted. We could not have hoped for a better salesperson to help us out! He went over all of the small details of the vehicle we were purchasing and told us he was always available if we had any questions. While Garrett was taking our new vehicle to fill up the gas tank, Michael came over to check on us and held an actual conversation with us that made us feel very welcome there.Even the financing department was amazing as Brian was so easy to work with and talk to as we went over all of the paperwork.Since we purchased the car less than a week ago, we've taken it to the service department to get a clear coat and scotch guard put on the vehicle. That interaction was also awesome! Friendly and outgoing staff makes the 45-minute trip worth the drive!Thank you Garrett and the Spur Chevrolet team for making our experience enjoyable!We will highly recommend Spur to anyone we know looking to purchase a vehicle!

The whole car buying experience was awesome. From the sales staff to the finance staff, the could not have been better. I was in the dealership about an hour. There wasn't any waiting around for anything. Everyone was very responsive. The sales person, Garrett, was awesome. The price negotiating was quick and easy, he provided a great explanation of all the truck's features and explained the app perfectly. The finance dept. make the paperwork portion of the purchase quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The experience was pretty good. It's never great trading in and getting another vehicle, but I'd have to say that this is the best place I have ever gotten a car. Very quick process and got a very reasonable price on my trade. And I love my new ,used vehicle.

I've ordered my car at this dealership, and they know exactly what to answer and how to work with you. I am so happy I've ordered my car here and not at Don ringler, the knowledge of the product and the brand it's just amazing, talking with sales people who knows what they talk about and not people that just try to sale you something, it's absolutely fabulous. I recommend very strongly Spur chevrolet in Gatesville.Like always, they are truly friendly and very welcoming, spur chevrolet is best dealership I ever been, I stop by sometime to drop a box or two of donuts, because from the sales part to the service part they juste absolutely amazing, and Tiffany from the service part is so patient and she is so welcoming, that makes you feel like we knows each other for decades, so yes I highly recommend Spur chevrolet to my friends, family and anyone who wants to experience buying or service a car to a dealership that is not trying to rip you off, instead to provide you the best they can with an exceptional skills and knowledge about they products and what they service, it's very comfortable to deal with them because you are for the first time speaking to an actual humanly sales or technical person who really cares about your needs. Jacob, Andy and Mike were excellent. They went above and beyond my expectations. Jacob had me in my new car in less than 24 hours. I drove 4 hours to the dealership and when I got there I dreaded the run around but to my surprise I signed the papers and was in my new car. I had a small issue with my trade in (my fault) and they went out of their way when they didn t have to, to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service and efficiency. I would make the drive just to buy from their team again!

Garrett helped us get into our new GMC Terrain. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the GMC product. From test driving to leaving the dealership in our new vehicle was only about a 2 hour experience. They earned repeat customers with us and we will refer our friends and family to him!

My wife had seen a vehicle on line, she contacted Dylan Smithson at the dealership, and asked if it was available, it was. I drove out and was met at the door upon my arrival, Dylan showed me the vehicle and several other options. I decided on the GMC Acadia, and we are absolutely thrilled with it.

Tristan and Andy were truly impressive. I ve never had such a seamless and transparent customer experience at a dealership. I live in Austin and it was well worth the trip to Gatesville for such a great experience. Austin dealerships could learn a lot from the small town honesty at Spur Chevrolet.

Jacob and the entire team at Spur Chevrolet are absolutely the best in the business. Earlier today I had a sour experience with another chevy dealership and was very hesitant at visiting but I am glad I did. Not only did this dealership get me into a brand new vehicle, but the entire time they made me and my wife feel like valued customers!! I will be back for future purchases

Spurs Chevrolet has let me down on 2 vehicles Purchased 2 month apart. I would not purchase a vehicle from them again and recommend You do the same if you re smart, they will play you like a fool Shuffling the paperwork around, Hiding the profit that they will make Only to selling you a vehicle that s less options, Strip down version are damaged as used with1600 miles.I m sure they will reply and say come in and they re going to make everything OK but trust me they won t They ve had plenty of options to do the right thing.

Best dealership experience hands down. Everyone we interacted with was kind. Tristen was an amazing salesman to work with. He was patient, kind, and had a sense of humor. He was also honest, and that is super important to me. I had shopped around before landing at Spur, and I would not deal at the other places because they were not honest about their pricing or their vehicles. It was nice to see a familiar face in Mike, and Andy our finance guy was just as pleasant as the rest of them.

I will never use this repair facility again. Took my vehicle there for a repair in November and never heard back with a part status on order waiting no a word. Ultimately took to another dealership to find out the last $1,600 dollar repair there was my issue. This was a documented report. Stanley GMC had more integrity than Spur.

I've never bought a vehicle here. However, I do like the service department. They have serviced 2 of my trucks over a few years. I bounce back and forth between Lampasas and here to keep them honest. I've never had an issue here. They've even found things other shops hadn't found that I did find myself. One of the advantages I have when I use this dealership is that they give my truck a little wash sometimes. Small things matter and it's what keeps ya coming. Keep up the good work and remember who your loyal customers are!

I choose Spur Chevrolet GMC, because the other unnamed dealership treated me based on how I was dressed/ drove and not what I wanted to purchase. When I make big purchases, I wear very comfortable clothes to ensure I'm treated based on what I planned to purchase and not on what they think I can afford. Nevertheless, my experience was wonderful. The sale associate (Raymond) greeted me when I pulled up and was very helpful throughout my experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle even though I did research before I arrived. I also would like to acknowledge Ben for being patient and going over all the technology throughout the process. He simplified the instructions and ensured I understood aspects that I had not seen in the plethora of videos I watched. They both left me their contact information in case I had additional questions or concerns. I can tell they were genuine in assisting me in the future.

I talked with them about a Chevy Blazer over the phone and set up a deal on a trade and cash for the difference. I then drove over an hour away to put it up. We do the paperwork and I get in the Blazer and it has over 1500 miles on it. I was told that it was a brand new car and no one advised me that it had so many miles. The ad on their website showed that it had 5 miles on it. So I assumed that it may differ a little bit but not 1500 miles difference.

I want to thank Misty, Andy and Brian for treating me with respect during the entire car buying process. We worked together to get me a deal that I was extremely pleased with, and I ended up driving away with the car of my dreams. Misty did a great job helping me through the entire process. I brought my vehicle in to get a battery replacement. None of the parts stores in town would touch it since there was an ECM on the side. Not only did I get a decent price for the service, but it was done in record time. They even washed my vehicle in a timely manner too. Overall I am very very pleased with my experience here.
