Overpriced for older vehicles. No one came to talk while we were looking at the vehicles. You can tell some of the vehicles have been there for a while by the spider webs and dirt all over them. Do not recommend, heck just read the previous comments to see how great it is

Check vehicle book value before buying here. A couple thousand over that is expected for no credit check dealer.Friendly staff. They're transparent about requirements and how they operate..buuut.... They want $18,000 for an 07 yukon in fair condition . That's pure greed. I understand making a profit and not running credit you mark up a little but $8000 over book value is crazy. We found a dealer in Killeen with a 2015 Yukon for $18,000 with less miles willing to work with our bad credit.

Okay, this is going to be a first!!! I'm going to use 4 words together that most people have never heard...ready? Honest used car sales!!! That's right...I said it and it's true. My experience with Barron's used car sales was awesome. I got an excellent truck at an amazing price. Plus, they told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. And, they were honest about everything. Thank you Barron's.

I purchased a 2012 dodge journey at the Gatesville location October 2021. I paid in full via cash. Sure the folks were nice enough at the time of purchase, but it was an entirely different story when I went to pick up my plates. My check engine light had come on and I mentioned it to them. The ladies in the office both very quickly said "we can't help you since you paid cash". My car has been in multiple shops and we have spent upwards of 3 grand on repairs. The car is now, December 2021, at a dodge dealership for specific diagnosis and repair. This car has been sitting at a shop to be fixed more than its been in my possession. Not to mention it left me stranded on the side of the road more than an hour from home, and had to be towed back to my home. I didn't purchase the vehicle because I thought it would be fun to blow the money. I purchased it because I NEED a vehicle. I was sold an absolute LEMON. Barron's refuses to do anything to make it right. I will tell EVERYONE not to go to Barron's. Worst experience of my life. I'd rather have my teeth pulled with no medication than to deal with Barron's again.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Gatesville location since 2013.I still drive the second one.The quality and dependability of their vehicles is 5 star as well as their service.Tamara, in the office has been a blessing as well.They all can be trusted!!!

Bought our second vehicle from Barron's in Gatesville because of Dennis, he is very professional and easy to work with! However, just met the woman in charge over the Barron's franchise and she is the reason I will never use Barron's again!!! Very rude and worried about my wife using our (new to us) 2005 Tahoe to deliver for Grubhub and HotWok in Copperas Cove and Killeen mainly to Our Active Military on Ft. Hood!What should she care anyways??? We made our down payment and our first month's payment on the 3rd instead of the 10th when due, we've bought new headlights, tail lights, water pump, thermostat and housing, replaced dash panels that had broken buttons, replaced the overhead panel that had a broken button for the reading light, had to buy a new spare because we were given one off a suburban that was flat, so we had to buy a new full size tire and rim. They locked up the spare tire hoist and they did order a new one! Rear heat wasn't working so the ordered a part for that, supposedly installed it and the rear heat still doesn't work ... The new lady in charge instructed them not to work on the Tahoe any more just because my wife delivers food to people!!! Even after we have paid off one vehicle and was repeat customers!!!! No worries!!!! Won't be a repeat customer again and the 6 people we told about Barron's will no longer be looking there either!Sorry Dennis, not your fault at all! Thanks for being who you are!

They've got pretty decent cars and even though they sold me a car with a working air conditioner that broke 24 hours later, as long as you make your car payments they really don't bother you or stalk you like some other dealerships might.

So we get there and the inventory is not updated at all. Nobody comes out to help us or find anything at all. We go inside and the lady at the desk is just rude and doesn't say anything to you. Her and the boss guy just sat at the desk not even acknowledging that you walked in. Payments are a little steep knowing that people with money issues would come here seems more like they are the get you in a car repo and sell it business. There were so many repos in the back it wasn't funny. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Very poor customer service, first off I submitted my application online and when I got there they couldn't find it, I had to wait 30 minutes to be assisted. Was ready to purchase a vehicle only to find out that they had an issue with another buyer who's spouse did not have licence and ultimately wrecked the vehicle, so because my husband dies not drive and does not have a driver's license they would not allow me to purchase a vehicle. The lady at the desk was not welcoming and had a rude tone, never looked me in the eye just disgusting... I would never recommend anyone to this company....

I just bought my second car from here Dennis is a great guy he has helped me fixed my car when I needed but I don't like his receptionist she is very rude

Was highly disappointed I didn t get to purchase a vehicle I had the cash in hand and was ready to sign off, but I waited in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing, the people where more worried about their lunch.. highly disappointed I was barely acknowledged the lady at the front desk was very nice but this was an awful experience for me and I ll take my business else where.

Dennis is amazing and caring the lady who works the front desk on the other hand should take a few lessons in manners and how to handle people she should really not be working around people if shehates her job so much I u derstand

Dennis and his staff are great. It s under new management and the lady at the front desk now is very friendly.(she new!!!!) I would def recommend this place to anyone !!!!
