I booked two weeks out in advance so I could get everything done on my truck . Aloha kept the truck all day and only completed two out of the five things that I needed done which all were minor makeup for the truck. They said they were waiting on parts. Still three weeks later and we are still waiting. In the mean time I let Aloha put a set of air bags on my truck. Which he was the cheapest out of three estimates so I went with him . A week later after picking the truck up I go outside for work and the wires from the pump to the airbags are hanging down with out any conduit. It was not ran on the inside of the frame just were ever they could zip tie it. The wiring was also on the outside of the fender well. I called wanting my money back and I would return his airbag system the owner stated he couldn t give me my money but he could take the airbags and try to resell them . I don t like leaving anyone with a bad review but this one definitely deserves to been seen. If he would refund me my money and I would return his airbag system, the issue would be resolved and this negative review would not be here.

Every single time I bring one of my cars into Aloha, Aaron knocks it out of the park and does outstanding work that is second to none!! Yet again, I am SO happy with the job that was done on my vehicle and I will recommend ya'll to anyone that I come across, that needs tint work.

There was no melt down over the phone How can you state my careless driving? You don t even know me or my driving record. It seems you are drama and must want drama. Your derogatory comments ( disrespectful attitude) if you don t know what that means, is very unprofessional towards a customer that is unsatisfied . My work is residential and commercial, I do not know why you think you can bring this up to begin with . I just called you as soon as I saw your response. You have a bad attitude. It was 7 days the first time I called to report your unprofessional installment. I should not have to crawl under my truck daily to check your work. So, I saw it when I did. No telling how long it had been hanging down. I called, you didn t answer and I left a vm which you never responded to . It appears you don t have the money to repay for your sloppy work. You can take these airbags and try to resale them for your self that is what you told me you would do for a refund which is wrong . You need to repay me and do whatever you want with your airbags .. It appears you need the money a lot more than I do . You should call me and we can go from there .

My truck has never looked better!!! Such an amazing job! I'm so happy with the outcome of my vehicle. Fast, friendly and very professional! They did such a great job. Aaron and his team at Aloha Glass Tinting in Gatesville did an AMAZING job on my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500. I was looking to have some work done and am glad I went with Aloha Glass. They installed my 7.5" lift, mounted my wheel/tire setup, hooked up my automatic AMP step, and tinted my windows. The overall process was seamless. The customer service was also exceptional. I received several updates throughout the installation and the turn around was much faster than I had expected. I originally went to them based on the reviews I had read but can now recommend them 110% based on the exceptional experience I had working with them. Needless to say, I highly recommend!

My son from out of town wanted to tint windows in his truck, I called Aloha they said bring it in first thing in the morning by end of day it'll be ready, they were done by noon. Great job thank you, great price as well.

I just had Aaron @ Aloha install a level kit, N-Fab steps and new tires on my Chevy Z71 2017 company pick up and I am completely happy with the outcome! It was a very easy process without any hidden charges or any damage done during installation. Anytime I want to have new stuff put on my vehicles, I will use Aloha!!! Thanks to Aaron and your staff...you guy are awesome!

I have had now taken 2 different vehicles to Aloha for full tint jobs, along with a bed liner, and bed cover installation and couldn't be happier with the results. If you value honesty and quality, look no further than Aloha. The service is 2nd to none, and they know what they are doing. They keep you informed from beginning to end and do not cut corners in between. Aloha has gained a customer for life with me.

Cannot recommend Aloha enough. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, excellent, friendly service-even after I immediately broke (my fault, not theirs) what they installed and had to have it redone. They have done several installs for my family and will be doing more soon. You will not regret going to Aloha.

Top notch guys tint and stereo install on my truck. In a couple of days my wife gets a new sound system in her truck. Im eyeballing a lift wheels tires fender flares lights roof rack and more all going to be built/installed here at aloha. Im working on my ultimate camping/fishing rig and so far great customer service. Ill be in in a few days to finish tint with the eyebrow. Thanks brother.

Had a Rough Country 2.5 inch leveling kit installed and 275/70r18 Toyo Open Country M/Ts mounted balanced and, aligned on my 2016 GMC Crew Cab here at Aloha Glass & Tint in Gatesville. Fantastic customer service and Great price. I also liked spending my money locally versus Austin. I will be back! Thanks Aaron and crew!
