Bought a older lowered Honda accord and the exhaust was falling off. I called all around and was quoted ridiculous prices for what i needed to get done, called Triple A Muffler and Bobby answered, he told me come on down and He took care of me for a Great price and im in love with my cars sound now, highly recommend driving out if needing any exhaust work, Bobby will take care of you and your needs, I can't thank you guys enough. I Would recommend these guys over ANY exhaust muffler shop in Dallas and I called Many!

Outstanding shop! Took in my m4 that was having some exhaust rattles and they took care of it swiftly. The service was outstanding and they were completely transparent on what was being done. I immediately called some of my close relatives that need to have some work done and made the easy recommendation to Triple A. I ll be a returning costumer and hopefully you ll give them a chance to see why.

Highly Recommended!It was around 5:30 ish and heard a bang, my muffler got hit and it broke down. Called these guys and reached around 5:45 ish, they were 15 mins to close but they took my car in and fixed it in like 15 mins.Bobby and Frank, I can t thank you guys enough. Now I know where to go to get my car problems fixed. Thank you.

Frank did a great job! Did my exhaust quick and they gave me a great price. Will definitely come back here and recommend to everyone I know. Thanks!!Had to stop back by because my exhaust tips were slightly off line by about half an inch. Michael worked on it until it was as close to perfect as it could be. Didn t charge me even a penny for extra work, and had it finished in no time. Truly exceptional service!! Great group of guys!

I had 4 different mechanics look at my car each giving me different diagnosis ranging from transmission, inner and outer tie rods, struts, and bearings.. I was devastated, the cost was well over $7,000 and I could not afford to buy another car. I had to quit my job and start working from home. It was parked for 4 months as it felt hopeless. I reached out to triple A muffler with one last attempt at a proper diagnosis'. Joe was extremely helpful and gave me reassurance they would find the cause. It ended up being a broken motor mount! My car now runs with no more noise and is safe to drive! I am so very grateful to Bobby, Joe and all the mechanics for their honesty and care they took while finding the issue and fixing my car. I will never take it anywhere else!

I've read the reviews and just a couple of them are bad reviews because they didn't like what they were told, not because of the work and trust me, there were only a couple, which is not bad when 99% of the reviews are outstanding. But I did want to respond to the people giving harsh words because they didn't like what they were told about their vehicle's needs. If Bobby and Triple A say you need something then take it to the bank the vehicle needs it. I've only been going to Triple A for 3 or 4 years but they've taken care of all my vehicles (4 of them) from a 2004 to a 2023 and they've always been honest and trustworthy plus they do an excellent job and if something goes wrong and trust me, no one is perfect, they always take care of it or refund you. No questions asked. I have a 2004 that I saw oil was leaking and it was all over the outside of the engine so I thought because the car was so old it needed new seals so I took it to Bobby and Triple A and told them to replace the oil pan gasket and any other gaskets or hoses they felt needed replacing. I didn't even tell them about the leak as I was convinced on my own that the vehicle needed a new oil pan gasket because the vehicle was 18 years old. Later, I got a call from Triple A and they told me that the vehicle didn't need the oil pan gasket changed and that oil was all over because who ever did my oil change didn't tighten the oil filter so oil was going everywhere. And trust me, Triple A wasn't the ones that originally did that oil change. I live in Kaufman area so on basic things I do myself. They tightened up the filter and didn't charge me anything even though they wasn't the ones that originally changed my oil. I also have a 2016 Chrysler and went somewhere in Kaufman to have an inspection done cuz that's where I live and the place gave me a list of things I needed to do and quoted me a price of $2000 to get it all done. I told them that I'll think about it. I then took my vehicle to Bobby and Triple A and explained to them what the other place in Kaufman had said. Triple A said they would look the vehicle over and let me know what they think. They called me back an hour or two later and told me that the brakes and everything else was in great shape and that the vehicle didn't need any work done at that time. They weren't even going to charge me for the hour or two they took looking at the vehicle, so I had them go ahead and do a couple things so they could get something out of it. This is the type of business Triple A is and is what all other businesses should model their business from. Yes, mistakes will happen as we are all human. So, in my 4 years of taking them my vehicle, they've always done a 5 star job. Try finding that any where else. So if you need your car looked at or serviced for anything, then give Bobby and the rest of Triple A a chance, you'll be glad you did. Thanks for reading.

I've been taking my car to Rob for nearly a decade now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He is not just great at what he does, but he is also trustworthy and reliable. Great customer service! Triple A Muffler took care of me and went above and beyond. Went in the other morning after noticing one of the pipes on my 1996 Impala SS had come off the hanger. Needed a quick turnaround and they took care of me and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back!

A family run business that take cares of its customers. I ve been coming here since 2007 and I haven t done anywhere else since. The staff treat you like family, fast quick service and they treat you with respect as well as give u honest quote prices that are fair and they don t try to rip you off. I always get the wife s car as well as mine work done here.I love getting my oil change here cause it s fast , great price and they make sure you are happy before you leave ! Your one stop shop to have all your car issues fixed! They are HONEST and transparent. They have always done a great job with my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. Other shops told me I needed to change my entire brake system. Rob took a look at it and figured out that I was only needing was one part. Saved me so much stress and money. Take your car here. They will take great care of you and your car.

Went in because I heard a popping sound on my car when I drove. So I thought I had transmission problems. Rob found the issue! There was a broken antenna on the top of my car and it was the popping noise. I feel so relieved it was nothing big. I am glad Triple A Muffler in garland was able to help me out.

Triple A Muffler is an outstanding shop, offering top-notch service that goes above and beyond expectations. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism that sets the tone for an exceptional experience. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was a man named Rob. He's an excellent mechanic who was able to find the issue and fix it very quickly. Usually when I go to different auto shops they try to find anything wrong with my car and try to scare me by making unnecessary repairs that cost a fortune, but Rob was able to directly tell me the issue and fix it with ease. I highly recommend going to Triple A Muffler.

Went to visit this place first time today. After been ripped off by many so called Mobil mechanics I decided to try an actual repair shop. Since the first phone call I made to the place and spoke with Barry he was very professional and set waiting expectations since the beginning. When I arrived all staff have very good customer service. I got to meet Bobby. When my truck was diagnose he could tell the price was higher than I was prepared. He offered a discount and I went ahead and got the repairs done. I had called other shops and this shop price was a little higher. Bobby did took the time to explain why the part was needed and why it was a high price. Long story short,truck has been driving for 60 miles no check engine light on and smooth driving again. Definitely I will go back. The whole staff is very professional and the wait was well worth it.Service: Exhaust

Triple A is the best. Called this morning needing a muffler, dropped the vehicle off this afternoon, and picked it up, in MUCH better shape than i dropped it off, mind you, around 5pm. Staff is friendly and accommodating, work quality and turn-around time are excellent, and best of all, the prices are AFFORDABLE.Do your vehicle, and yourself, a favor. Give Triple A a call.

Went to them on 5/17/2023 for a set of dual exhaust and spent almost $1000. dollars. Upon inspection after getting car home, the left side pipe was resting on the Transmission Pan (which could burn up the Transmission) and the right side was against the frame! Told to return but did not want to drive considering the possible Trans damage. I had it towed back to them and home at my cost of over $225.00 They would not fix the right side and only bent the left side to barely miss the Trans pan. I am now having to go to an additional shop to fix the problems that Triple A made. The pipes were not bent as is the standard, but pieced together and welded in sections with very unprofessional welds. I am considering a law suit against them but will wait until all the repair expenses are in.Just checked Muffler outlet pipe- it is a 2 inch but the Exhaust pipes they installed are 2 1/2 inches! Talk about Back Pressure!! Any Muffler shop should know that the combination will create poor performance.ADDENDUM: Bobby said he would refund my money if I returned the Dual Exhaust system to him. TRUE to his word, he refunded the entire amount I spent when I retuned the system.You won't find many business owners doing that especially after a couple of months. I am giving his business a better rating.

Go in with a request to replace tie rod ends and inners; and sway bar bushings.Drop the car off and get a phone call.Get told everything that needs replacing: Everything needs replacing.Okay.How about what I want replaced to start off? Naw. That won t do anything but please me. Instead I get told they won t do anything until they do everything else.OkayHow much for sway bar bushings?6-7 hours.Good day

Did my exhaust at Triple A muffler. Got a 2.5 inch axle back with an X pipe. Very good price, I watched them do the work, and it sounds fantastic. Got done very quick too. Extremely recommend this shop for everything you need.

I m so grateful for Bobby at Triple A Complete auto care!!!!!! I was literally in tears after I got my car fixed today! He helped me tremendously!!!!!If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! I was referred to Triple A from another mechanic who explained they are experts on vibrations and bearings. I made an appointment and it turned out my car did not have an issue with the bearings but a tire.Honesty is a rare find these days and I was so please with the fact they told me what the issue was and that My car was in good condition. They certainly earned my business!

My 2003 Nissan frontier with 200,000+miles just suddenly lost all power and would not start back up any longer. After getting a $3500 quote from pep boys in Plano. For only replacing the timing belt but with no warranty. I asked my go to certified mechanic friend for any recommendations. Unfortunately he is no longer doing anymore side business but he did recommend triple A muffler from Garland. A name I remembered from many years ago like in the 1980's. Had my dual exhaust made legal with them installing new pipes with the proper mufflers needed for my 1983 F150(I miss my old Ford truck) Anyways back to my current problem I was advised that I needed a whole new engine. Michael who was my one and only contact actually gave me six to seven pricing options had my truck running like a kitten in just a little over a weeks time for a total of $4600 with 1 Year warranty. Thumbs up for AAA muffler

Recently brought my car in for an issue unknown. When work was complete, I was over charged. I have brought my vehicle here multiple times with good outcomes. Mechanic Michael contacted me quickly to resolve any issues. I stopped by the shop and personally spoke to Manager Bobby & Michael, they both were very professional, shook my hand and made things right. Much respect!!!!

The usual female takes her car to a recommended shop because she hears a weird 'noise', and the UNusual ending at Triple A: There were multiple mechanics trying to identify anything that may be wrong with my vehicle. My car was given its thorough exam, and nothing was found, so I had it inspected. What was unusual about the event was that I WAS NOT charged an astronomical amount, nor did I have a laundry list of alleged phantom car ailments that were supposedly fixed. I left there amazed because my total bill was only $22.50 for the inspection! I even asked for them to charge me something for labor, but they politely declined. I highly recommend the Triple A team for all your car s mechanical needs. I'm going back for brakes next. I hear a noise.
