If I need to put a Star , so may it but would down grade a full star to half !!!Left off truck late December and got back mid to late January..When they first told.me they would stay in touch, never heard from them til I persisted on calling myself and checking on my truck.. After I believe they had all the parts to my truck, after me calling and being told all parts were available, it was just 1 thing to the next on my truck being ready ??? I don't understand why?? I work heavy duty truck's and we get out truck's after being sent out for body repair or in house faster than my truck was at the shop.. After finally being told my truck was ready, went and picked up my truck and following day with light to be able to see, checked over my own truck and underneath bed of truck , bumper sensors where left loose and not secured by any zip ties back to frame and taillight missing a screw to secure to bed frame and engine light coming on , while driving in to my regular job..Wish I would have been smarter and read the reviews prior to leavingLesson learned the hard way..As long as they're getting paid by the insurance companies, guess they keep doing what they're doing..If you read this, Please be assured that this Isn't the best place to do your Insurance repairs, find another !!!

If you look at all my reviews I am a very fair and honest young man. 5 star reviews are my favorite. I love building up businesses! But today . I sadly can t I wish could give 0 stars to this body shop, because 1 seems too high. Let me start by saying the customer service is unacceptable. They left me and my friend waiting around for hours after telling us our rental car would be there at 10am. That wasn t true. The guy who checked out the damage on our car did not care and mocked us for having a dent on our car. Fast forward and they ordered parts without our permission then we found out the quote. A staggering amount that was way higher than any shop around Dallas. We decided not to use them and they are refusing to give us our car back unless we pay $2200 to them for parts they ordered without our approval. This shop is a scam. They are liars, crooks, rude and inconsiderate. If you need body work in Dallas DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I cannot urge anyone to avoid this place enough. Nothing about this business is reputable. Even if your insurance provider offers this location to repair your vehicle, request a new body shop.Progressive was going to have this location fix my car. Once I was told the cost of the repair, I called Progressive and asked for the check instead. After approval from Progressive, I called TBS. They lied to me and said I was unable to pick up the car before repairs were finished. Kay, the front desk employee, then lied to me again and said that the car was in pieces and could not be picked up. I offered to pay labor and was more than happy to pay that, I just didn t want to pay for parts when my car wasn t being repaired. I went into the shop in person and Kay offered to let me speak to the manager, Ron. When he came in, he was immediately rude with me. I told him I wasn t angry and wanted to pay them for their work. He refused to listen to me and said that I wanted to take my car without paying anything. I have made every attempt to pay TBS for their work and very much want to do so. While trying to sort this out, Ron told me that he is going to start charging me a Storage fee of $45 per day until I pay the $2200. The storage in question? My car is parked in front of the shop. Bottom line: this shop does not care about their customers. They know what the right thing is and refuse to do it. Avoid this shop like the plague.

They were extremely helpful, informative and nice to work with. The work they did on my car was outstanding, I couldn't be happier with them and will recommend (and use) this Body Shop in the future

If you are dealing with insurance DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will 100% lie to try to squeeze the most out of you and insurance. Take it elsewhere. My brother got a quote from them for repairs. They said it would be $4,600. And that it would take 3 WEEKS for the repairs. He decided he wanted to take the car elsewhere or wait for repairs because 3 weeks in a rental wouldn't work for his job. He simply tried to get the car back and even offered to pay the shop for their time and "work done" (aka look at the car and diagnose repairs. I'm sure it was exhausting for them). They wouldn't let him have his car back unless he paid $2,200. Seriously?! Made up some story about "special order" parts. It's easy to do the right thing. They wanted to dig their heels in because insurance was involved, even though the insurance company authorized the release. Greedy and bad business. I understand your workers deserve to be compensated for the couple hours they worked, but my goodness. This is a BAD BUSINESS.

Horrible service! This place is unethical and they try to cheat you out of your money. They add in charges that were never discussed. Also, Ron is incredibly RUDE. Would not recommend unless you just want to throw your money away.

Great experience and a very quick turnaround (dropped off Monday morning, and by Thursday at noon it was ready) on my Miata to have the front bumper cover and grille replaced.

Everyone was super pleasant and welcoming. Kay kept me updated every step of the way and the service was done within a timely manner. When I got my car back the work was done to perfection and the car was cleaned very well! The professional and attention to detail was there every step of the way! They turned an upsetting event (a driver turned right from the left lane while I was in the right lane) into one that made me fall in love with my car again. I was impressed by the service I received here. I was in a fender bender and put my car in on Monday, October 25th. They contacted me quickly about what repairs needed to be made and estimated when my car would be done and it was ready that Friday. The work they did was amazing - you would never know my car was damaged. I was so surprised when I saw they also took the time to vacuum and wipe down my interior. Overall a wonderful experience. You really don't know what you're gonna get when you go to a repair shop, but these guys at The Body Shop are top notch. My car went in scuffed, came out looking brand new! Staff up front were friendly and professional, easy to work with. Highly recommend them for collision repair. And the excellent wash job was a nice touch!

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Repaired a bumper and gave me the car back with the entire front window no longer functioning whatsoever. When told about it they refused to do anything whatsoever and were beyond flippant and rude. I actually haven't picked up my vehicle yet, but had a great experience with booking the appointment and dropping off. I had a couple hang ups this morning and the shop wasn't annoyed at all. I just want to say what great customer service I got from Natalie both on the phone yesterday and today in person. I will update after my vehicle is done, but I have a feeling this shop is the go to body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Gary has been in car repair business for 20+ years. Gary regularly works 12 hour days. Gary has seen it all. And while Gary may not always have that bubbly personality that you may want, what Gary and The Body Shop deliver are results. Regrettably, I ve had 3 of my cars damaged over the past 4 months and have been comfortable and confident that it will get done to Gary s exacting standards. In fact, I ve chosen The Body Shop 2 times over past few years over Classic BMW. Their ability to paint match, flop and fitment to spec is remarkable. I m very particular about my cars and Gary & co. have stepped up each time to get it right. So, if Gary doesn t share the same sense of urgency with you, just know he probably has had 25 cars to manage in past week and knows there is only 1 way to get it done right.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to drop my car off to get fixed not too long ago and I just have to say they did an AMAZING job fixing my car. Not to mention they detailed it to perfection and got it done within a week! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves good customer service amongst all the other reasons I stated above!Thanks for the great job you all did.

TBS is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is professional and well trained. My vehicle had a pretty large dent from a parking lot. After their replacement, you can't even tell that it was damaged at all.They are extremely friendly and go above and beyond what you would expect. I'd recommend them with or without an insurance claim.

I was sent here by my insurance company to get my car fixed and they far exceeded my expectations !!!! They truly went above an beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied!!!! Because of them I feel I have a brand new car! Thank you so much for the attention and care that you provided! I highly recommend these guys!

I dented the passenger rear door on my 3 month old pickup against the driveway fence post. Made me so regretful. The Body Shop I in Garland said they would make it be as good as new and that is exactly what they did. They fixed the dent perfectly -- no sign that it ever happened. After the repair they washed, waxed, and detailed the truck making it look as good as the day it was driven off the dealer lot. Beautiful! Repair was actually completed earlier than originally estimated. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring. Thank you Body Shop I Garland, TX.

This place did an outstanding job on my vehicle!! They left it looking just like it was brand new off the car lot!! Everyone I spoke to was so courteous and professional!! Especially, Natalie was so helpful and very kind. Absolutely recommend this to everyone!!.

The Body Shop was great to work with for my Honda Civic Si's repair. They did quality work in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service along the way. I couldn't be happier with my choice to take my car to The Body Shop for repairs.Thank you Body Shop Team!

Went here to get my car fender bender fixed. The quote provided was a bit on high side. But since it was reffered by insurance, I believe the quote is always higher. Nonetheless the customer service is great. The inspection officer and the receptionist were great... the waiting room is also very relaxing.

I got into an accident on May 20th took my car here and they did a great job with the repair and color match of my car. I will definitely go here again if I ever need them. Highly recommend.

My 1982 Riviera was in a front end accident that pushed in the bumper and crunched the bumper filler. Joel Hill and his team did an outstanding job repairing this mess. The paint matches perfectly, the pin striping was hand painted. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left, I was treated well. My car was treated even better! Thank you all so much for your hard work and attention to detail!

brought my car here to repair my car rear bumper which just had few scratches, they ended up replaced a new one so i requested my old bumper back. when i picked up my car, they said they threw away the old one. it actually happened to me long time ago here. how can i trust this people that they actually replaced it or just repaired the old one? also, they didnt finish their work on time (one day late). i will never come back here for service again.
