My car had died while getting my license renewed and take 5 was about 5 minutes from the place. Took it there with barely any gas. The polite men vacuumed out my oil and recommended a higher mileage oil to help my car last longer because I'm running it a lot. They also put air in my tires which no other has offered. I really appreciate them for helping me and telling me about my cabin filter. Great service

I had trouble with this place before the splash guard wasn't reattached correctly and came loose and I had to fix it myself so the last time that I came there which now I wonder why it went back there with that car the same thing happened even though I warned them that we had trouble the last time I'm not going back I called in to complain and no one called me back I tried to call the number on the receipt and it was apparently disconnected or not the correct number. Very disappointed I liked this place because it was convenient location near my house but I will not be going back there. The splash guard came loose when my wife was driving the car ant it was destroyed so I had to order a new one along with the hardware. I don't even know why they took the damn splash guard off of there other places that I take the car to can change the oil without removing that thing.UPDATE: I reached out via email with a copy of the review pasted into the email and I received no response.

We got our oil changed at Take 5 in Arizona about a week ago, the oil cap wasn t secured and we lost about a quart of oil on the trip here and the vehicle started making a ticking noise upon start up. We stopped in at this location to get the oil topped off and talk about the issues, the guys here were so great!!Jack the manager and Cameron checked everything out for us and instructed us on next steps. We really appreciated their help and will be calling Take 5 customer service to file a claim.

Great first experience. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. Came in for an oil change and the team checked my tires, windshield wipers and fluid, coolant and air filter. Only paid $77 (with a coupon) but that s effing fantastic! The representative, Keyeno, was very informative about other services they offer between oil changes. Would definitely recommend! Thanks as well Jason and Jack!

My wife brought her car in yesterday, and we have used y all several times. Thankfully she had to take the car to our dealership for a part replacement. They called us to tell us y all did not change out the oil filter, and your staff admitted that they are supposed to do it, but just flat out did not. We are now having our dealership do a proper oil change. We will never be back and be calling for a full refund first thing Monday morning.

Upon driving up to Take5 I received a friendly and warm welcome. I was then past on to Keyneo who was another friendly and exceptional person. My vehicle was attended to in no time and I left. The service was great.Thanks again ,Take5 staff

Got my oil changed there yesterday. I just bought the truck I had been sitting for four years guys are very helpful. They look for it all over top to bottom of the Sea if there s any leaks or anything great service great group of guys.

I rolled in here for an oil change and was informed shortly after that there was an animal under my car. I got out to look and me and the 3 guys working there (didn t catch their names) determined it was a live possum that posted up inside the oil panel. All 3 guys went above and beyond on this day to release the possum from my vehicle into the bay, then capture it in a dust pan before running across the parking lot to release it at Popeye s. The long haired guy is the real hero and basically led the charge to remove the animal without harming it, then he proceeded to get in the pit and change my oil. I will be back in 5000 miles.Service: Oil change

All of the young gentlemen were so sweet and helpful. Didn t see one standing around wasting company time. From the time I got there until the time I left they treated me very well.The AA guy even offered me water because I had to wait roughly 6-7minutes for the car ahead of me. The young guy who did my inspection was super informative and was patient while I pulled up my insurance. When there were no cars besides mine the other employees offer to help the guy doing my inspection and I was literally in and out within 10mins. Every other location off broadway either doesn t have the inspection machine or the wait was over an hour and this was around 11am on a Monday. I love this location and will come back next year for my inspection.Thank you guys so much for allowing my first experience at Take5 to be an amazing experience..

I went in for an oil change and it was the best experience. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Every question was answered and I even learned a few things I never knew. Bj was awesome and seem like he's been doing this for years despite his young appearance. It was very surprising and refreshing as well. I have found my new spot for oil changes.Keep up the great work guys

I really appreciate the guys at this take 5; I m a normal member and I came to get an oil change and I had a few questions because I was still under the time of an oil change based off what the location in Frisco put but when I got to the take 5 in Garland on broadway thats how they saw I was completely empty with no oil at all and the take 5 in Frisco had added an extra 15k miles to the ticket . Thank God I went that day because I would have been with no engine and it honestly would have been the Frisco location fault but I would have still been the one with the problem. I appreciate the garland location for not calling his manager telling him the situation and also treating me with kindness even to the point of giving me that oil change for free.

The attendant screamed at me as I was trying to pull my car in because he wasn t paying attention at first and nearly had me drive into the automotive pit, then he tried to up-sale me on two filters- one for the engine that he showed me (that was barely dirty bc it had been replaced recently but I wanted to see what he would say) and he OF COURSE said it was FILTHY and could harm my engine, but then back-peddled when I told him it had just been replaced. The other filter was for cabin air, which he said could make my family sick, and was ALWAYS *extremely* expensive, especially at the dealership, and the best price was to buy from him. He told me it would be an additional $60. I was already purchasing windshield wipers from him, so maybe he thought I was just an idiot, but he noticed I was looking up online the cost of the cabin air filter on Amazon, and he toldme the ones on Amazon only lasted a day or two, so I asked him the brand of the superior one he wanted to install, and I found it immediately on Amazon for $7.99 and he back peddled again and I told him I d take care of that myself as well. He didn t check my tire pressures or reset my maintenance light, so I had to pull back around and ask for that. This was the fist time I have ever had THIS kind of ridiculous experience at Take 5. I DEFINITELY will NOT be returning to this location (Broadway & I30) for another oil change. I am disabled and staying in the car, especially with my little ones, is such a help to me, but definitely not worth being treated like a helpless female idiot and up-charged to the MAX. Horrible experience. Choose another location if you can. The one on Garland Ave & Walnut has ALWAYS been great to me.

So short story time. I went to the Centerville location for my oil, which is my normal location. Upon arrival I was told that the system was down and the next closest was this Duck Creek & Broadway location. Well I arrived and was met by Jack(I think that s what the name tag said lo) he was awesome and so was the rest of the crew I that I had an encounter with (BJ, Jason). They were friendly and made the entire experience and wait fun. We had a few laughs as well. This is location is NOW my new location. Thank you guys for great service and the entertainment lol.

This was the worst experience ever. They told me that it had been 18,000 miles since my last oil change even though we had y all s sticker on my car with completely different mileage. They told my husband that they would not change my oil because it was to slugey. I will never do business with this company again. The only reason they got 1 star was so I could leave this review

I appreciate your expert opinion of the condition of my oil as you changed it. I'm not good at mechanic small talk, so I'm sure I wasn't the conversationalist that you were hoping for. I will take it under advisement the next time I require an oil change.However, if you're going to repeatedly try to upsell me maybe you should focus on the little things that the customers asks to be done? Like check the tire pressure and the wiper fluid. I know it's a free service, but I don't appreciate your little sheet saying it was done when the pressure is still low and the wiper fluid is bone dry. I've been there twice for service and, unfortunately, I won't make it to a third. The idea of the service is nice, but it's rarely executed to match that idea.Extraordinarily high-priced for the level of service received.

Just the way I like it. I sat in my vehicle and got my oil changed. The oil that fit my car and the attendant made sure I understood it was higher in price but that didn t matter to me!

I love to take five you get to stay in your car and it doesn't take very long this last experience sucked I got a new guy named TJ he was very rude he checked services off of my receipt that he didn't complete like checking the air pressure in my tires and topping off my fluids I asked him did he top off my fluids and he lied and said they were at good working levels I got home and checked windshield wiper fluid was empty I had to tell him to check my tire pressure because I knew he didn't do that even though he checked it on the receipt he told me take five doesn't stand for 5 minute oil change it only stands for 5 quarts of oil I asked him to explain the difference in the pricing another example and he said they should have explained it to you last time you came I waited 45 minutes for him to do a oil change on the car before me. And another 45 on my oil change.he even stopped in the middle of my oil change to go answer some questions for 5 mins. from the car behind me.while the other guy I usually get with the very very long hair knocked out two, even knocked out the car behind me!before tj was done.i hope I don't ever have to go to the tall young white male named "TJ" again!

I usually handle doing an oil change myself, but I can say I'm very happy that I got help on this from y'alls team. Jack got me in-and-out quick, but also took the time to inspect the rest of what's under hood. Even though there weren't any major issues, he let me the overall condition was good, which I really appreciate!

Not good at this location. On top of the fact they were short they are also not well trained. The associate was trying to take the oil filter off my truck and put his whole knee on a refurbished radiator nipple and he broke it off. He apologized to me and told me he put his knee in the wrong spot and he was so sorry. The other guy called his boss. His boss said since the part was refurbished they wouldnt cover it. I was supposed to recieve a call The next morning. Not surprisingly it didnt come in. I called 2 times. One time the phone rang for 3 min the next it rang for only 50 sec. They obviously forwarded my calls. Since the part was refurbished its been to the take 5 on Town East and they never used anything inside the engine bay as support to help them get the oil filter off. I have always spoke highly of take 5 but this location is not at the others standard of service and i regret not just waiting for the next day to go to my usual take 5. My truck would still be operable if i would have. Since the owner was too good to even bother i will have to make a claim on my insurance. I see the owner is proactive in responding positive messages. Post the camara footage of your employee improperly supporting himself on equipment not meant to support human weight!

i took it here after seeing the good reviews after taking it to a small shop next to them for a good while, but when i received my car back it began to drive weirdly and it sounded like it wanted to drown every time i stepped on the gas. i took it back to get it checked out where the guy only said everything seems okay and your oil level is at a safe level and didnt check anything else. i decided to take it back to my trusted place and they had to re-drain my oil, and wash my bay because where was oil everywhere they also had to change my filter after being told that no need to change it and washed my coils. They charged me $80+ to make a mess and not care for what i was telling them my car was doing afterwards. im so thankful in and out oil change next door fixed it all for me with no charge. they washed my bay changed everything and cleaned up the safe level to the actual level my car needed to be so now my car is back to normality. i shall now stick to my $65 all checked and all included shop instead of going back to this place. maybe reviews aren't always something to depend on.

The employees were super cool and were able to strike up an interesting conversation while I was waiting for them to finish up the oil change, which took only 7 minutes. I'll be taking my rides up there from now on.
