I cannot express in words how much I love Star 1. The both times that I've had the pleasure of visiting them, they were very kind and honest and provided me with the best service I could ever ask for. They have great warranties and a great sense of family within the staff. Their mechanical work is quite great and they provide a great insight into what they're doing with your vehicle. If I have any other car troubles, I know where to go.

Service was quick, have been using Star 1 for years. They worked on my 1973 C10, and my Toyota. It's hard to find good honest automotive shop. These guys are great

I recently got brakes changed at this location and got top notch customer service. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Star 1 to anyone in need for car service.

They replaced my car's rotors and brake pads. Also they offered me new tires at a very reasonable price. I can say that I am a content customer with the quality of service and close care. I recommend this shop to my friends because of their honest work. Honesty might be on top of the list for a mechanic shop as most of the customers do not know much about the cars, including me.Services: Tires, Brakes

Our old mechanic retired and we were on the search for anew honest mechanic. We learned of Star 1 from a friend. We are super happy with our service. We have serviced both of our cars. Idk where to even start! So Saturday May 13th here for a wheel alignment! My car was t making noise i could just tell because the wheel was slightly turned of course they call and tell us the wheel bearings needs be changed .. ok cool we will schedule for another day $400 work right there when i went for $46 wheel alignment!Fast forward to that evening the wheel sounds like it s falling off it s not though but now so conveniently whatever they did my car is damn near inoperable! I drive Uber and now u can t have passengers in my car or nothing because the sound is so bad it s scary!!!So thanks i wish my experience would of been a good one but now i won t even go here for my wheel alignment! They also lost my hub cab I came with with 4 left with 3

I had many alignments done elsewhere, and I still could not figure out why my car pulled to the right... After a thorough investigation, Star 1 Motors discovered my control arm was the culprit. They were patient with me while I ordered my own part and then helpful with installation and realignment. Although sometimes the wait time was long, the work was done right and price of services was well worth the wait. I highly recommend going to see them with any outstanding automotive issues or maintenance.

Had a groupon for this location- 25 mins away from my apartment, so not a place I would tend to use. Very nice guys working there. Friendly and personable. They got me in and out pretty quickly at 1230pm on a Friday afternoon. I did have to wait for a bit, as the guy who does the oil changes was on his lunch break, but no big deal- that was my fault for the timing and coming when I did.They had to order the filter for my car- was $6 and some change, and they had it driven over from autozone as I waited...the guy had not even finished the oil change by the time the filter got there and I paid and was out the door basically.AC inside, comfortable enough chairs, and like I said- everyone was super nice. Would definitely recommend this place.Service: Oil change

This is my place to go for oil change now. Straight forward Fully premium synthetic oil change for $47.25 after tax & everything!!!! Great great customer service! Very affordable and trusted worthy! Finally find my place to go for my car

Came here with a noisy water pump and without any check engine light on, and drove out with a bad intake and a check engine light please avoid this shop. If they mess up they wont own up to it, please take your money somewhere else. (If i could give this place a zero stars i would. )

They have great customer service, they are very knowledgeable about cars and they are very honest people that will not overcharge you or try to upsell things that you don't need. I was so appreciated with the service I have received. After I took my car 3 different mechanic they all said my engine is gone but the master said it is not a big deal. Then it was not. I was about to trash my Honda Odessey. if you have a Honda dont pay a lot to dealer. The mechanic is used to work for Honda and he is very good at his job.

Went in yesterday to get an alignment done. Explained to me my car needed more. And they were Very helpful and kind. Price was very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back again

The people were very friendly and honest. I appreciate the honesty.I thought I freon for my car. The owner said I might just have a dirty filter. Said if it does not need a new filter to save my money. Saved me allot of money. Will definately come back for car repairs. Don't let the area scare you. Great place to do business. Customer service is amazing, they had me in and out real quick. Amazing job on replacing my passenger side motor for my window. They are all very nice, had great conversation with the older gentleman he was very sweet and we had a very good conversation. Thank you all for being very amazing will highly recommend and will definitely come back anytime i need repairs!

They made sure to explain the cost of merchandise vs. the cost of labor. Also helped me look up cost options for future issues needing to be taken care of. They were kind and helpful and even took the time to show me some of the issues personally.

They were very helpful. Told us everything we needed to get our car running and when we picked up our car it ran perfect and started up right away. Very good prices. Super friendly and kind. Would highly recommend!

I will NOT return to this place. I went there to get an alignment because my car would pull a little to the right during high speeds(over 60mph). Once they did my alignment I cant even go 5mph without my car pulling to the right so bad. I have to constantly fight with the steering wheel just to stay in my lane. I tried to go back to the place to let them know that my problem is worse than it was before , I was told i should have brought it back up there within 1day and since i didnt it was 4 days later they wont work on it. Ive never heard of that. Now I have to go to another place so they can do what Star 1 didnt.Service: Wheel alignment

I can't brag about them enough. Fair prices, excellent customer service, and fast, honest work. They're really polite and informative, not pushy at all, and never once tried to upsell me on anything. I'll definitely take my car back here for any future work and I will tell everyone I know about them, too!

The customer service is awesome! I have been bringing my Mercedes and Land Rover for maintenance service and repair work since a long time.Very knowledgeable mechanics.I had been going to another place and was not happy, lost trust when they started over charging.Found Star I Motors and I have not been disappointed.

I am so grateful that I found this place! I took my car to several different places that were trying to overcharge me. They fix my car and save me hundreds of dollars! They are new owners and they are very honest and Trustworthy! This is definitely my go to place for any type of repair!! The owners are very humble and kind! Would give more stars if possible!!

I got the alignment done a month ago. The owner Mr Ahmed was very upfront about every thing.Not a conventional mechanic who try charge you extra and makes your mechanical issues look bigger than they actually are.A MUST RECOMMENDED

Very professional service and reasonable prices. This mechanic shop is honest. Will not take advantage of a woman. That s hard to find. Very kind and attentive people here. Definitely has a warm family environment. If you re looking for a mechanic shop this is it.

The most AMAZING service. The owners and workers are so sweet and helpful. Especially as a young female they made me feel comfortable, had great & fast service & gave me the best advice for my vehicle!! 15/10 recommend for all your car and truck needs!!
