Wow! I normally don t post reviews, good or bad, but my experience today at Snell compelled me to do so.I worked with Nicole via e-mail to set-up my appointment. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about vehicles, was on point with pricing, and went out of her way to get me in to get my issue fixed while I wait. Literally something I expected to wait for at least 3-4 hours was 45 minutes.I plan to share the good experience with others looking for a great collision place, but really want to thank Nicole for being the reason that I will return to Snell. Nicole conducts herself as an owner of the place and it shows. She truly cares about the customer experience. Nicole, you are a gem and Snell is very lucky to have you.Job well done, Snell!

I had the pleasure to work with Nicole at Snell Collision Center today. Nicole was not only kind and nice to work with, she was very professional as she explained the process of servicing my car. Fortunately, my car had a minor issue and she was able to get me in and out in a quick manner. Surprisingly, the repair was provided to me complimentarily. Wow! What business does that today? Some do, I'll admit, but its rare! Thank you Snell Collision Center, I definitely know where to return if the need should ever occur again, or if I need to refer someone, I won't forget Snell Collision! May seem trivial, but I say; smart business move on their part! Thank you for your service provided!

James Bishop at Snell turned what was a horrible experience with my car insurance into a complete success. His communication and interpersonal skills are impeccable. My insurance should take training from James instead of investing in their idiotic & stale Flo commercials My 2021 Jaguar was treated with complete care, bravo to the service team!

Throughout the whole ordeal I was never met by person regarding the care of my vehicle or anyone to explain the process of how all the work would be handled. Not one person met with me to assure me that all work would be done to Jaguar standard. Not one process was explained and no one made sure I was satisfied with the work after. I was handed paperwork and my keys were requested and returned. I did ask if I would get at least a call with information, I was told yes but didn t get anything until I called to get an update myself. The later provided updates were not accurate at all! At pick up my vehicle was dirty from the work and there were spots on my leather seats. I went in and informed the woman at the front desk and a gentleman did come out with a towel and spray, however, the stains were not removed. He closed the door after a few wipes and so I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and didn t go after to inspect. I should ve because I was left with a horrible mess to clean up after. Atrocious way of doing business and most of all very-very unprofessional.

Truly so happy with my experience at Snell Collision. After not knowing where to take my brand new suv for repair, I decided to go with Snell in part because of their reviews. I had the pleasure of working with James Bishop and he really did show me exactly what the rest of the reviews express. He was professional, he knew exactly what I wanted and was expecting. Excellent attention to detail. Service was completed promptly. I sincerely recommend, thank you!

The guys at Snell have been top notch! I recently had my car in to get some rock chips repaired on various parts of my brand new I-Pace and James and his team were really great. This is my first Jaguar and when I called all the dealers in DFW for repairs they all recommended Snell Collision so I figured that s where I had to go. James made it very easy by taking care of all the insurance communications and kept me up to date with status reports all along the way as far as parts coming in and time estimates, etc. I ve never had a repair shop give me as much info as James Bishop did. I had to get the windshield and headlamp replaced so he ordered those things after my estimate and let me keep my own car until the parts came in so I didn t waste time with my car just sitting at the shop. They did their best to accommodate me and my schedule even through the holidays and I had a pretty quick turnaround. Thanks James Bishop and the team there at Snell Collision!

Snell did a great job at communicating what was going on with my car. Although the process was a bit delayed and my car was in the shop for longer than I d have liked it to be, James kept me updated periodically and that made me feel comfortable about what was going on. On delivery, my car looked amazing! He went above and beyond and even helped fit my car seat . Would recommend snell collision 10/10Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say I've had a more superb experience while dealing with car repairs. While it is unfortunate having to have body work done due to an accident, there are very few Certified Jaguar repair shops here that I trust to get the job done. Snell Collision is top of the line in Professionalism and Service...from the front desk to the garage...they have an Amazing Team! I applaud their ability to effectively communicate, even to be as personal as going head on with major insurance companies (as was My experience ) to assure Top quality service and returning my vehicle looking BRAND NEW ( for the 2nd time!)! If I could give 10 stars I would! Great big Thank You to James Bishop and the Entire crew at Snell Collision Center !!!!

Bought my first Jaguar before it was ready to be sold so it had to go over to Snell Collision Center to have some paint work done on it. Jordan was amazing! He hooked me up with paint for my wheels, Jaguar emblems, etc. He maintained constant communication and even did a short before and after video for me. My car looks amazing and made picking it up and driving it for the first time even more special!!! If this is the way all Jaguar owners get treated, I don t mind taking it in for work to be done! Amazing work!!! We will not trust anyone else to work on our Rover. Scott and his team at Snell Collision Center did an outstanding job on our vehicle. From the time the vehicle was dropped off to the time it was ready, their professionalism and attention to detail was 110%. They made our car look worthy of rolling out of any Land Rover showroom floor. I highly recommend Snell for any vehicle repair needs.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! We recently purchased our vehicle at Land Rover Dallas. We loved our Rover but there was something missing. We decided to take our vehicle to Snell Collision Center for some customization. Scott recommended we did a black out and that s exactly what we did. Our Rover turned out amazing!! Our car being grey with all the black trims added the perfect balance between luxury and sport. Scott and his team were very professional during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Snell to everyone.

I brought my SUV to Snell after a friend recommended them to me due to damage to the bumper and hood. Jordan assisted me from the moment I called to request a date to stop by for a quote until the very end when I picked up my car. I was pleasantly (and happily) surprised at the affordable quote for both areas and was given an estimate of 3 days to have my car fixed. I brought it in on a Monday and it was ready for me to pick it up that Wed afternoon. When I arrived, it looked amazing - it s only 6 months old and I don t drive it much but even with that, it looked better than brand new! I am very happy with the work and though I hope I don t need any repair services in the future, I won t hesitate to return if ever there is a need that they can assist me with. Our 2016 Disco was caught in a hail storm in Allen resulting in $10k in damage.Jordan and his team did a fantastic job managing expectations and dealing with our stingy insurance company that questioned every piece of the repair process.I have had horrific experiences with places like service king and knew I needed to use Snell if I wanted proper results with the techs that know these cars.The team at Snell delivered the work quality I expected and the car looked like new when I picked it up.Thank you Jordan, Chris, and Callie for the excellent experience! -Andrew

I d give 6 stars if I could! I love knowing the lovely people at Snell are in my corner. A car accident left my Jaguar in repairs for several weeks but the transition to a rental car was seamless. The repairs were timely, staff was informative and Jordan specifically went above and beyond to make sure I was up to date and had everything I needed to file my claim with insurance. Customer for life!

I had high expectations and Snell Collision did not disappoint. I had damage to my door, steering, possible frame and anything else I could not see from an accident. I was expecting the worse. James maintained constant communication, walked me through the process and I was "never not in the need know" for the status of my vehicle. The results were amazing...like nothing ever happened and she "my car" rides superbly. Our Range Rover was involved in a sub 5 mph collision. As a Range Rover certified facility, I did not hesitate to take our car to them, while living 90 miles East of Garland. It took less than 24 hours to receive a detailed estimate and set of photos depicting the damage. The estimate package was so well documented, that my insurance company authorized the repair, without questioning the quote. We received our car back in 7 business days, perfectly restored physically and electronically.

Chris Dockery was a terrible communicator. I had a discussion with him personally about it. Many snags happened during the repair process that were not told to me. Let me be clear... it was not the supply chain problem. I understand those details. I was disappointed that I did not find out that the wheel was done incorrectly the first time and had to be sent back. Leaving me with several extra days to pay out of pocket for additional days on my rent car.Service: Body & Trim
