It s not easy to find a honest service center so when we needed service on our Fusion I called my grandson and granddaughter in law. They told me to call Sachse Service Center. We couldn t be more satisfied. Brooke is delightful, funny and knows her stuff. Blake is wonderful and did a fabulous job on our car. It very apparent that honesty and integrity is in their core beliefs. I m so glad they are young because we have found our forever service center.

Blake is the best in the business. There is no one in DFW that I trust more with my vehicles than him and his crew! I now live over an hour away from his shop, but Sachse Service Center remains my first priority for any vehicle related issues.They are always prompt, transparent, thorough, and friendly.

I can't believe I'm saying this about a car repair shop but: WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was listened to with intention. I was respected in every conversation and with every question I asked, and I asked a lot. Blake, Brooke, Mike and everyone else I interacted with were personable, kind and always smiling. Best of all is the honesty they show when working with you. I have found a new and trustworthy car repair shop to take my Jeep. Great job Blake! Your team, your shop and the great work everyone there does is more than appreciated!!!!

We had taken my son s truck to 4 different recommended shops due to a loss of engine compression. Each shop said that it was not worth their time to even try to assess the problem. They each just quoted for an entire engine rebuild.Blake from Sachse service center took the time to actually figure out what the problem was. It turned out to be a simple fix. He was kind and thorough and saved us over $3000 by being an honest, true mechanic.I will be using Blake for each one of our vehicles moving forward. He s trustworthy.

Been coming to this shop regularly for maintenance on my car. Blake, Brooke, and everyone else are kind and very trustworthy people. I know my car is in good hands and I am not overpaying at Sachse Service Center.

Blake has got to be one of the best mechanics I've ever met. So honest, friendly and so willing to help people out. My air conditioning went out (it's texas summer) and figured out what was going on and got me taken care of quicker than the dealership I bought my car from. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for ALL your auto needs.

Five stars is too low. These guys will be my mechanics as long as they're open. They have been nothing but honest, thorough, and reliable for the 15 years I've been going to see them. The next time you need something repaired, or even just checked, go see Johnny and Blake and their awesome team.

These guys are the best. My wife's car broke down few feet from the railway tracks near their workshop and Ernest and Blake stopped by to check on us and came back to help us. They made sure that my family and I were safe and helped us move to a safe place and start the car. Thanks Ernest, Blake and the team. You deserve more than 5 .

Sachse Service Center went above and beyond to help us out. They are 100% honest and we really enjoyed working with them. After we spent a lot of money on getting the entire engine repaired from all the leaks, we had another problem and brought it back to them. They repaired the power steering pump without charging us because they knew we had just spent so much money. They are such a down to earth family business and they really care about their customers. They did excellent work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took our son's jeep in for general maintenance and suspension work before leavieng for college! They went above and beyond to serve us well and put our minds at ease about his drive to and from Oklahoma.They are also a huge fraction of the price that we were quoted by several other local shops.We will continue to take our cars to this shop as we trust their word and work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Made my 1st visit here last month after a free inspection at the Toyota dealer revealed a lot of issues. I really appreciated the respectful treatment I received from Blake and his team, and especially engaging me to inspect the worn parts and fully explaining how everything will be corrected. Best experience I've had at a garage for a woman! I have found my go-to mechanic that I can trust to give me the best service at the best price. Thanks again Blake and team - excellent job! Georgia

Do NOT trust your car to this place. I came to them for new rotors/brake pads. They only replaced my rotors and only after another mechanic looked at them did we realize my brake pads had not been changed. They refused to replace them and only offered no labor discount on them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Just got my Sonic back after getting my blown engine replaced and I have to say I will never take my car anywhere else! The guys here are great. A special thanks to Blake who took the time to answer all my questions. Y'all are the best! Will recommend to all my friends and family .

They are great mechanics ! It s nice to go to a shop and there is not a vehicle I could not bring them that someone there does not know exactly what to do and fix it! I want to say thank you Blake for being awesome and not only doing an awesome job on my caddy CTS-V but as well as my F250 6.7 diesel. That s really how great this shop is can go from sport car to a diesel beast!If your looking for a mechanic shop... LOOK NO FARTHER! You just found it.

I came to them on a trusted friend's recommendation and they surpassed my expectations. Owner Johnny, his son Blake, and the whole team were all so polite and knowledgeable. They quoted me at the low end of what the internet estimated my repair should cost, then they gave us a veterans discount. When I mentioned that I was going to be walking back to pick up my car they offered to come pick me up, saying "It's too hot for anyone to be walking today." Despite the parts store giving them the wrong version of the part I needed, they still got my car running very quickly. I will rest assured that I have a mechanic on speed dial :)

I want to Thank Mr. Johnny, Blake and the their team! I brought in my wife s Santa Fe that had overheated and the engine light on. They were so incredibly nice and did a great job!!! I have such piece of mind that I have found a great place to bring my vehicles and get an honest team work on it. I will be referring all my friends. Keep up the great work and thank you again!!!Ben

If I could give this place no stars I would. I heard good things about this shop from family members so I decided to bring my Nissan Juke there. I wasn t having a lot of problems with it but I was about to pay it off so I wanted to have everything checked and whatever needed to be fixed either fixed or replaced. After spending $2000 my car started literally falling apart. My front bumper is falling off, my new breaks started squeaking a few weeks later, my car shakes when I get on the highway, my wheels make a grinding noise when I go under 30, it s hard to keep my car in the lane and so much more. I m now scared to drive the car I once loved and I can t even afford to take it to another shop to have it fixed. I don t know what to do.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I've been taking my cars to Johnny for years. No one treats you better and no one will do the work as fast or as thoroughly as Johnny and his team. His prices are always better than anyone else and he always tells it like it is. I never get the sense that I'm being taken advantage of like I often feel at other places.

Highly recommend! My mom and I both come here. Never have to worry about getting taken advantage of. Has a family feel and they never fail to get you back on the road super fast. Best most trustworthy shop around! Thanks again SSC!

Johnny is a great mechanic, from the old school like a mechanic should be. VERY good, VERY knowledgeable, and extremely fair and honest. I would (and DO) recommend him to anyone needingauto work done. I've been taking vehicles to him for years, and won't go anywhere else.

I take all my cars to these guys now. They have saved me so much money. Great guys that are always honest. You won't have to worry about overpaying or being charged for a part that didn't need replacing. I highly recommend this shop!!!

The best car mechanic l've ever used. Johnny and his team have saved our family time after time. They are usually busy because of all of their repeat customers who refuse to go elsewhere.

I recently took my carburetor for my 67 mustang to this shop to have them rebuild it. It was left at this shop for nearly a week before I decided to call and see if it was ready. The person on the phone said it would probably be ready the next day. So my mechanic friend and I showed up the next day to see if it was ready. A lady working there told us that it had not been worked on and that we should probably just purchase another one due to some missing parts. If this is how they regularly treat their customers, then I'd advise anyone to think twice before doing business with these folks.

I recently went to Johnny's for an upgrade install for my 2014 Mustang V6. I had them install the catback exhaust and short tube header. The service was great and the price is reasonable. I did not feel that they are after my money. Johnny was very accomodating. If you have mods/upgrades install you need to do, if they can do it then go with them! Will come back for my next upgrade install....!

Can't say enough good things about Johnny and his crew. I had an issue with my van in which the "check engine" light kept appearing. He fixed it but it came back on within 24 hours. We repeated this process three times before he ordered a part and fixed it one last time. There were no extra charges and he did not even charge for the parts because it took them so long to fix it. I moved to TX three years ago and have no special connections to this shop. He is "old school" in the best possible way. They wont do work that doesn't need to be done and are fair in their pricing.

This review is way past due.There are no words I can express the gratitude and workmanship that Sachse Service Center delivers!Hands down the most honest, hardworking people I have met by far.Just a brief description of what I have been through before coming across Sachse Service.I own a 06 Dodge Durango, it has 82K miles on it, lately its been running sluggish, so I thought of course to take it to Dodge. They wanted to charge me $89.99 for a diagnostic, and that was with a coupon. So, I came across EAGLE TRANSMISSION and that they Advertise that they will preform a diagnostic for FREE ,the catch for us was when he said he would have to take the transmission apart to see what needed to be replaced. So, not knowing what to do or ever having to go through this before, we asked the manager roughly how much was he thinking. He said around $1200-$1500.00, my husband and I thought, "that's not bad" so we allowed him to do the diagnostic, knowing we would have to pay $489.00 to do so, but they would take that charge off if they had to perform something.The very next day the manager called and told me it would be $3300.00, WHAT!!!!For days my husband and I prayed for a sign, I called a friend of mine and she said her and her husband go to Sachse Service Center, the minute I spoke to Johnny, I knew that this would be the place.That same day, my husband and I picked up our parts that were laying across a table, put them in the back of our Durango and had it towed to Sachse Service Center. Their price, their timing was PERFECTION!I have to say that not only will they get my recommendation now, but I will continue to tell everyone and anyone about their location.Do me favor for all those seeking an estimated, DO NOT agree to anything until you have a few opinions.Thank you Johnny and team for EVERYTHING, God bless yall-
