I got a paint job 2 years ago, and apparently they can t find the paper work stating that. They ran it through my insurance so you would figure it ll be COVERED under warranty. Olivia was the girl I spoke to like 3 times, seems like she doesn t want to go through the paper work and find out. No I don t have the paper. I would figure they d be more organized and keep up with their records in the computer!!!

Roy and his team were great. They communicated throughout the entire process. Color match on the vehicle was spot on and they came back to us with options for us to choose from during the repair process. There was also an issue with the battery while they had it. They let us know and helped get a warranty swap out. The work was great, Roy and team really went above and beyond in all aspects of the process and work done. This shop defrauded me. They re-used damage parts when new parts were paid for, they failed to perform all agreed upon work, and they fraudulently attempted to collect a deductible amount when that amount was waived by them.

Took my truck to Roy s Paint and Body and it was in pretty sad. shape. Got it back today and it doesn t even look like the same truck. Beautiful paint job, all body lines are great. Truly a showroom paint job.My truck is a 95 f250 and I would not hesitate to enter it into a car show and I feel certain it would place and I have done allot of car shows with another vehicle.Thank you to Roy and his team!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Roy's did some collision repair for me a while ago. Excellent work. So when I needed some bumper work of course I took it to Roy's. Got my bumper put back in shape and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Roy for some more outstanding work.

Roy is on point !...been knowing him for over 4 years now and never disappoints ... this man will make sure you are happy ... let me tell you this guy will fight ! with the insurance company s to make sure they pay for what needs to be fix.they are fast.awesome jobs and wow !!the quality paint jobs they do ! ...I have taken multiple cars to him now ...and I never had problems.....Take ur Bussines to roys Auto Body ! His desk girls Will have u laughing plus the repairs will be done right the 1st time ! promise they won t disappoint !!

I've been with Roy's the last 8 years or so with various vehicles and problems. He was always careful to go over the details of the work and it would generally come out as expected. Unfortunately, the last few times I've been in they've really slipped to marginal or substandard work. Now several visits ago, when they were working on the right rear door area, they returned the car with orange-peeled paint. Then a few months later the right rear wheel-well and door area was hit again. This time I got the car back with no orange peeling, but he'd forgotten to fix a small area on the right rear panel. I called it to his attention and he said he hadn't put it in the bid, even though I was there when he was looking over the car for the estimate and pointed it out to him. He said it would be $150 additional to do the work. I didn't have the work done immediately, but a month later the front right bumper was grazed while the car was parked when the car next to it pulled out too sharply. Rather than just let the other party's insurance company just take care of it, I thought Roy might appreciate the work and I asked him to estimate the front bumper scratches and to include the rear spot he missed the last time, figuring it would be easy since he already would have the paint mixed etc. The estimate was $689.28 which seemed high, but ok. I made a mistake when I let him get involved with the insurance company. When he learned that their repair estimate was $900, he calls me on the phone and says it will be $200 extra to do the rear spot that was not part of the insurance estimate. When I point out that he already quoted me $689.28 for the whole job, he says, it's $200 more take it or leave it. So I say I'll come pick up the car. He then tells me he as already started work on the car and he'll charge me to put it back together. At that point I say just finish the job and that will be the last time I come here. He says "fine, there are a lot of paint shops in town". The final insult is, when I go in to pick up the car, the bill has increased to $945. I just pay it and leave. When I get back to the house, I take a look at the work and the spot on the rear is still not done and there's a ding on the hood right about where he was repairing. So for the work I actually received, I should have paid $539.28. If you decide to use Roy's after reading this, my advice would be to get every little thing in writing, check every little thing when you pick it up, don't let him get involved with the insurance company, and hope he doesn't get mad at you. Or perhaps, try one of those other paint shops.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My husband and I took both of our cars to get repairs done with Roy s! They are very professional and timely with everything! They explained everything and handled everything with the insurance! The best part about receiving our cars back is that they wash the inside and outside so when we picked up our cars, they not only looked brand new but the inside was super clean! I have been going to Roy's for at least 6-7 years now, and have brought him multiple vehicles to repair. Every time Roy and his staff do a great job. He's quality of work compared with his pricing is unmatched. The girls that work behind the desk are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Once you go there you wont go anywhere else. I dropped by Roy's with a car that had a crumpled area at the bottom of the driver's side front quarter panel. I just wanted it bumped out. Roy took a look at it and gave me a time the next day to bring it by. For a very low amount, Roy's crew had it dismounted, reshaped, and remounted. It looked like new! And all in less than an hour. His people were very polite, the shop was clean, the waiting area comfy. You can tell it is a well-run business with a hands on owner. This shop gets my next repair, for sure...

I never knew about Roy s Paint & Body until I met my boyfriend. I sure do wish I knew of him before, Roy is such an hands on owner and always willing to help out. I have brought my car three times (I promise I m an ok driver) and I am not ever disappointed. He takes such good care of us and honestly I feel goes above and beyond for his clients. If anything was ever to happen to my car again (god forbid) I know exactly where to go. Thank you for your kind and prompt service and just honestly always helping us. I highly recommend Roy Paint & Body always.

Roy has fixed several vehicles for us. He has helped with insurance claims, and he has worked with us when we wanted to pay ourselves and leave the insurance out of it. He is very fair, and he is a perfectionist. When we get a vehicle back they always look fantastic. If you go over there Roy is in the shop checking on the quality of work being performed, or he is at the counter helping a customer.Here is the kicker though, Roy quoted us a repair on a vehicle, we said yes, he did all the work and it was a big job but when he called to let me know it was ready for pick up he also told me that the final total was different... he said one of his vendors had quoted a part and it just seemed to high to him so he went back and challenged that person on it, and sure enough his vendor had made a mistake. So in the end we paid $1,000 less, most people would have put that in their pocket but Roy is a good man who cares about his clients, about doing the right thing and doing the job with excellence.Customer for life!

Roy and Lulu are amazing!! They deserve 10 stars. They took care of me like I was family when I got in an accident. They are truly a genuine and kind family and you don t find that too often in businesses. My car looks brand new and they did a very thourough job with the repairs in a timely manner. Im lucky I found them and I would recommend Roy s to my closest friends and family. I wish more businesses were run like this family runs theirs. Thank you again Roy and Lulu!!!!

Roy's Body shop is by far the BEST customer service and work I have experienced. I love the way Roy does business and I love the fact that every time I go in the same lady is working the front desk that handles the paperwork among a lot of other things I'm sure! I have been bringing my cars here over the past 6-7 years when something comes in and I always have the same experience... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE! They have always offered to take me to the rental car place so I don't have to talk someone in to following me there and have to stress about it, they handle any issues with the insurance companies and you can just tell they genuinely care about their customers here. I will never take my car anywhere else EVER! Roy's is the place to go and he always knows someone that does other work that he may not do I have personally text him for help or thoughts on stuff to do with my car that was outside what he does and he has always answered me with advice! Thank you Roy and employees for going above and beyond to make a stressful situation not so bad knowing you guys are on my side! MIKA P. HARRIS!

I am a vehicle viny wrap specialist. I am very detailed , so I brought my bumper in for Roy's and they did a great job! The bumper looks factory if not better ! The ladies in front were very nice and helpful. Thanks for the great and quick turn around time guys!

Roy is the first person who game me my estimate on my car. He was very polite and everyone inside was nice as well. There was a little misunderstanding in initially and that lead to to some complications. Roy was very willing to accommodate and did so professionally. I would greatly recommend this Paint Shop as long you state clearly what you want.

I have used Roys multiple times for people who have rear ended me. Nothing but good things to say about the work, communication and estimated repair time they quote. I am not the best with writing reviews, but they really stuck out. Keep up the great work!

I want to let the world to know what superb customer service I reveived from Roy's! The staff was super friendly and treated me like a valued customer from beginning to end! They answered all of my numerous questions with a smile. Lulu and Vera were top notch. Roy the owner was there to manage and help yake care of their customers also! The get five gold stars and extremely high recommendations!

I love, love, love this business!My Pastor referred me after an accident. The did a great job. After that someone hit my son's car and they fixed that! Also, did a great job.Went again recently for some booboo touchups. Great job again AND it looked like I had paid them to detail my car inside and out! Very pleasant and kind. Very reasonable prices. My auto body shop for life!!!Also, the girls in the office are the best. Very professional and very sweet.

Late but honest review. Had my front part of truck painted except for bed. The clear started pealing, when I asked Roy, he said it was a rock chip, my fault . Lol. I tried to make the best of the situation so I left. 3 yrs later my clear on doors is pealing, had to get my bumper repainted by real professionals. Never going back. I guess lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Went in to get an estimate done so I can get work done to my truck. Very friendly people, great customer service and helped me very quickly. I think I m going to end up choosing Roy s to get the body work done!

The worst. Multiple spots on the vehicle has the paint chipping and fading, tried to work it out with the shop but they seemed too busy with their upcoming work and their "reputation". The lady in the front Vera was VERY Rude, she thinks they are the only body shop in all of Dallas/ftworth area. They're were a few shops down the road who happily would love my friends, family business in the future.. I've been rebuilding cars for 20y ears now and will be telling all my friends and others to Stay very far away for this business. Start by firing their rude secretary.

Did an incredible job. All the staff was incredibly nice, from the owner, to the receptionists, to the body work staff. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was done impeccably, and all at an incredible price. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for everything Roy and staff!

I went to get a quote on a whole car paint job and the guy mentioned they dont do whole body paint jobs only touch ups. That dont make any sense to me. Something tells me they didnt want my business or just straight off liying. Their loss. Just an fyi for anyone trying to get their car painted.
