Just beginning the process of accident repair, it's nice to have such professional and courteous people helping make the difference. Needed a ride after dropping off car, Tina and Jaime were lifesaver s. Thank you. Just picked up my car, Tina and her whole team did a amazing job. From updating me thru the whole process, and superior body work, my car was cleaned inside, pleasant surprise, they handle all paperwork, bodywork was excellent. They even picked me up to get my car, I would definitely recommend this place and people highly 10 s thank you to everyone involved in this process

Tina went over and above with our Ford Edge repairs completely handling both the insurance and rental car details throughout the repair process. Our technicial Michael Hawk and the rest of the shop crew did outstanding work to get our damages repair quickly and professionally! I just hope we Never have to see them Again!! :)

If you want a quality repair and to deal with quality people, this is your place to go. Roy and his team took care of me from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. They kept me updated through the whole process and you couldn t even tell my truck was ever in a collision. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my truck! Being in a wreck is obviously very stressful, but Zane and his team over at Randal Reed Planet Ford made the process so much easier on me. Their customer service goes above and beyond. My truck looks brand new! I cannot thank them enough.

Although my truck wasn t ready on said day, when I received it, the repair was excellent and they detailed the inside of my work truck. I definitely did not expect that but I m truly appreciative of the service received. Thanks Tina and team!!

To anyone looking to get services done here: do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The experience here was awful. I experienced everything that most recent reviews state. They do not answer before 8 am, they never return calls, the technicians do not know the status of the repair, etc.My vehicle was in the shop for an entire month. If you are short staffed, at least let the customers know that the repairs will take longer than expected. I was there August 2017, so they ve been giving this excuse since at least then. I needed a repair because of an accident that was not my fault, so the other driver s insurance was taking care of everything. I should not have paid anything at all, but Randal Reed s delays caused me to pay over $150 in rental fees. Their entire office is simply unprofessional. They delayed at every step, from getting the repair done, so submitting supplement paperwork. When I received my ford explorer, I did not notice until a few days later that the liftgate has a fault that it did not have before the accident. Since I was hit from the back, I can only assume that it was caused by the accident. Randal Reed s professional technicians failed to catch this defect and did not include it in the supplement request. I initially contacted the insurance to pursue this issue, but I canceled soon after because I was not willing to wait another month to get this fixed. Allstate was great at covering the days that they took to respond to all the claims, but Randal Reed of course does not take responsibility for MY rental fees, even though they are the ones who caused the daily fees to accrue and they were aware that I was relying on a rental car. I attached pictures of the liftgate to show the current wear that the latching mechanism is having because it won t close correctly. Also, Randal Reed did a quality paint job on one of my side panels. A well-deserved 1/5 stars.Randall Reed, do not bother responding to this review unless you are going to reimburse me for my out of pocket rental fee and fix my liftgate.

First I have to give credit where credit is due.I spoke to Roy a couple of times and he was outstanding providing me with information and updates. However, my representative here has not been so great. I understand some things may be out of the representatives control. I am currently struggling to get my car back. After a month, which I completely understand they have their process and steps that is not my frustration. After a month of having my car they called to let me know my car was ready. When we showed up they pointed out a scratch that needed to get fix along with other minor details. I was told to bring it back the following business days at 7am so they could fix it and have it ready in 1-2 days. Is going into four days now and every time I call I keep being told it will be ready tomorrow again I understand there is a process and steps you must follow to ensure quality service. But, why tell costumers their car is ready when they have not inspection it. Now I am stuck without a rental because the insurance will no longer cover it and I don t have my car back because someone dropped the ball. It is very frustrating. I know that as a costumer we all need our vehicles and all want to be our case to be handle in an urgent matter. But, why tell costumers their vehicle is ready when they have not even done a walk through to make sure..

I can't say enough good things about the Prestige Ford Collision Center. Tina, was so professional and nice. She kept me informed of where we were in the process. Don t ever go here. These people are theives. They ll steal all your good car parts. About a day after you pick up your car all sorts of lights will show and they act like they don t have anything to do with it. Karma will get them soon.

Hi Everyone taking my car here was such a bad idea. I ve had the worst experience. They did a body work in my car but put a hole in my gas tank and totally denied they caused it. They left me with a broken car now and the manager or nobody is going to help me. Cause the manager himself accused me of bringing them a car with a hole in the gas tank instead of taking responsibility and admitting for it.I wonder what other unseen stuff they did.

I love this place. They take care of your car completely! They truly care about getting your car fixed correctly and on time. The personnel is awesome. Tina Davis is one of my favorites,very professional. Shelton is another jewel. Thank you so much for being awesome collisions center.

Let start by saying this Place is Awesome!!! My car was involved in a hit and run incident & through my insurance I chose this company to do the collision repairs on my car. My car dealership made me feel bad for choosing this Collision Center. These guys exceeded my expectations with my repairs. I was so happy when I seen my car. They actually fixed the repairs and washed/cleaned my car interior and exterior. It looked better than when I bought it lol. Even finished the repairs a week before the actual repair date. Thank you guys again. Also thanks to Bren for helping.

Great service. Tina was extremely helpful with dealing with insurance. When my insurance was giving me a hard time Tina was quick to call and get things sorted out. Will use again if I'm ever in an accident

This place is just horrible for repairs!!! Do NOT trust this place for a fast and friendly repair. My car has been in this place for over a month now!! The service is just horrible! I would call and leave messages with people as well as voicemails and I would never get a call back, their excuse would always be "our phone don't always work" which is funny because if you are a place of business then why would you not have phones that work! The advisor I was assigned could not be more rude! She would never call me back despite multiple calls and messages and never knew the status of my car properly. I would always get "let me check I'm not sure when it will be ready, I don't know the status, etc". I requested to speak to the manager/director and I left messages with him as well and I never received a phone call. I had to pull strings and get in contact with old friends to finally lite a fire under their asses. I took my car to Ford thinking they would be more professional and prompt and I was clearly mistaken! If you have the choice to take your car elsewhere, please do!!! I'm sure Service King would've had my car ready within a couple of weeks not over a month. WORST PLACE EVER!I have since received my car and it could not have been worse. My cars rim was missing the "Ford" cap in the middle, my drivers door was missing the key cap, and I had a HUGE BLACK STAIN on my drivers seat and the worst part is that my interior is beige. The most unbelievable part about the whole thing as we is that the advisor accused me of losing the key cap and did not even mention the missing rim cap or the stain in hopes that I would not notice I assume, and she blamed me about losing the caps saying that "that was the way we received the car" etc making me feel as though it was my fault they were missing instead of saying "I'm not sure let me get the techs to investigate, etc" because guess what, 10 minutes later they magically found it in my car. Which there was no way I could've put it there since they have had my car for over a month. The battery was also not working and they had to switch it and I just pray that the "new" battery does not go bad on me as well.I have attached photos of how I was returned my car. I cannot express how disappointed I am. I have been calling to speak to "the director" many times and the only thing I received back was another phone call from the advisor not the manager I requested and she said "Ryan asked me to give you a call back he is currently unavailable" WOW just great customer service. I asked to speak to the person above him and there was no answer I left another message but at this point I honesty do not think anybody there cares.Just trust when I say, you are better off going to Service King, a small dependable and reliable shop, and I also hear North Central Ford has amazing service.

It appears that they did a good job. However I called in to see if they found my garage door opener. Keith started yelling at me that they do not steal from the cars. I then said I left it somewhere and that was all I was asking. He kept yelling so I hung up and decided I wasn't going to deal with him ever again. A wreck then a man yelling at me it sounded as though he was trying to excuse his bad behavior.

I took my car for a body work, and here's my experience.Pros: very friendly staff. They installed a part for me (I provided), without extra charge.Cons: 1- i was contacted that my vehicle was ready, i went there only to notice that the panel was attached loosely, so loose that you could actually pull it out by your bare hands. Also, I noticed 3 new 2-3 inches DEEP scratches. The rep was a real gentleman, very polite. He apologized and said they will fix it. 2-3 days later they contacted me about my vehicle being ready for pick up. I went and picked up my vehicle. The panel was fixed, and the scratches were covered up with black markers, still visible but not too obvious. so I decided to let this go since they did me a favor by installing an extra part.2- The reason i'm giving 1 star review is i never had any SYNC issue with my stereo. from the time I picked my vehicle there's a weird clicking sound whenever I connect my phone through SYNC and play anything.Body work had nothing to do with my vehicles software, why would they mess around with that?

while shopping for groceries, my parked car was sideswiped by someone who did not leave his/her contact information. On a Tuesday at 7:30 a.m., I took my car to Prestige Ford Collision Center in Garland and was told it would take 3 days. On the following Thursday, the Collision Center called to tell me that my car was in the Wash and they would call me when it was ready. The following Friday at 7:00 a.m., I called to see when I could pick up my car and was told to wait until the afternoon as it was not ready. Around 1:30 p.m. I called to see when I could get my car and was told it still was not ready. Around 3:30 p.m. I again called and was told it was still not ready. I dropped off my rental and at 4:15 p.m had someone take me to the Collision Center, where I was told it would take another 10 -15 minutes. When I got home, I discovered a long scratch on the passenger side of the car that I had not see when I took pictures of the hit and run damage. The Collision Center said it was there when I brought it in though my son and I didn't recall seeing it nor did it show up in my photos of the car to the insurance. When I asked why it was not mentioned to the insurance or myself, I was told in a defensive manner, "Well, only you know what happened to your car." I don't know why my car was in the wash for a whole day. It just seems very odd. I think their manner and service is very unprofessional.

I drove 30 min on 6 /19/19 to get an estimate since this shop is a preferred center by GEICO. I saw the bad reviews and wanted to goeet in person with these people to judge them myself before I give them my car . Well the guy looked at my car and took my info to send me the estimate, but guess what ? He never sent it. Plus he said it will take from 3 days to a week to finish a bumper replacement... That is a big gap in time. So o get what people say online about slow and unprofessional service. I would stay away.

Geico insurance recommended that I bring my car here to be repaired due to an accident and brake malfunction error which hindered my car from driving. The minor car repair took nearly a month and a half and they charged me for a diagnostic which should have been paid by Geico and was never approved by me. After I paid my deductible to Geico, I had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket as well and I felt that I was hustle by Prestige Ford Collision Center and Geico Insurance

They are the best here! helped me handle the terrible Service from both insurance companies and the car rental service not to mention my car was like new when I got it back detailed inside and out would 100% recommend to anyone! special shout out to Sheldon he is the MAN!!

I can only give 2 Stars due to an ongoing issue between the Collision Center and Fred Loya Insurance for the past couple months.1 part was delayed, so my car was not finished in the original time-frame that the Collision Center originally estimated to Fred Loya by 2 weeks.Fred Loya Insurance requires an invoice to verify the delay, which according to the Collision Center they do not have because they are a part of the Ford Motor Company.So, I am out $416.59 of my own money due to a $264.59 rental bill & 4x NFS charges of $38 each adding up to $152 total.
