Randy and crew did a great job on my car. A friend scraped the side and ground effects. I finally had a chance to get it fixed. My mechanic at Brakes and More referred me to Quality Collision and the rest is history. They matched the paint great which was no small feat as it was a custom paint job in the first place. I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Quality Collisions for my car repair, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with their services. It all began a few weeks ago when I dropped off my vehicle with the hope of a quick and efficient repair. I was given a price estimate, and I was told my car would be ready within a week. Little did I know that this would be the start of a nightmare. If I could give 0 stars I would.First and foremost, the constant miscommunication with the front office was beyond frustrating. I couldn't get a straight answer about the status of my car, and I felt like I was always chasing them for updates. I was given empty promises and false hope repeatedly, which only added to my frustration.The worst part of the whole ordeal was the excruciating delay in getting my car back. What was supposed to be a one-week repair turned into an agonizing four-week ordeal. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and consideration for customers' time. Not only was the delay infuriating, but it also inconvenienced me greatly.To make matters even worse, when I finally received my car back, I discovered new issues that were not present before I took it to Quality Collisions. I entrusted them with my vehicle, hoping for a seamless repair, and instead, they managed to create new problems that I now have to address and pay for.Overall, my experience with Quality Collisions has been nothing short of a disaster. The miscommunication, endless delays, and the additional problems they caused have left me frustrated and deeply unsatisfied with their services. I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop to look elsewhere for maintenance and repairs, as this place clearly does not live up to its name.

Great service, wonderful work, honor warranty. I have had 2 accidents and taken my car there twice. Each time they took great care of my car and made me feel at ease. I won t go any where else.

I have known Randy Tadlock going on 20 years now.He was referred to me from a Slavage yard in Dallas. The facility is clean and arranged well not like other shops I went to...Randy and his crew kept me informed the entire time my truck was there.I have been there several times with our family vehicles and I highly recommend Randy and his crew!!!! I was referred by the most trusted auto mechanic I have known for 15 years to Randy at Quality Collision Repair. This body shop is old school honest and does the work right and takes pride in their work and how they treat their customers. They don't take advantage as unfortunately so many businesses do if you do not know better, but instead they will make sure you understand what and why. This is how a business should be. I trusted them from who referred me for my first car that needed repair and now I trust them because of my own experiences over the years. I do not even hesitate of where I need to go or if I have a need regarding any vehicle body repair, I call them! You will think you got your car back better than it was before. I cannot say enough good things about this locally owned company. I have referred anyone I know who needed work done to them with no complaints. It makes all the difference when a company knows what they are doing, does quality work, DOES NOT price gouge, is honest and is kind and professional with their customers. 5 stars for SURE! When a single Mom can go in and know they are NOT taken advantage of but taken care of that is a huge statement. The owners are good people.

From the beginning to the end. The service was so awesome, Laurel and Randy were so great to work with. The truck looks so good you would never known there was a scratch on it!!! Beside the great quality and attention to details, work was done in a timely manner. Being a female I hate when I take my car to be repaired and when I pick it up I get extra charges. Not here they explained everything to me and no hidden charges. I highly recommend this place.

Went in on to get a quote for my Infiniti . Randy was very professional and patient ordered the parts when I was ready gave me a WAY better price than the competition and had my car looking brand new in less than a week . Randy and Laurel are great to work with. They took care of my car and made sure I had the best deal with my insurance company. Randy found even more hail damage compared to my insurance's estimate. He saved me money, time and made my car pretty. My insurance rep also mentioned how nice it was to work with Randy.

My family and I have been going here for 14 years. I live in Kansas city Missouri now and I still drive down to get my car fixed from Randy (my friend and family live here also). Randy is awesome he doesn t try to over price their work, they are honest and really good at what they do. I had to replace bumpers and they match the paint flawlessly! I will always go here and I will keep recommending my friends and family here! Thank Randy!

Had my car repaired this week and I have to tell you my experience from beginning to end was fantastic. From drop off with the Manager, Randy and Laurel to pick up was so easy. My car looks brand new and I never had to do anything but drop off and pick up. Being a woman I have had not so good experiences with car dealerships, mechanics and body shops in the past. At Quality Collision I was treated with respect and my car was fixed perfectly and timely. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them.

I went to a few auto body shops and received quotes and realized every person I came into contact with was uncaring and just plain rude. I was then referred to Quality Collison by a kind friend and given Randy Tadlock's name. It was the best experience I've had in a very long time. The quality of work is amazing, my car looks brand new. The price was awesome. Best of all, the staff was wonderful and caring. I will send everyone I know to them.

This is the Place to Use:Whether it was the Great Customer Service provided by Randy or Laurel, the Professionalism in which they entire shop operates, the fact that from Day 1 they have Your Best interests in mind, the timely manner in which they get your vehicle back to you, or the Quality of work they provide & stand behind with Pride.I have used this Quality Collision location in Garland a few times, have referred family & friends a few times, and this would be the only body shop I would ever use or recommend. I have personally never had any concerns complaints nor have I ever heard of anyone that used this location have any concerns or complaints.Thank You & keep up the Great work!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place; Randy, his wife Laurel & the whole team at Quality Collision are top notch and deserve every 5-star review they ve received. Their prices are more than fair, their work is excellent, and they are just all-around good, honest people can t ask for more than that when working with anyone in this business. As long as I live in this area, I will not go to anyone else for auto repairs.

I thought my truck would never look the same after I wrecked it. Randy and the folks at Quality Collision did an amazing job and I fell in love with my truck all over again when I got it back. Easy to work with and well done, timely repairs. Truck was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Great service! Laurel answered all of my questions prior to arrival. Randy was very precise. Since it was an older car he only worked on the issues we wanted done most at the time. He did not fluff or try to do anything that was unnecessary. We were all set to get on the road again! We will definitely come here again for any future repair to any of our cars and tell anyone who asks to talk to Randy!

Service 4.9Communication 4.8I used this shop because of the high review rating. I have to say I was disappointed in there work. They need more quality control. On fender, I could notice 4 spots of what they call "Fish Eye". And major major orange peel on the hood. Hood clearly looked different compared to any other part of car just by the type of clear. I was very disappointed. But oh well, will have to wet sand myself. Other than that the guys were cool, and Randy was polite.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend QC for getting body work done. Randy, the owner, is very friendly and more importantly, transparent. Nothing is worse than not knowing what's going on with your vehicle, but Randy kept me informed through the entire process. I had some minor body work done to my pristine 2007 Mustang GT after a minor fender bender.... and it looks fantastic! Randy did phenomenal work and helped me during a very stressfull time when I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. He was awesome and worked with me on an unusual timeline. Definitely recommend!!!

Quality Collision Repair Center does superb work. From start to finish this company is top notch. You get treated respectfully during the entire process and are put at ease that you will be taken care of. I have taken all of my cars to them and when I pick it up after repair, there is no resemblance of anything that was messed up on my cars, it is perfect. I refuse to use any other company, why would I when you find the best you stay with the best! I can say being a woman I fear being taken advantage of by car places, but there is NOTHING like that with Quality Collision, they are honest and treat me as if I am family!

I was looking for someone to do some body work on my car. I saw the reviews on Goggle and the location of Quality Collision was convenient. I definitely was not disappointed. The car looked brand new....I saved money...and Randy and his employees were top-notch. I will definitely be using Quality Collision in the future.

This shop lives up to its name Quality . Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. Randy explained their process in detail prior to any work being done. He took on the burden of dealing directly with the insurance and giving me peace of mind. Him and his crew went above and beyond. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

I talked to Randy. He was nice, professional, very straight forward and explained everything which is great because some mechanics purposely talk over your head especially when they know you wont know the difference. I will always come here if there's something they can fix. I would highly recommend them and they are very affordable. They've also been open for at least 20 years which says something. They have worked on 3 of my 4 cars I've hd and saved me a lot of money!

QC is magnificent! Randy and his staff are professional and my car was completed promptly and returned spotless inside and out. Being hit in a car accident isn't an enjoyable experience. However, dealing with Quality Collision eased the situation, because Randy worked excellently with my insurance provider and even allowed my friend to drop off my car before I left to go out of town. I'm so glad that QC was referred to me and I've already referred them to others.
