Very kind and friendly. He changed out brakes and rotors and had to redo them. Didnt give me a hard time because I had the parts. Also gave me a great deal on services that was supposed to been done on car by another mechanic. I trust them which is important because I am a woman

Awesome! I couldn t ask for better service. I had gone to 2 other shops & spent $ with no results. Feeling frustrated i took my car to Precision Tune. I was greeted by Chase. I explained my situation to him. He seemed very experienced & knowledgeable. I took a chance and left my car with him. About an hour later he called me to tell me that he found my problem & could fix it that same day. I was so relieved because the next stop would have been the dealer. These guys are great & their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend Prevision Tune for all you car needs!

This place was a nightmare they completely misdiagnosed my truck and couldn't complete the work necessary. Dropped my truck off at 8am they didn't touch it till 4pm

It s hard to trust people with your cars nowadays but Chase(owner) always has time for my truck. Been going with him for a while and not one complaint. Does amazing work! Definitely recommend!

I've been using Precision for years, this location must be hurting for money or business, because recently the service has changed drastically. They purposely misdiagnosed the issue with my car as being a $1,800.00 job. They requested that I pay $1,000 deposit for parts and that they keep it overnight. The next day, a few hours before it was time for them to close and me to pick up my car, they recommended an additional job, one that was not initially mentioned the day before when they called with the diagnosis. Which would've added another $700!I went to pick up my car, the battery would NOT start, which there was nothing wrong with my battery prior to dropping it off. We had to boost my car to get it home and it was still making the exact same noise I took it for them to repair!They did nothing to fix my car. They are not trustworthy mechanics at all! They still have yet to reach out, but I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for extremely shady business practices.If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the worst car repair experience I've ever had.*I recommend Carter's Automotive Repair Service in Mesquite, Texas. They fixed my car and I got it back the same day! They have been around for years and provide quality service, they even offered me a ride to and from the shop while they worked on my car!! Precision Auto has been outstanding keeping our heavily used vehicles on the road. They are upfront with pricing after diagnosis and quick to get on the job right away! Can't ask for better. Not sure about the negative reviews but all we know is we've experienced OUTSTANDING SERVICE for years at this location. Manager and front desk staff are professional, courteous and super efficient!

Love this place they take care of all my rides....like the fact they straight up and on point and won't let your care leave until they know it's right.....chase and the crew have done right by me all the way I'm sure I can be a Lil oblivious to certain things but he brings me back lol I don't trust nobody else to touch my cars

I would not recommend this place simply because they will take your money and do nothing to repair your car, they repaired a leak in my transmission, but did not inform me i might need a new transmission my car ran ok for 2 days after i picked it up from this place and hasn't been right since. I paid $221.00 for them to repair a leak and transmission fluid, they never checked the transmission just repaired leak and fluids, very poor service now i'm back to square one.

RUN do not go there!!! Money hungry trash!!! Paid $600+ for a/c diagnostic, a/c blower, & some other part they said I needed!!! A/C worked for less than 10 days went back & then they give me a $900+ estimate saying I needed a compressor & refrigerate after telling me my compressor & refrigerate was fine just 10 days earlier!!! All their estimates are highly inflated & I will be filing an official complaint!!!

Precision Tune is trash!! They should have zero stars. I had my oil changed in August. They didn't put my oil pan gasket on correctly and my car was leaking oil. I took my car back and they fixed it, but it was still the fact that I had to go back because of their subpar work. I gave them the benefit and went back for another oil change last weekend. This time they didn't put the 2 screws back in my splash shield and I ended up dragging it under my car. A couple of years ago, they put brake pads on my car. I purchased the lifetime warranty on the brakes. The contract states they will replace my pads at not cost to me for the life of the car. My brakes were squeaking. So, while they were doing the oil change, I asked them to check out the pads per my warranty. The mechanic tells me 'we didn't put it on the lift, but the pads are fine and they look good'. Just how can you know they look good if you don't put the car on the lift and remove the tires? That was when I knew this will be my last time ever allowing Precision Tune to touch my car. And if you are smart, you won't let them touch yours either.

Great experience every time. Every time my car went down they brought it back up! It's a little pricey but they are the only people I trust with my vehicle now. I have given my car to my mom now but it is still the only place that I will take my new Jeep - I'll pay them for the oil changes vs the free ones offered at the dealership for the simple reason they are quick - and they've always made sure I was 100% satisfied.

If you want your vehicle to be properly fixed by certified mechanics that will work hard to make sure your vehicle is taken care of, I highly recommend this place. Chase Crick (the owner) and his staff were extremely nice and made sure my truck was in perfect condition and I feel comfortable and confident when I drive now! Thank you guys!

Came up here to get my AC checked and oil changed spent $170 just for them to tell me that my filter needed to be changed which was an additional cost but it did not fix the problem called back the next day to a rude office manager who later on told me that I need to get my compressor fixed even though I spent the money for him to check it the following day he gave me back the money for the filter but not for the wrong diagnoses which was more then the filter NEVER COMING BACK! Very rude to me even though I m the unhappy customers for NO reason Service: Air conditioning

Made an appointment and it took them 2.5 hours to change just the front brake pads. Apparently if you have an inspection you can get in and out but any other service you will be waiting over 2 hours.

Don't bring your car to this location if you need it work on they did not fix my car right then when I paid 400 dollars for rotors and brake pads I had noise coming from my wheels after I left I will never do Business at this location ever againService: BrakesService: Brakes

I paid 200 dollars to get my rotors resurfaced and they did a horrible Job. I went back and the guy would hide from me and just ignored me after I finally was able to get his attention he said come back tomorrow. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!! all they care about is taking your money after that they don t care about the customer or how messed up they left your vehicle. My truck had issues when I brought it but when it came out it felt like it would fall apart every time I used the brakes.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

My boyfriend called up to this location twice before bringing the car up for a diagnostic test both times he was told to bring the car at a certain time and both times the car was brought they would state that the gentleman doing diagnostic is not available. This is so inconsiderate and unacceptable our car has a transmission problem and can t be driven everywhere but we risked it twice just for them no to be prepared. Will never return and do business with this location or company again.

Usually I have a good experience here. This time I went in and waited five minutes for Nobody to come and even greet me, much less see what I wanted.Now like I said, this is not the norm so maybe they were understaffed that day or something, but it still did not stop me from taking my dollars elsewhere!

This place wasn't bad. so far so good with my car. I just went in and said i saw the groupon so my total was still the same. Often times i will do this so i can help the companies make a little more but if they say no then just buy groupon in 20 seconds. My experience was good. However i was in the car business. I encourage everyone to do what i did today is always pay before your wait for the car. I just go with car, have friend take me and ask to pay first so i can give my daughter my credit card

Went for a tune up and they told me they didn t want to do it because of a head gasket. Took to two mechanics after no blown head gasket. Charged me $81 for a diagnostic when I wanted a tune up and not a diagnostic. Now my car still needs a tune up. & I m probably going to have to take it somewhere else. Should ve just did what I asked. I did not ask for a diagnostic.Service: Auto engine tuning

Chase is always very welcoming and honest about wait times which I appreciate. I've seen through the lobby window how the mechanics work together for a faster service. Been a customer for years with different vehicles.

on 10/01/21. I'll go for a oil change but there too busy so they told me to come back tomorrow 10/02/21 so I did but only one guy was working there so he said to come back on Monday.So if I go Monday I'm pretty sure they will tell me to come tomorrow and tomorrowThis comanpy LOSS my business. This company are liars now. No more going there so I advice you guys to do the same

Good service. I went in for an inspection and it didn't pass the first time and explained to me that it could be because I didn't drive the vehicle after installing the new battery. I drove the vehicle around for a little bit; brought back the receipt the next day and it passed. They did not charge me for a second time since it was still in the ten day service.

It was great as always there was a nice lady at the front desk giving me knowledge that wad cool,then all of a sudden my car was ready the inspection was done passed !!!

Great place. Some reviews here are over exaggerating. Had a tune up done here and no problems. Some people need to understand bolts and nuts will strip out one day. Drain plugs to and the threads. Sometimes its time for yall to get a new car anyway.

Followed these guys from Houston. Company standard is being met. No doubt. They complete all my Tune up work! And are spot on with Diagnostic and recommended services.
