I went here to use two $20 gift cards and they showed me they wanted my business. Since I do my own vehicle maintenance, I go to auto shops often. The workers have no way of knowing that but when they see that I'm 3 deep in the line and they come to help, I'm grateful.Their prices are exactly the same as their competitor just down the road that I was just at so for the me service and location is what welcomes me. I appreciated the way they treated me.I bought 2 rotors for $85 but with the use of my gift cards which they took at the same time, I was able to bring that price down. Good service and clean location.

Needed to replace windshield wipers. Henry helped me find a pair within my budget, and installed them even though it was raining outside. Overall great experience. and would come back should I need to buy parts for my car.

I recently visited O'Reilly's auto parts store and was very pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and knowledgeable staff were there to assist me with any questions I had. They were able to quickly locate the parts I needed and even offered great advice on how to install them. The store was clean, organized, and stocked with a wide selection of auto parts and accessories. The prices were reasonable and competitive with other auto parts stores. I will definitely be returning to O'Reilly's for all my future automotive needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality parts and exceptional service.

Definitely 5 stars PLUS for this store and store manager!! We were on our way to help family members in Terrell and our hose on our truck blew and we were 2.5 miles away from the store stuck on the side of the road. We called and placed and online order and we called them explaining the situation and the store manager came and delivered it to us! He was definitely our life saver for the day! Shoutout to the store manager!!! 5 star PLUS!!!

Had an emergency light that popped on in my vehicle so I stopped by the shop and was approached by Andrew who quickly helped diagnose the issue and figured out the solution! He was also very nice and professional, I would consider him an ideal person to look for if you need help with anything

Went in for windshield wipers and fluid, asked for help putting them on and he didn t even hesitate. Said YES! However it was a difficult to put on the first one, hot out and he was so pleasant!!! Thank you Alijah!!! We ll be back for sure!

Bought new windshield wipers and attempted installing them in the parking lot for 45 minutes - having already reconfirmed they were the correct ones from the clerk who was less than disinterested in helping. Pressuring my friend to again get the clerk to help it was discovered that the new wipers in the new wrappers and boxes were actually only one new one and the other an old used wiper returned in the previous packaging without the correct adapters to attach. After trading them out and the 5 minutes it took to install them the clerk acted as though he was doing us a huge favor when refunding the $7.57 after unsuccessfully trying to find the receipt in the trash. Still had to take my car to another location to run the check engine test, the clerk at that one didn t say a thing despite our asking what could cause the light and describing the symptoms.

After two failed attempts to have a battery installed by the nearby AutoZone, my husband and I went to O Reilly to find an indentical battery. Because our car stopped working while in the Kroger parking lot down the street, we thought we would have to purchase the battery and install it ourselves. However, Kirby and the store manager offered to drive to Kroger to install it for us. We were not expecting that, and we are truly grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend this store.

The employee who assisted me at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable, and she quickly located the part I needed. As I was leaving the store, another employee was assisting someone with figuring out a coolant engine code in the parking lot. Very positive experience.

Paxton was helpful and professional when I went to look for power steering fluid. When I purchased the wrong one, he was patient as he processed the refund and exchange. He knew the difference between the different types of fluid and found one that was best for our car.

This location is fairly new so it's kept very clean. I've mainly stopped by this location to recycle oil. Staff has always been helpful and available. Needed an A/C relay in a hurry. They didn't have it in stock, but directed me to a store down the road that did.

This store had EXCELLENT service. They didn't have ther part I needed in stock but I was able to purchase and pick up at a nearby store. He even gave me easy directions on how to get there. When I first walked in, the agent was busy but I was greated and told he would be right with me. For me, all I require is a greeting. I understand being short staffed. 5 stars with this location

Amazing store! The guy that helped me I believe his name was Alex was very helpful and put on one of the taillights that wasn't working for me! He's like a car encyclopedia! Very smart! I definitely recommend this store to everyone!

The more I compare auto parts stores to online sources, I don't know how these places are going to stay in business. The parts counters need to understand that a friendly greeting and thanking people for coming in goes a long way.

The older guy with the grey hair is nice but the other two guys here don't really seem to care. Kinda makes me not want to come here anymore... Bummer, I used to enjoy going here but I'll go to the Autozone down the road.

Great selection, helpful. Most items are in stock or can he in stock the same day. Its reasons like that I shop here. I would reccomend others to try this place!

Best auto parts chain. Knowledgeable employees almost never wait long unlike Autozone which steadily goes down hill
