THIEVES, CROOKS & SCAMMERSThey committed insurance fraud when they billed my insurance company for a new wheel but never replaced it. Screwing me over and forcing me to then pay out of my pocket for a new wheel. Insurance company showed me the itemized list of all repairs that they paid for, including replacing my front passenger wheel with a new one. A couple of months later I get my tires rotated and was shown that exact wheel was severely damaged and needs to be replaced. I texted and called Martha (the owner and person I had worked with) on 3 separate occasions over the next 2 weeks. She answered her phone but blew me off, leaving me with a $500 bill to replace the wheel my insurance company paid her to replace. And that wasn't all. When I originally got my car back, the alignment (which was paid for to be fixed) was terrible. And they admittedly put the wrong size tire on my car. Then it started making a loud scary noise so I brought it in to get the alignment fixed and inspect the noise. And it turns out they "missed" completing the repair and charged me more out of pocket. Every step along the way was a nightmare. She convinced me to use their services because she charges less for labor. Having a mechanic that I trust has been a blessing to me in my life. I buy all my cars from Martha and send send everyone to her. Don't go over there they charge you double and try to steal your money I have 2 sisters that are going over there she paid for all the AC parts and everything was like $600 he guaranteed after a month 8 break now he didn't took the responsibility
