Someone damaged the hood of my car at the grocery store. Dented and scraped. I was reviewing shops as I was not going to file a claim for this. I told my cousin what happened and she told me that she would not take her car anywhere but Mr Car Shine! She met me there for an estimate so she could say hello to the owner and after reading the reviews prior to the visit I didn t look any further. They only had my car for a few days and I am so pleased. They did an awesome job and the price was more than reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of a great body shop. Very, very happy!

Highly recommended for your body shop needs. Mr. Haaji from Car Shine and Body shop in Garland, TX. No frills. Honest. Walked us through and reviewed damages on our vehicle. Body shop also offers rental cars in the interim. While they fix your car. Very thorough. Just from the multiple reviews alone, you should know you're in good hands. Thank you, for your help today. Also, nice meeting Jennifer at the front who was also helpful during our visit.

I drive for Rideshare Lyft and Uber. I was hit at the rare right side of my Lexus RX350 by another Car. Insurance wanted to total loss of my well maintained Lexus RX350. I negotiated and settled to retention value. Mr. Haaji from Mr. Car Shine Body Shop in Garland, Texas reviewed the damages on back bumper and rare right side doors and wheel. I was given full assurance that after repairs are done my car will look like new one. Indeed Mr. Haaji did excellent work on Lexus RX 350 and fix my Lexus RX 350 SUV to last another 200000 miles. Very much appreciated and satisfied with the experience I enjoyed working with Mr. Haaji. Wonderful person with over 20 long years knowledge to fix the damaged cars. If Mr. Haaji can't fix no one else can't fix. I pray, You may not have accident damages; just due to destined accident and to fix damages to make it like new, please do consult Mr.Haaji and give a chance to fix your car. I took my Honda Pilot for paint peeling on the roof. Many body shops quoted high price meanwhile Mr haji charged me very reasonable. The work was perfect. I would definitely go again. Highly recommended.

By far the best experience I've had with any auto shop/car shop ever. I just needed my bumper fixed and they fixed it in just a few days even though they had to order parts everything was done super fast and super well. They also fixed my side mirror and cleaned my car inside and out. I don't think I've ever seen my car so clean. They gave me a really nice rental for a few days and had me in and out in a few minutes when I dropped and picked up my car. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience. Next time curbs hit my car I won't be as worried because I know where to go. Thank you so much for everything!!Service: Body & Trim

I went to get JUST an estimate on my car for some repairs this morning. The employee or owner there looked at my vehicle for a total of probably ten minutes. He told me it would cost 50$ for a paper receipt of the estimate. He is a scammer and does a disservice to anyone who goes there. He is lazy and told me it was too early In the morning so he charges that price. Horrible company and service.Don t go here. If they had a zero for review I would have chosen a zero.

Mr Car Shine Body Shop offered me a better than expected experience. I actually came to the shop by happenstance. The body shop I Googled said they didn't offer body work for my vehicle. Well, Jennifer at the front desk listened and really empathized with the accident I had just experienced. She didn't push me to use her shop and even comparison shopped on my behalf. I knew in that moment that I was going to use the shop regardless of what my insurance company suggested.They worked fast and even provided affordable rental for me to manage while my car was being fixed. The end result was great and worth every penny. Heck, the body was washed and waxed. The tires as well! I am grateful for the service and support and would come back again....although I would prefer not to. Thank you, Mr. Haji. Thank you, Jennifer.This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

Very good and professional service. Mr Haji, Jennifer and the rest of the staff are good people who don't try to take advantage of you. This is the second time we've used them for minor body damage. Being a lady, I've had a few bad past experiences when it comes to auto repair shops. Not so in this case. They are honest, hard-working, offer fair pricing and friendly service.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Haji, his staff and the fabulous service they provide. I had a mishap with yellow paint on the road that covered half of my vehicle. Mr. Car Shine was able to restore my vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company for the service I just received in addition to dent/ding removal which they performed earlier this month.

We have known this place for many years, they have always done excellent jobs on our vehicles and never disappointed us.They truly perform a top class work on all types of vehicles. The owner is very caring, the whole staff is polite and well mannered and easy to work with. Their prices are always reasonable and competitive but they never compromise on the quality. I certainly recommend this body shop without any hesitation, absolutely.

Someone rear ended me a month ago and I researched online for a good auto body shop. Mr Car Shine had A LOT of excellent reviews so I decided to go get an estimate for my repair. It was a lot cheaper than I had initially anticipated not to mention he explained to me everything he had to do so I know what the repairs were and the cost of everything he would have to do. I finally brought my car in and he provided me with a car while mine was in the shop so I would still be able to get around. When I came to pick of my car, I was so happy!! ! It looked flawless!! I couldn't even tell where the initially damage was! They even washed and vacuumed! I highly recommend this shop to everyone! You will NOT be disappointed.

Mr.Haji did an amazing job, I had my Acura ILX fender really badly dented and he made it look brand new! He charged a price less than half of the other body shops I visited, and he did a better job than they could ever do. Would recommend 100%. He also fixed our BMW X5 and made it look brand new with a fantastic exterior and interior detail.

i would give 10 stars if i could! Mr. Haji is the Michelangelo of auto body repairs. He's repaired our European cars, Japanese cars...SUV, sedan...all to perfection! On time delivery (huge plus)and at a great price! Not to mention he's so gracious and humble, a true professional! We don't live close to his shop, but it's absolutely worth the drive to see him!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Haji and his team at Mr. Car Shine. I was in a small car accident that caused big damage and my car came back looking new. Mr. Haji was extraordinarily kind and generous throughout the process. I will be sure to use them in the future and always recommend them as the place to go for body work.

The worst service received from this body shop and the owner Mr. Haji. He was recommended to my husband and I from my Dad who's taken several of his cars to him for repairs and body work in the past in addition to recommending his body shop to everyone he knows. And trust me when I say this, my dad knows EVERYBODY in Dallas. Therefore it only made sense to take our Mercedes to him after my husband was involved in a minor accident and needed to get the front bumper repaired. My dad also called Mr. Haji to let him know that my husband would be coming by with his car and insurance claim to start the repairs process. Since the beginning there was little to NO communication from Mr. Haji regarding our Mercedes. My husband had to continually call the shop and kept getting the run around on what was going on with his car. They also gave him a VERY OLD rental car which was super beat up and didn't work properly. When my husband called on different days to ask about another rental, again he kept getting different answers and they kept telling him they don't have any other rentals to offer. Mind you, Mr. Haji also runs a rental car company. For 3 and a half weeks that our Mercedes was in the shop, they never had a decent "rental" for us to use. It caused a lot of trouble for us as we really didn't want to use the 1996 beat up almost dead on the road 4Runner since we didn't want to be responsible if it stops working in the middle of the road. Finally our car was ready to be picked up, and we couldn't believe what we were seeing. Our Mercedes looked worse than when we brought it into the shop. The bumper is put on VERY POORLY where you can see major gaps. Additionally there have been new lights put onto our car that were NEVER discussed with us (as the lights did not need to be changed, were working 100% and perfect condition when we took the car in) and Mr. Haji proceeded to bill our insurance company $4000+ for things we did not need. Literally the ONLY thing that needed to be done was the bumper yet our insurance company was billed such a ridiculously high amount. It's very evident that Mr. Haji has a personal grudge against us as we have NEVER seen this kind of poor work done before from someone who's widely known in our community to provide the absolute best work and customer service. With that being said, one thing is for sure; my dad and the rest of our family will NEVER EVER use or recommend this body shop to any of our family, friends or even strangers!!! He is an evil individual who has intentionally ruined our car for some sort of personal grudge that we cannot fathom. We are also seeking legal actions against him and his business for the loss of time, intent to damage our vehicle and personal/mental distress it has caused us in regards to dealing with this situation and complete fraud and unprofessionalism.

Honestly one of the most decent and straight forward mechanics you will ever meet. Works with all insurance and also they do not up sell you on any unwanted services. In the unfortunate situation you would find yourself using their services, consider yourself most fortunate for the caliber of the person you are taking the car to.

After using several body shop, this was the best. He not only does a superb job, but also very reasonably priced. he also lets you know what is the best cheapest option and what can wait /what is urgent.Anybody who wants an honest man whose sole aim is customer savings and customer serivce. GO HERE!!! you will not go wrong at all!!!!

Mr. Haji, You may not remember me, but I am Geneva McKimleys Daughter. I had an accident back in July 09 with my side view mirror. You stepped right in and got it taken care of, even though it was blazing hot 112deg, and you even went over board to have one of your staff to kick in and stay late.I REALLY Appreciate your kindness and effort, I really appreciate you taking care of the paint job, Getting the right color etc. Thank you for taking the load and burden off of me FOR GOING IT just right and took care of the color job.
