After several months of In-N-Out service and a long history with Massey Cadillac then them changing their name over to Lone Star Cadillac. I still continue my business with them so with Lone Star Cadillac Garland spoke to salesman and their service collision manager about every time I bring the car in for service there s always something else missing off the car, For example, a screw cover under the hood was missing the lid for the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was missing. and now I ve picked up my car this past Saturday which today is March 12, 2024 to find out that my rim has been scratched. I called up lone star Cadillac to speak to the manager and he denies damages and now I m just feed up with all issues that I ve been having with this establishment.

1st time CustomerIt did have a nice Bentley on the show room floorCustomer service was good from Scott the service provider but when it come to the detail section it's a different stories I had $12 in my console cover it up and after I left I had $1 it was reported, not a good start for a first-time customer

I was in a fenver bender about a week ago. Fortunately the person that hit me had insurance. My first blessing! I called the insurance and they recommended that I go to another repair shop. A good friend of mine told me "You have a Cadillac you need to take it to your Cadillac dealership". I'm so glad I did. The personal attention I received was way beyond the norm. I was so impressed with how professional and efficient they are. I want to thank Larry for going beyond the call of duty to make sure I received some extra perks that had happened on a previous visit before it was Lone Star. That was a huge blessing. I am extremely impressed with the service and how much care was taken to make sure my car was totally returned just like it was when I first bought it! Thank you for making a not so great day when I was hit to putting the biggest smile on my face when I left with my beautiful car. I will recommend the Lone Star Cadillac Body shop to anyone I can. At first, I didn't know that Lonestar Cadillac repaired other vehicles other than just Cadillacs. I took my Nissan there and Blake the collision manger was so helpful in my repair process. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and if I were ever to get into an accident again I would most definitely bring my car back to him. For anybody looking for repairs, Lonestar Cadillac is the place to go.

Sept 10th SUV was serviced at lone star Cadillac in Garland. Garland LBJ. Had several services performedOne was oil change. About 2wks later noticed what appeared to be 2 areas of oil leaks.Took my 2012 yr old cts.cadillac back to the dealership. Was kept for diagnostic review .I was contacted and told had multipleProblems with the car.(only 47,000 miles.on car.at the time).Quoted enormous cost for repairs. We requested to bring car back home.the following day went to pick up car, i felt my car was unsafe to drive. Lots of vibrations, rattling under hood missing screws .did not drive it off of the car lot.the mechanic was not on duty we were told.Service advisor looked under hood with his flashlight .notice something missing. (Screws) also noticed high volume of vibration.Car was left at dealership. MyRequest was made to speak with the manager..enroute homeThe same day.received call from the dealership to make me a offer to purchase my car for $15,000.00 and choose another car from lot to purchase . After this my conversation with the manager. Was very rude, unprofessional, in line with intimidation. I would advise anyone to be aware of any dealerships that take advantage of customers. And ways to get you to purchase services,and new vehicles. Especially female's.

The reason that s make me write this review is the time fixing my car at Lone Star Cadillac Collision Center. It s already 6 month until now and it haven t finished yet. I have to say it was an nightmare when I left my car here. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES. I definitely never come back this collision center. A lot of things happened with my car here like got damaged by thief, back of order, lack of mechanical and now they still keep delays the time fixing. I have no car to drive and that is a massive problem for my life.I m really tired about it. Please finish my car ASAP. Thank youService: Body & Trim

After having our Cadillac for 32 days in the service department and getting constant run arounds about completion timing we finally got it back. They didn t even take the parts trash out of the car. Really?? Car was filthy inside and out. Had to make multiple calls over a month time to see when we could get car back. After two weeks asked for loaner. Told none available but our car would be ready the next day 2 weeks later no car. Spoke to supervisor told again it would be ready the next day one week later still no update and no car. Just absolutely the poorest experience notable. Our service guy Rueben told us he would call our warranty place to see about rental options since they didn t have a loaner vehicle. Never heard back from him about that either. Yes the whole experience was ridiculous and we will never use this dealership for anything and will be spreading the word as well. I m looking forward to the official dealership survey.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

Scott Westbrook was great in my time of need. I was driving along the service road, right next to Lone Star Cadillac. There's a lot of construction right at this service ramp to highway 635. Driving at a reasonable pace I hit something in the road, that popped my tire. From what I've been told this happens all the time, as there are no signs that are around this area saying there's anything in the road.Scott, the Service Rep was so helpful. He said he would get me a tire if they had any my size, if they didnt, they would throw on my spare.They had been finished up in 30 mins. What a great experience. Did even charge me! My (Alice Williams) car 2014 Cadillac was purchased with disfunctional headlights! The vehicle was purchased in Tampa Florida! Tampa stated that they were going to take full responsibility of the vehicle, and we must take the car to a Cadillac store for the repairs!Going forward Your salesmen Mr Ruben Martinez was on top and on point with the situation concerning my vehicle. He made calls on my behalf and he was very informative! He called constantly about the status and what was going on about who was to pay for my vehicle once the dealership in Tampa refused to take full responsibility! Mr Martinez, kept me in the loop and he has shown me patience and understanding about the frustration that I was going thru. Because of him I was able to get my car back and cleaned up! He was truly a blessing and I will definitely refer lone star Cadillac to my friends and family! because of him going above and beyond the call of duty as we say in the military because yes I am a veteran, I commend him! Thanks Sir for ALL that you ve done for me!! I suggest A bonus for sure should be in the making, for a exceptional employee! I visited the Collision center there at Garland Cadillac , has it was convenient in proximity to my office, got an estimate for collision damages. The team there at the collision center made so easy to take photos and write an accurate estimate , i sent that to the responsible insurance company and within 30 mins the estimate was approved and rental set up ! I have been in two prior accidents and this was the quickest my claim was processed! the responsible insurance company said the estimate , photos, description in damages made it easy for them to approved the damages. I dropped my vehicle back to them and Garland collision center made it a seamless process , got my vehicle back when promised and cleaner then i have seen it in a very long time!! take your vehicle there! Andrew and John will make the claim process a breeze! !!Service: Body & Trim

The service department at this dealership is second to none. They stepped into a situation with my vehicle when it recently changed owners. Lionel and Brad went above and beyond to make sure me and my car were taken care of. Service after the purchase of a vehicle has always been important to me, this dealership upheld that.

Great customer service these guys are great!!! They got me in and out in a good timely matter. They kept me updated on my vehicle while waiting. Drinks and snacks if needed. I've brought my vehicle vehicle in for a quarter panel repair first off then got a water leak in my trunk due to not placing seals in properly and installing rear window properly. I got a flood in my trunk witch cause my strereo to go bad and bust a couple fuses. WITH ALLL OF THIS BEING SAID DID NOT TAKE CARE OF MY BRAND NEW INTERIOR AS SHOULD HAVE AND NOW RUINDED.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU GET INTERIOR COVERED OR TAKEN GOOD CARE OF....

Wasted my time!!! Got turn around because they didn't have filter for my car... Should've been told that when I made the appointment. Was told I could bring the car here for maintenance being this is where I got the car. Now I have a 3hr wait because I didn't have an appointment. Never again.

I purchased a 2017 ct6 cadillac with 35000 miles found out it need a lot of parts and the shop cracked the tail light it been 2 months still waiting on parts it need a tire pressure sensor a trunk module I can't get in the trunk and a cracked tail light this car should not been on market for sale until fixed the worst dealership I ever experiencedService: General repairs & maintenance

SERVICE IS TOOOO BAD.THE CORNER MECHANIC HAS BETTER SERVICE.THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THIS PEOPLE SELL EXPENSIVE CARS, ABOVE 100K, BUT THEIR SERVICE WORTH LESS THAN A DOLLAR.
