be careful!!! and so is the manager for responding to Gregory's comment, apologizing in public but in person is something else. Gregory visited the dealership to have his truck checked for oil leaks in the case next to the missing differential link. Less than 30 days after paying for a transmission service in this place and according to what they said they gave him a 2 year guarantee and now that he has returned simply for leaving the comment of his displeasure, the general manager retaliated and when he arrived I quickly said no I can help you, you should go. From the dealership, the manager named Ike... told me not to come back to that place again.I leave this to the community so that they know that the reality of things is not what it seems. Be careful here we leave you these photos of the work they have done in this place.Instead of apologizing in person, they just came out with a literally annoyed and arrogant look to tell me that we refused to serve you and that you should leave. After they fraudulently took $4,500.00 of my money, they told me to go somewhere else, do what I could.

Be careful of this place, the service is terrible and those who answer the phone in service are, well, they are terrible. This is the second time I have tried to contact the service and they never contacted me with the manager. I had to go in person to be able to talk and they They were not courteous. another thing. They gave me a bad transmission in my truck. It is falking in the first gear change between 0 to 10 miles per hour. It is failing me. I can say that the mechanic at that store is useless and is a liar because previousI went 6 months ago for a complete engine and transmission oil change service and they damaged a screw in the transmission case, they swept it away and they were not able to report that error. error that after 5 months I had to replace the transmission of my 2015 escaladebecause a week before there was a large oil leak while my truck was parked at homeand the mechanic was not brave enough to admit that mistake.what's happening now? that a few weeks later I realize that the truck has that small failure in making the first change, it makes a little jerk. And according to the only person who was certified, he said it was ready, they gave it a good transmission with a guarantee.I tell the community, be careful, don't trust them because they are a headache in that service department. They are unprofessional and liarsI should also add that before they changed my transmission I paid for a complete inspection of the car of more than $200.00and in it they gave me a very exaggerated list of parts that my vehicle, in quotes, needed to be replaced, which included transmission supports and after being inspected elsewhere, the diagnosis resulted in that the transmission supports did not even need to be changed, that is to say no. They were broken as this dealer's report said. This makes me suspect that they are giving quotes for parts to change the vehicle in an unnecessary and expensive way to empty people's pockets illegally. I have evidence of certain things that according to the report indicated that they were wrong and not all of them are.The most uncomfortable problem for me is not being able to receive help over the phone and that sometimes I have to go to the dealer for help. and when I arrive they do not greet me kindly as the client deserves.

I want to share my experience with y all I recently came in here which was my last stop and I wished it was my first. From the Sales people to Tyler the finance guy; everything went smooth. Out of all the dealership in DFW this was the one where I felt I was never being pushed to buy a car and turns out I loved the one in the SHOWROOM FLOOR!!!! Thank you guys at LoneStar Cadillac for making me feel like a valued client since I did have buyers remorse. Definitely Shouting y all out here in the DFW - Tony

Staci was an amazing sales person! He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the vehicles on the lot. I came in looking for a used vehicle and he showed me that he could get me a great price for the new one! His customer service was impeccable and he made my entire buying process easy and seamless from the first phone call! I would definitely recommend him and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Staci is a salesman for life and not just a sale. Stop depriving yourself of the wonderful experience you could have with him and go get yourself what you deserve!

Lone Star Cadillac is our dealership of choice. We have purchased two new Cadillacs there. This buying experience was the just like we have come to expect. Their salesman treated us with respect as he showed us a car that peaked our interest. He was very knowledgeable and gracious. He quickly arranged a test drive that really sold us on purchasing our new Cadillac. We recommend Lone Star Cadillac as the perfect place to purchase a vehicle, and to take advantage of their excellent service department.

Xavier did a phenomenal job working through our car purchase. Very sincere and not pushy at all. He really listened and tried his best to understand us. Ask for him as it is worth it. A fine man and father of 4.Even the manager and financing l truly worked hard and gave us a better deal than anyone in the metroplex. So glad we found them.Only draw back is they wouldn t allow us to drive the car on the freeway. Not a big deal as we bought a brand new car.

My experience with Dallas and Chris was amazing! I originally went for service work and was warmly converted to the sales side. I wanted to explore lease trade-in options. I did not feel pressured and was offered various options when it came to leasing/buying my current vehicle. Dallas was exceptionally able to meet my demands and expectations. I thank him for going above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect! Tyler, who helped me with signing my paperwork, was very nice and made the buying process seamless. I felt like family to all of the those who helped me and I am grateful. I definitely will be coming back in the future. My only recommendation to improve would be to the service department I was not pleased that I was there for 8 hours and they did not look at my car until 4 pm. I brought my car back in from previous work to get the Check Engine light issue resolved. I would not have known unless my salesman, Dallas, told me. Meaning I would have been sitting in the wait room for 8 hours without knowing anything. I waited that long only to discover that my battery died. I would ve appreciated the heads up considering I told them I would sit and wait on my car. Overall, I still had a great experience with the gentlemen in the sales department and would recommend.

My car was damaged by a horrible hailstorm, I had to purchase another car. Stacy, Max and the team made my experience very easy. Stacy was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about the process as well as inventory of cars available. He did not mind showing me several cars until I found the one I wanted. Max worked very hard to get me all the coverages for a price I could afford. I ve been with Lone Star Cadillac for several years and I definitely recommend this store.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I got the exact car I wanted when no one else could get it for me (custom ordered CT5-V Blackwing). Very friendly and professional. I'll do it all over again. Ask for Ronnie and he'll take good care of you.

I love my Cadillac! I definitely did not walk in prepared to drive out with a brand new car. I should have known better lol I was truly only going to see the difference in models and THEN make my decision from there. However, Damon sold me into a gorgeous CT5 and I have no regrets. It was the best deal that I could ve have gotten, in comparison to anywhere else, AND it was brand new!Six months later, I came in because it was time for my oil change, which was complimentary! I appreciated the fast service, as well as the complimentary car wash. The waiting area was comfortable and offered some amenities that you would expect from a classy dealership - that is Cadillac.

I was told my contact no longer works for the company.. and then he walked out to greet me.It would be nice if I could get a loaner, as promised in-person and via the website. The rep said a 3rd party company with no representation at the dealer handles the loaners. I don't get it.

I bought my vehicle in August of 2023, I am still waiting on my license plates in Feb 2024. The reply i got from the sales person was " you're in a new cadillac, you wont get pulled over". Then said they would pay for any citation received. That's only part the issue - I live in a community that issues lease violations for unregistered or expired cars. If they end up towing it who will pay the daily fee and repo charge and lease violation fee??? They said my during my first oil change they would top of the gas tank but that was apparently my misunderstanding as they don't do that. Fine not super important but everything adds up. They messed up my tint as it has so many bubbles ( I'm assuming because it was rushed) and one of the managers told me he would fix it...I have not heard anything regarding it. It took them 3 months to get me floor mats that for some reason were taken out of the car during the detail session. Again, the detail session was rushed and car was still dirty. I should have gone to Crest Cadillac. Which is where I will go to get my v-series trade.

After securing preapproval for an auto loan linked to a trade-in, my partner and I wanted to explore the potential rates available. We scheduled an appointment with Stacie, the Salesman, and upon arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed into Stacie's office with handshakes. However, when I mentioned our purpose was to discuss potential offerings, Stacie responded with a dismissive shrug and a giggle, which I found disrespectful. It's crucial to note that my partner's goal was to refinance her car, not acquire a new auto loan, and I was present as her financial advisor. Despite my attempts to clarify this, Stacie directed most questions towards my partner. When I emphasized my final decision-making authority, Stacie seemed surprised and continued with passive-aggressive behavior.Throughout the meeting, I found myself constantly interpreting my partner's intentions to ensure Stacie understood our needs, making the interaction less efficient and more frustrating.Stacie proposed running a credit check, but I firmly declined any hard inquiries. He then attempted to explain there was no difference between soft and hard inquiries, trying to "mansplain" the concept. I was shocked by this attempt to deceive me and remained silent. This incident reinforced my decision to communicate clearly due to Stacie's rudeness, deliberate misinformation, and attempts to push us towards an unsuitable deal.Realizing he couldn't handle my inquiries, Stacie called in a manager for assistance. The new manager approached us respectfully, asking questions to both of us. Although I was open to exploring other options, I hoped for a more respectful and productive interaction moving forward. However, Stacie persisted in disregarding my preferences, showing a lack of skill and making the negotiation process frustrating and time-consuming.His persistent comments left a sour taste, prompting me to excuse myself and wait in the car, instructing my partner to contact me if shown a Honda or Toyota, the brands we were interested in.Later, my partner informed me that despite being shown a Toyota, it didn't meet our needs as it would strain our finances in the long run with similar features but a larger size. Stacie, although attempting to be polite, still came across as rude. He questioned my presence, to which my partner explained I was her financial advisor and had the final say. Despite Stacie's remarks about not needing me, my partner stood firm in acknowledging my support and decision-making role.In conclusion, it seemed Stacie's intention was to disrupt our healthy relationship and push for a new auto loan with a potentially toxic company that condoned such behavior.

God did it!!! He sent me to the Long Star Cadillac Dealer in Garland Tx. I will tell anyone if you want the upmost Professioals and the best deals ever check them out. What l really admired the most was how All the salesmen are black and it s owned by Handsome Nigerian men who built a lovely Empire of Excellence for anyone to feel comfortable buying a car. Mr Ronnie Clark, Mr Gomez, Mr Dallas, and a few others that l conversed with made feel so blessed and they didn t waste my time l was in and drove my CT4 straight to my house. Nuff said if you want it you better go there. May God continue to bless everyone that works at this Empire!!! Thank you Charmaine Moore

My 2017 Cadillac XT5 died all of a sudden last Saturday...I had to tow it to the dealership...as it was Saturday afternoon..the supervisor told me that I will get a respond by Monday...so I told him that since my car is there and my Oil Life is only18% please change it so he confirmed that it's been already in my service chart.Monday....I went to see what have they found but the supervisor told that no one has saw my car yet and he will contact me afternoon....no contact was made!!Tuesday...I went to see my car....the supervisor told me someone said that they will change the battery first and then will see if there is anything else....and he will contact me afternoon....no contact!!!!!Wednesday....I went to see my car ...the funniest thing...the supervisor told that the technician is having a day off and no one is there to see my car and no battery was replaced and he will contact me afternoon.....no contact!!!!Thursday....I went to see my car....the supervisor was not there and thanks to the accountant who when she saw me standing alone she star to do some contacts to help me. ...so she told me that my car is still just like it is and the supervisor is out for lunch break and she don't know when he will be back....but she told me that she will let someone contact me afternoon.....and actually i got a message from the supervisor saying my car is ready.....Friday....I was checking with the supervisor to see if everything has been taken care of so I can grab an Uber.... surprisingly he told me (I Don't Remember That You Mentioned Anything About Changing The Oil)!!!!!!At last I went to pick it up....and I paid 476$....No Oil Changing Sticker.....!!!!!!!!?Definitely one of the worst experience!!!

Lies, lies and more lies. I went to look for a car on July 4th, 2023. I was interested in 2021 cadillac xt5 loaded features that they had advertised. When I inquired about that car, a gentleman named Kevin was the salesman helping me. He showed me a 2019 cadillac Xt5 that was marked a couple grand down from the other vehicle I was interested in. Fair enough I told him, sure I ll check it out.The vehicle looked decent and Kevin told me it had ALL the features, as the newer Cadillac (heated seats etc) I was interested in, plus the low mileage (approx 34K) I test drove the car (in their lot) was told NOT to take on the main road. Couldn t accurately check the car s acceleration or brakes.I asked again about the 2021 Cadillac xt5 and wanted to test drive that one. Kevin informed me that car was already reserved to be sold to someone else now but the 2019 is available (lies)After that we went inside to go over the price and paperwork, going back and forth with negotiations (process took well over 2 hours) we finally came to an agreement. I was offered lifetime service for vehicle (which included cleaning and detailing of interior and exterior for free) Kevin gave me his personal number to call him whenever I needed to bring my car in for the service and informed me that he always answered his calls and texts. After that the paperwork process started now that also took a good 3+ hours to complete everything. By this time now I had spend 5+ hours at the dealership. Tired and hungry I was wanting to go home but I was informed that the car wasn t ready, they needed to service it (oil change, clean inside and outside) and it wasn t going to be ready until the next day.The next day I called and the car still wasn t ready, they informed me that the car would be ready by Friday July 7th. I called and was told that the car would be ready by the evening. I had to take Uber to my work and from my work to the dealership, waited there another hour for the car to be ready. Finally, when the car was ready I drove it home only to find out that car was missing the floor mats.I called Kevin to let him know that there were no floor mats in the car, he told me that I could pick tomorrow and that he will offer one free oil change for me.As I was checking all the features of the car I realized the car did NOT have heated seats along with some other features that were advertised, I informed Kevin of this and he didn t have an an answer for me.Fast forward to today I have called Kevin multiple times for that oil change service and have also called multiple times for the maintenance package they promised me. Not once have I received a call back from him or them to inform me that I can bring my car in for maintenance or service. I wasn t given anything in writing about the service package he mentioned or that 1st free oil change he offered. I have even called the dealerships direct phone line to contact him but each time I m told he is out or busy or with a customer. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy from them again.Lies about features of the vehicle, lies about the service package, lies about availability of the vehicle I was interested in, (I later saw that 2021 Cadillac still advertised and available at that dealership for another month and a half) lies about answering his phone and overall satisfactory of customer service. For the price I paid for this car (including the hefty down payment) I could have easily taken my business elsewhere with a better vehicle with more features and satisfactory customer experience.
