JP Euro is excellent. I took a '99 BMW there that had completely died on the road. They provided a tow for me. They answered all my questions. They provide texts and photos as they progressed through the repairs. I feel they really care about the service they provide and making sure the customer is satisfied. The cost was very reasonable considering the issues. I highly recommend JP Euro.

I am so grateful to have found such a fabulous place! They took care of my car and sent her home looking brand new. Full of men, but they re always so kind and ready to help. JP Euro has been a joy to work with. With managing a collection of over 10 cars, it was more than difficult working with dealerships and other shops to get cars serviced in a timely manner and at reasonable prices. I first contacted them when our Lamborghini Urus sprouted a coolant leak, and they were able to diagnose the car and order parts in a day. Parts arrived quickly and returned in a timely manner. (Not to mention they washed it for me) Communication and customer service is their strongest characteristic, with a multitude of pictures being sent to me throughout any service/repair being performed. Soon after this repair, we talked about forming a vehicle service contract to cover 8 of our cars in DFW. This has helped streamline service in that they simply pickup a car, service it, and return it sometimes within 2 days without much response from me. Professionalism is another strong suit, they always return the cars exactly how they picked them up unlike a couple dealerships that have left my cars covered in grease inside and out.Another perk with our contract is that they thoroughly inspect each car, sometimes finding issues I wasn t aware of. They will price the repair out and give me a timeline, making it easy for me to make a quick decision. When they send pictures of issues it allows me to see first hand what they have diagnosed, and proves they aren t trying to upsell like most other shops. OEM parts are a must for me, especially when servicing our 3,000 mile Dodge Challenger Demon. They sometimes even send order receipts when they order parts to further create trust that they only use OEM parts.I cannot recommend JP Euro enough for any auto service needs. These guys know what they re doing, and it shows.

I had a great experience with my 2013 BMW 135i repairs. The mechanic addressed damage to control arms, subframe, suspension, and drive belt in a timely manner. Communication was excellent, displaying professionalism throughout. To top it off, my car was cleaned after sitting idle for 9 months. Highly recommend this skilled and attentive mechanic!Thanks guys!

I went on a family trip from Spokane down to Texas and drove my Mercedes GL450 and half way there my car started to eat a lot of oil I kept on putting oil in to make it (7 quarts). When I made it my uncle who I was staying with referred me to JP Euro and they were able to get me in. They diagnosed my car and found out that my turbos were going and found out where the oil consumption was coming from. I was down there for two weeks they were able to get my car back to working order before I had to go home. When I made it home it started to consume oil again burning it out my tail pipes. I had it scoped and my cylinder 8 on the bottom end was scored beyond repair. So I called up JP Euro from Spokane wa and explained what had happened. They went above and beyond by using there tow truck to bring me a loaner car and took my car back down to Texas to do a motor swap for me. When I got my car back for the second time it is driving better than ever!! Thank you JP and everyone who was involved on working on my car. They always kept me posted by text message on every step of the way of this whole process which was very settling for me and my family. Customer service is top notch and the work they do is phenomenal. All I can say is if I ever have any other big issues with my car I will spend the money to have it shipped to JP Euro so I know my car is getting properly taken care of. Always phenomenal service when working with JP and the team! From the communication to the pickup and dropoff service with their towing, this shop has saved me thousands opposed to using the dealer to service my vehicles.If you haven't given them a chance yet, I would highly recommend it!

Jason s team over at JP Euro are top notch! From booking your service needs and having the car towed or just dropping off they are with you 100% through every step of the way. They text you picture updates daily and let you know what they see and what they diagnose and then put a game plan together to fix and get you your vehicle back better than new. Most of his clientele have high end exotic cars, but I trusted him with my Silverado or as they call it Ferrari Truck! I have never been more pleased and satisfied and trusted anyone with my truck. Peter always gives me 100% and even fit me in next day at 8am after a text later than 9pm. Nobody else I d trust your vehicle to than these guys! Schedule today!

The biggest possible shout out to Mclaren Phan with JP Euro who took care of the sunroof leaking in my truck when the gmc dealership I went to misdiagnosed the problem. Not only did they take the time to find the real issue which was a manufacturer defect, they delivered my truck back to me an hour and a half away perfectly detailed outside and inside. The connections I ve made in this group are unbeatable. Thank you!My truck isn t a Ferrari or a McLaren obviously but the service I received made me feel like the most important customer they had. The daily communication with updates and photos on the progress I cannot tell you enough how blown away I am. Jason has my business and referrals for life.

My experience was so pleasant. They were super nice and knowledgeable about the work I needed done. I have 2017 Audi A4, which was having to common Audi issue (coolant leaks). They diagnosed my car in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, more than half less than Audi. My car was only with them for 1 day, and that s because the part had to be ordered. They even followed up with me the same day after it was picked up. I felt confident with leaving the shop! This is now my go to shop for my mechanical work.

I have been working with this company on my vehicles for the past five or six years and I can tell you that there is no company that s more dependable and trustworthy than these guys. I ve been in a tight on the side of the road and had AAA take my car directly to them and they are always open doors and wanting to help. Another thing that I love is that they always give updates on the work being done so that there are no surprises. JP and his staff which includes Peter, are absolute master Technicians and can see problems before they happen. Finally after the work has been done they always follow up with you to make sure everything is OK. I would highly recommend JP Euro for any of your foreign automotive needs.

We've kissed some frogs on our DFW auto repair journey but couldn't be more happy to have found JP Euro and to have them looking after our vehicles.We have older cars but JP Euro gives them the same care an attention as the super cars they work on. All work is done to an exceedingly high standard with great transparency and communication along the way.They've even gone the extra mile to return cars freshly washed and vacuumed, just a small touch to show the care and attention to detail put into everything they do.Don't be intimidated by their reputation for working on super high end cars - if anything take it as a testament of the skill and competency of their technicians. They really treat customers with great care and respect no matter what you're rolling up there in. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was referred to JP Euro by a local shop in Garland for a wheel alignment on a high end performance crossover. They are about a 45-50 minute drive from my house. Since I trust the person referring me to JP I decided to go.Their shop is immaculate and everyone on the staff is professional. I was greeted by my name when I walked in as if I had been coming to them for years.Within two minutes my seats were covered with protective plastic and the car went to the alignment bay. There were a host of amazing cars there but there were also some everyday cars.I usually like to watch work from the door of a bay but I had confidence and let them do their thing.The waiting room is immaculate with comfortable couches and a modern electric/gas fireplace. Coffeemaker, beverage and snack center and a very clean bathroom.While sitting there I received a text with before and after pictures of my alignment. It was pretty off on many points before but was 100% back on factory spec after.Next, the alignment tech takes the car on a 1-2 mile test ride to make sure it feels properly aligned and that the steering wheel is dead on center. Then the manager takes it on the same loop and finally the manager has me take it on the loop with him in the car. Not only are they our new alignment shop for the family cars but we plan on doing additional mechanical services with them.Very well done guys

I have been going to JP Euro since 2015 and I am retired military. I actually drive my cars 2 1/2 hours from Killeen, Texas which is located about 1 hour north of Austin, TX. I have JP Euro perform service and do custom wheel alignments on my 2 highly modified BMW M cars. I recently had the shop perform a custom wheel alignment on my BMW F10 M5 that had after market KMC adjustable camber bushing installed on it. I had tried several local shops in my area to perform my wheel alignment with the KMC bushings but non of those shops were competent enough to do the alignment correctly.I finally decided to make the 2 1/2 hour road trip to JP Euro because I knew I could trust and depend on them do the custom wheel alignment on my BMW F10 M5 correctly. JP Euro did a outstanding job working on my BMW F10 M5. JP Euro wheel alignment technician actually knew what type of bushing he was working with. The wheel alignment technician knew his job, he was well trained, professional and he actually knew what he was doing.I am proud I took my car to JP Euro and I highly recommend this shop for any of your car service needs. The technicians are hard working, the crew and staff go above and beyond to make sure you and your car get the best of care.Thanks JP Euro and happy 20th year anniversary, keep up the hard work, professionalism, and most importantly continued success.

I have been a very satisfied customer for the last 4 yrs. My 2018 Mustang GT threw a bunch of codes on the dash and long story short, the mechanical team absolutely nailed everything down to the last details. And best of all was the top notch communication keeping me in the loop with everything that was being done on the car with timely progress pics. Without a doubt, this is the only shop I could ever trust my vehicle with. Good job team JP.

I drive a 2001 Toyota 4-Runner. Jason and his team have kept it in tip-top shape since 2012 when we arrived from the Seattle area. He is always pleasant and his work is amazing. I have referred him several times. If you need service on your European or Japanese automobile, please give JP Euro a try. They won t disappoint you!

First time customer and the shop exceeded all my expectations and some! I bought a 2021 RAV4 here for an overland build and it turned out better than I could of ever imagine. Peter was the one that helped me throughout the entire 2 month process. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time. I love the fact that he would text me pictures on updates throughout the process. This shop is awesome. I highly recommend JP Euro for all your automotive needs.

I took my car into JP Euro at a recommendation from a friend at work. I had been taking the car to the dealer for all the regular checks but there was defeinitely something wrong with it. The dealer just kept saying everything was good. The car was erratically shifting, vibrating at idle and shaking violently when driving at high speeds. These guys at JP Euro took my car in and did a thorough inspection of every system. They pratically rebuilt my car. They kept me updated through every repair with texts and pictures. This is some of the best customer service I have ever recieved at a auto repair shop. The whole team is very respectful and did not treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. As a older woman this was very refreshing to not be dismissed like I didn't know my own car and how it should drive.It took several different trips but they were very patient with me as I kept feeling things were not quite right. After multiple repairs the car is great now. My car has 130,000 miles on it and I should be able to get another 100k out of it. They guarantee all their work which is more than you can get from most shops. The list of repairs is long, they replaced my transmission for 2k less than I would have paid anywhere else. Replaced the fuel pump, injectors and flushed the whole fuel line to get rid of the vibration at idle. Then they replaced most of my front suspesion as the CV axles and control arms were shot. Now my car runs great. I can not give these guys enough praise for their patience and diligence to identify the issues that I was feeling when I drove the car. If the dealer had done any of the checks they were supposed to do, these things could have been repaired as they went out instead of doing it all at one time. I will never take my car back to the Rockwall ford dealer again. All my future repairs will be with JP Euro. If you need anything done to your car, check with them to see if they work on your make and model of car. I highly recommend them for the great customer service and commitment to repairing all issues based on your description of the issues you are feeling.

Very professional shop, took my supercharged 5.0 to them for a motor rebuild. They were done in a week and even pointed out and fixed multiple problems from previous mechanics. I've never been more satisfied when getting repair/service on my car. I had a transmission leak...they had to replace the pan....not only did they do it the same day, they also gave me regular updates on the repair, including pictures of the damage. Then they test drove the car TWICE to make sure the repairs were correct! This is WAY better service than what you'd get with a dealership and less expensive. Special shout out to Victor Garcia - the service manager - great guy who kept me informed about every process of the repair...oh....and when they finished - they washed my car. If you've got a foreign car - like a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, others - this is the place to go!

I honestly cannot say enough about JP Euro. I was referred to them by another customer and I am very happy with the service I received. Long gone are the days of a hand shake being as strong as oak, but these guys definitely stood behind their work. McLarens require quality control and JP Euro got my car to 100% solid bullet proof condition. I ve had multiple European cars taken in for service at JP Euro. There are many near by where I reside, but I drive far in order to take my car to them for a reason.First of all, they re very professional and communicate well about the situation and the solution.Second, they re very transparent about what they ll be working on and anything else that might be needed, before the work starts to make sure the owners are aware.Third, I can say I have complete trust in them vs other places I ve been too, that gave me some red flag vibes on quotes & other specific work they ve told me that needed to be fixed.I ve had opportunity to speak to other customers while waiting at JP EURO, that had super exotic cars. They also drive far, just to bring it to this shop.That speaks volume, of how customers are willing to drive far as they need too, in order to have their beautiful cars taken well care of, and with transparency. That is a very satisfied customers!I highly recommend them, if you re looking for a trustworthy & overall quality service done for your cars.

Okay let me start by saying I had a 747LI BMW enough said there, right? The repairs were spot on; well needless to say I decided to move forward with another vehicle purchase. Fast forward my Jaguar XJ had a coolant leak so I took it to Jaguar Frisco where I made the purchase and of course it was under warranty. 30 days later another issue with the coolant system, then six months later another issue all covered under warranty. Well, another year or two later another issue that cost me an absorbent amount and at this point I m losing confident in Jaguar Frisco because I had to go three more times. Now 2024 my car show it s overheating but no signs of overheating. I take my vehicle to Jaguar Frisco and they tell me we THINK it s the same part again, I said oh then it s on you right because I ve now brought my car here four times for the same issue out and have now paid out of pocket four times, they said nope $5,000 to fix the cracked manifolds, thermostat, and something else and something within me knew they were lying. I take it to JP Euro and he said nope your coolant is just low, I can top it off. $49 bucks and my car is just fine, please use this shop because their honest and affordable. I m done with Jaguar Frisco, unbelievable liars. I knew the first time they used the warranty they were lying. Thanks JP Euro for your excellent customer service and most importantly your honesty! Don t waste your money elsewhere, he has access to all OEM parts. Never an aftermarket part was used on my BmW and BMW dealership confirmed when I took it for an annual maintenance.

JP Euro and their entire team went above and beyond in taking care of my Lamborghini Huracan. Although I purchased it at a dealership outside of TX, I shipped it there first and they quickly identified several crucial issues that required immediate attention to prevent future problems. Their responsiveness through text and phone communication was outstanding, and they kept me informed every step of the way. In addition, they suggested an excellent aftermarket exhaust option that cost only a fraction of what I had originally considered, and it delivers an incredible sound! When the time comes to upgrade my car in the future, I ll definitely return to JP Euro for their service to ensure my vehicle is in impeccable condition before taking delivery.

This summer, I had a sudden coolant leak in my McLaren 12C that turned out to not be an easy fix - a detached coolant hose causing the problem was buried deep beyond a firewall, meaning it needed a proper garage to take care of it.I live in Omaha, NE, and there are no qualified McLaren mechanics here in town. I was prepared to ship the vehicle to the nearest dealership in Denver, CO. However, my last experience with that dealership's service department was disappointing, and they did not return my phone call regarding this coolant issue.So I decided to do a little research to find a place anywhere in the USA that has qualified technicians and a good reputation. JP Euro showed up in my search, and I was impressed with the stated specialties on their website, which were supported by a large number of good reviews.I rolled the dice and had my McLaren shipped to the guys over at JP Euro. Immediately upon receiving the vehicle, they contacted me to confirm it arrived as expected. They promptly followed up with a detailed analysis of my car's current condition and state of maintenance with a phone call.The coolant leak was thoroughly inspected. Faulty hose clamps, along with a damaged section of hose, were found to be the culprit.The work was promptly completed, and they even texted me images of their step-by-step progress, along with successful pressure test results after completing the repair.While they had the car in a pretty deep state of disassembly, they suggested a handful of other maintenance items that we may as well take care of while we had the car apart. This suggested work didn't strike me as a shady attempt to sell me unnecessary services, nor as an attempt to make this a bigger bill just to line a shop owner's pockets. On the contrary, I got the impression that the technicians are actually passionate car people, and they love to work on fun and unusual cars. The additional work they suggested came across like things an automotive enthusiast friend would mention while hanging out in their garage.More detailed photos and text descriptions helped to illustrate all of the additional work they suggested, and everything they proposed we work on while the car was in service made perfect sense.Ultimately, I had them do what basically constituted a full rebuild on the car, which it certainly needed, now being 10 years old with about 30,000 enthusiastically driven miles on it. Although this is a supercar that has been driven and enjoyed, rather than stuck in a garage to rot for its whole life, things like hoses, engine gaskets, thermostats and other wearable items do still need replacement on an intermittent basis.Although the total bill was not a small amount of money, I am certain that the pros over at JP Euro performed far more work, with more care and attention to detail (and attention to my customer experience) than a dealership would have provided for a far higher price.I don't have exact dealership rates at my disposal to compare the prices on all the work these guys did, but I am certain I would have spent three times as much at an official McLaren dealership. I also am far more confident in the quality and thorough nature of the work I had done at JP Euro, versus what I would have gotten from any McLaren dealership.This is the first time I've ever had this McLaren serviced outside of an official dealership, and I am very glad that I did. I will be bringing this car to these guys, happily shipped all the way to Dallas, every year for its regular service.Once all the work on this first visit was wrapped up, I was so confident in the work done on the car that I elected to fly down to Dallas and actually drive the car all the way back to Omaha. The trip went beautifully, and the car ran better than it ever has. They absolutely nailed the work, and all things considered, they delivered an unbeatable value with exemplary service to boot. I will be sending this car back to them for every annual service from now on. Thanks guys!
