I got an oil change at this location a couple months ago and the gentleman that was there was extremely helpful, informative, and courteous. Dude had some customer service skills! Have been back twice to get an inspection and the garage is full of teenagers that didn t seem too interested in working that day. Was told 2 cars in front of me and then the machine needs to be restarted. Whatever. I said I would come back in the afternoon but was referred to Wylie instead. This location is right next to my house. So I went back this weekend, full of teenagers, not too busy. Walked in, and they all saw me walk in but no one ever came inside to assist me. 4-5 people there, didn t even try to stop me when I left. If you don t want the job, don t take it. Will never go back to this location,Pretty sad. LAZY EMPLOYEES!!

Terrible service. When I arrived and asked for an inspection one of the guys asked asked me what time it was and said He s not going to be here until 10:30. I told him that it was 10:26 and he said pull around to the back and park to wait for the late employee . I waited 15 minutes with no sort of customer service and eventually left.

Service was ok. Not friendly or rude, just there. The tech got the mileage wrong on my inspection report. He used the mileage from one of the trip meters instead of the odometer. When the air filter was taken out to show me its condition, the air intake box was not re-seated properly. I went ahead and fixed it myself to avoid having to go back. Also, not that amenities in an oil change shop are all that important, but the website lists several features that aren t there at that shop. I would say it s no better or worse than most chain oil and repair shops.

Was asked if I wanted to change the air filter and shown mine. I agreed to it, but they were out of stock. So they put mine back in. As soon as I left, something felt slightly off, but I couldn't tell what. This morning, I started my car, and for the first time in almost 150k miles, my check engine soon light came on. Decided to check if something was up with the air filter and it was just laying in the casing. It's supposed to be snapped in place, but it was just thrown back on the casing. The oil seems to be fine, and the guy running the front counter was courteous, but he was on a personal call for a majority of the time.

They were busy when I walked in. They were able to complete my oil change so quickly the new crew that s working there is absolutely amazing so professional so fast. Just a bunch of really nice people. Definitely recommend definitely will go back.

Went for an inspection the service tech after I gave him insurance he looked at my left rear said he couldn t do inspection because one of my wheel lugs was broken, so I checked it and removed it my wheel lug is fine they really didn t have any motivation to do anything you need to know what a broken lug looks like before you tell a person it s broken, I just went somewhere else and got my car inspected no lug needed . Those guys have terrible customer service skills

Guy with dred locks is a crook! He stated one of my car tires needed to be changed or he would fail my inspection. However, my tires were recently replaced and there was nothing wrong with my tire. His reasoning as to why my tire needed to be changed made absolutely no sense. Also, my car is a newly updated car, if something was wrong with my tire it would let me know immediately which it never did.I took my car to a different shop and they took about 12 mins, finished the inspection and gave me my paperwork. Not once did they say something was wrong with my tires.This place needs to be investigated!

The wait was about an hour and a half. I went up there on a Saturday. I appreciated them pointing out the other things that needed to be fixed or replaced.After my service was done, they left a lot of broken leaves in my front passenger floor. I had to immediately go to the car wash to vacuum them up. It did cause a small inconvenience.

Arrived at 1:50 p.m. for a state inspection and was told it will be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I asked if I could just come back in 30 minutes. The gentleman said yes. I get back at 2:35. Only one person is there and informed me that everybody is on break and would not be back for another 30 to 45 minutes. So I left and tried my luck at another jiffy lube.

Called ahead about replacing my turn signal. Was told it would be $15.99. I showed up and they tried to charge me $29.99 and I explained what I was told on the phone and they said they d honor it. Then they came out and took my credit card, came back and they charged me $19.99. Before I could do anything or say anything they walked off and closed down the shop.

Took them 2 hours for oil change and inspection. There was no wait. I was the 2nd car there. Told me I failed inspection for my brakes. Called my main mechanic cause I just had breaks serviced the month before. Magically I pass inspection after I speak up. Get inside my car and the staff had gone through my glove box and center console. Claimed they needed my user manual for something. The guy I asked about that was wearing an ankle monitor. Never again!

I used to have a 4 star review for this business and unfortunately I have to drop it down to 2 stars. This location was my go-to for the last 3 years. A change in management and odd scenario (below) means that unfortunately, I will be finding another mechanic.When I came in March 2024, the point of sale was down and I was asked to pay in cash. I didn t know I would not be able to get a receipt when I left, but was assured I would get it emailed within 2-3 business days. Three weeks passed, a few phone calls made, and I only received a receipt when driving back to the location. My car repair information was not saved correctly, so I the date and pricing on my receipt was not accurate.The mechanics are experts and kindly educate me each time on how to be a good car owner, including when I really need to replace things & when I can save the money for another 5000 miles.

The crew was great, very friendly. Suggested but did not push different services. Showed me the cabin filter, replaced it, even gave me a discount on the filter. It was nice and very pleasant experience. I will be back.

Went for a state inspection, was told 30 mins. 2 hrs later, I am still waiting. No one came to follow up and communicate any additional wait time so I went into the garage to ask where I was in the queue. The service person seemed completely confused and unaware that my car was even there. So I got in my car and left. Don t waste your time there like I did!

Skip this location. I was waiting for a long time and ignored after my state inspection was completed. Yes completed. Just bad customer service or simply a not care if you wait for no good reason.

EDIT: as of 8 months later, the district manager never got back to me or replied to my emails. Jiffy Lube should be avoided.This place tried to charge me $270 for spark plug replacement in a 4-cylinder Hyundai when they said $160 three months prior. Went out and learned how to do it myself. Now I know to NEVER pay them for spark plug replacement. I should learn to change my own oil next.

Hi FOLKS!!! I just had oil change from this place last week or so for my 2016 Subaru Legacy. It took longer than usual (like 45 minutes) and I asked them if something wrong. They said no there is nothing! and right after oil change, my car started leaking some kind of oil from the bottom that I noticed the following day on the surface of my garage. I was about to drive out of city for business, so I couldn t do anything and when I returned Dallas, I went to Subaru dealership to check the leaking problem. I have a full report indicating that instead of draining my old oil, they drained my transmission fluid and I was about to ruin my new car (20+k miles on it). While I am writing this review, right now, they are replacing my CVT (transmission oil) and re-changing the oil that should have been properly changed by Jiffy Lube. My cost is around 650$ after 74$ paid for Jiffy oil change (Besides 3-4 hours time wasting to fix the mess caused by a simple task oil change). I simply paid them 74$ to ruin my car. As new pictures and reports coming, I will keep posting reports and pictures. I am lucky I noticed it early!!!

I m hoping to it was just a bad day for them. But two different cars on the same day with bad service. Services not performed when requested and lack of communication during the process.It s unfortunate because I ve been going there for years so I hope they get things back to being the stellar one stop shop they were before.

The guy's are great.Fast and friendly service, once they started.I have used this location in the past for the full service oil change.Plan on returning, but I'll try to pick a better time, as the wait was very long.

Thank you so so much Tyrone. I would trust him with my car and any services. I stopped by for a state inspection and he was helping one customer after another during rush hour. He genuinely cares and is so nice and patient. This is my third year using jiffy and I plan to continue to use them. Thank you.

It was very odd that after they did my State inspection that they had emptied out my glove box and it was all over the floor when I got in it to leave. I was in a hurry so I didn't go in and ask. I wish I would have. I reported it to the company and they were going to call me back but never did.I won't go back.

Great customer service! Plenty of helpful staff to do car repairs quickly. Very clean sitting area with a massage chair. Highly recommend these guys!

Needed a Tx state inspection. I was informed there were two cars ahead of me and to expect about a 40 minute wait time. After 1.5 hr of waiting in the lobby, there was still one car ahead of me. The lobby TV is annoyingly loud. I decided to cut my losses and leave. I went to Soapy Jeff s car wash. They started on my car within 10 minutes, also gave me a free car wash. Don t waste your time at Jiffy Lube.

I called ahead to inquire how long it would take for a Tune up.The technician Tyrone, told me 2 hours. When I arrived,It was busy. They were very professional, kept me informed of what needed to be done.And they were fast and thorough and even vacuumed the interior my truck.

2 hours just to get an inspection. Staff was friendly, no issue there. But leadership needs to resolve their staffing issue.
