I will not be going here again. I have here the last 4 years and never had a problem recently I had an oil change and my car was smelling like smoke and car warn light came on stating that it was low oil pressure. I took my vehicle back to in and out they did not find any oil leaks and said the car didn t have any oil on n the car. How is that possible after I just had an oil change a week ago. They charge me to put more oil in the car. I think they never put the oil in the car during the oil change oil change. The man didn t make any sense when I asked him why is the oil burning out of the car so fast he told me to check it every week and add more oil. I never had to do this before so why now. It is not making any sense to me. I don t think they put oil in the car after the oil change and they just don t want to take responsibility for it.. I am not stupid

These guys went above and beyond to make sure my oil change was correct. My truck is newer and has the 3.0 diesel. They double checked everything and found out my previous oil change place had stripped my plug, which they replaced. If you ever need things done correctly go see Taleb he knows his stuff.

I have been going here for years and the guys here are always great and get the work done really quickly. I brought my son's car in at two minutes to five on a Saturday and thought they were open til 6:00 but they close at 5:00 on Saturday. Taleb told me no problem he would check it out and stayed well past 5:00 finding out what was wrong. He said they would have it fixed Monday since they are closed on Sunday's. He could have turned us away but he graciously stayed and helped us. Thank you so much.

I see that management has changed! The guy I met and the older guy that used to be there where the reason I kept going! Cause they were honest! Recently I took my 2006 toyota corolla there to see why it wouldn't start and later on they told me it was my fuel pump! As I watches them fixing on it the next day! They were running codes to see why it still wouldn't crank!!!??? I then asked did you guys put it on the machine at first!!!??? Cause why is my carvstill not cranking! And they still charged me $150! And my car wasn't fixed had to tow it back home! Like what kind of business is this!?? Then yall tell me it's the throttle body sensor!!!??? Like that's not what yall told me the problem was! Now yall wanna charge me another fee to put in what might start my car! Why should I have to pay again when my car isn't running! Yall told me what the problem was and I paid for something that may have or obviously isn't why my car is running! I really want my money back! So I can get an honest answer! This is to the owner! Plus I paid to have it owed there thinking yall would do good honest business! But imma woman! Never Fails! A Black Woman at that!!

I usually take my car to the dealership where I bought it for repairs but the wait times are usually a full day or days and very expensive. I was in a panic today because of a sudden major repair needed and these guys were able to fit me in even though they too were really busy and finished the job fairly quickly and for a damn good reasonable price. AND they were very friendly and professional on top of it. I'll definitely come back to them when I need service/repairs. Thank you so much guys. Very unhappy with the service and treatment I received. I ve gone back several times to rectify the situation. When I took my vehicle back today I was brushed off as if it wasn t their problem. Great for routine maintenance BUT don't rely on service stations like this one to fully diagnose your vehicle. Get a diagnostics for ALL possible repairs from the dealership - no matter your car's age....and THEN take it here and get the work done for less money.If you don't do it that way.... you might just put yourself in a patch and go situation without fixing the real issue.

These guys are my literal go-to. They are very honest and always make sure that you as a customer know what is being done to the vehicle. Went there this past weekend 7/15/23 i got denied with still 1hr and 15 minutes on the clock before they closed i wanted to change my transmission fluid filter on my truck they said they couldn t do it because they were too busy there were a few cars ahead of me but they were all gone in like 20 minutes i feel they could of still helped me out. Im not coming back to this place it was my first and last time here

I came here to change my oil. In couple days, my check engine light came on and I got a message that my oil pressure is low. I came back to them and asked them about what happened. They refused to help me. I asked them if there is anything wrong with the oil they put but they showed me that the oil level is good! My issue has nothing to do with the oil level! My car needs special oil because it has high mileage. They offer me new oil change but I have to pay for it again. They go off of the book with no any knowledge about what they are doing! Group of robots. They talk to you like they are professionals but they know nothingService: Oil change

After spending around $700 for a complete overhaul of my brakes, they are STILL not right. We had to bring in my car 3 times for them to "fix" their mistakes. Horrible scraping sound was still coming from my brakes! After taking my car to the dealership, we found out there were parts missing and one brake pad was put on wrong! This is a HUGE safety issue with IN & OUT!!! We called and were told to bring back my mini van for the FOURTH time! Why would we want to risk more damage to the van plus risk our lives on a botched brake job! The owner was very rude to my husband on the phone- talking over him and trying to dismiss their mistakes, so i ended up calling and just got more excuses. We had to pay the dealership nearly $500 to replace parts and fix what was messed up by IN & OUT!Don't risk your safety going here!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Blown away by the service and the quick service for a state inspection.During the inspection the inspector let me know things that needed to be fixed with my car but didn t pressure me to get it fixed at their garage.There were 5 other people there and it only took 20 minutes to get my state inspection completed.I definitely will go back there for oil changes and other services if needed. No one was waiting long for their services to be completed.

These guys get it done! Each visit, they're prompt, courteous and honest. They don't try to push you into other services but make obvious recommendations. The inside and outside are well kept and this location is conveniently located near fast food restaurants, two grocery stores and more. I'll definitely be returning

Ask for your prices beforehand or an oil change can quickly turn into a 77.00 bill. Just a general fail so be an informed consumer. Also when they say it has to be synthetic oil replacement, this is untrue. Consult your owners manual* Your need to be right superseded your ability to provide quality customer service. Your service person failed to provide pricing before performing the service which is a deceptive practice. So essentially I m taking issue with the quality of your customer care.

They have a sign up outdide that says $22.95 oil change. That is not accurate and they have not taken that sign down, so imagine my surprise when I am charged $30 for my oil change. The is very misleading and when questioned about it they claimed that they need to take it down but that s your sign on your business and to have it out there and not honor it is not really not OK. They also claimed to have told me the price but they did not all they asked me if I wanted a regular oil change. Trust me I would ve recognized the price change and would ve asked about it then and I probably would ve taken my car down the street where I know the oil changes are cheaper. They also gave me attitude about it when I questioned him about it Which was very unprofessional. So if you re going for an oil change he prepared to pay $30 for regular oil change not the FALSELY advertised $22.95.

They stole all of my floor mats when I got an oil change. When I realized it, I went back and asked for them and the "manager" took pictures with his cell phone of the inside of my car without mats. I guess he was planning to say he took the pics upon my initial arrival? They also had me write down my name and address before I left I guess so they'd know where to find me if I reported it. This was a couple of years ago and only since I don't live at that address anymore do I feel comfortable with leaving this review. Shady af.
