I've used this auto shop for many years now. My sisters and parents are also loyal customers. I still drive here even though I've moved out of the area due to the high quality of the work performed. Jack, the owner, is trustworthy, polite, and very knowledgeable. I'll continue to keep coming here as long as I'm in the area. Contentiously has helped our family with our auto mechanic needs, fair price, honest employees that have gone above and beyond to take care of our vehicle for the last 5 years. Jack is a good guy. I was recommended by my friend to take the car here and get the brakes fixed. Jack is a very friendly manager and thinks in customers' interest. For this visit, they just replaced the cylinder in order to make the brakes work properly again, and prior to coming to this auto service place I was quoted dozens of hundreds by another auto service chain on the same issue. I feel lucky that I chose the right place and not have to go through a painful and money-wasting process. They would let you know if they feel confident to work on your car issue and if so they get to it fast.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Took our Cadillac to them bc our air went out. Took it to them the same day. They called us back and said there was a leak and two more things that needed to be fixed. We tell them COOL fix it. They say 300. COOL right? Nope. They call us back the next day say they fixed what they said was needed to be fixed and say we need a fan. Well how is it u didnt know it was the fan yesterday. The lady who said she was the owner has an attitude. We are questioning why would yall just now see this? She gets mad and says we wont charge u the 300. We go and pick up our car. We take it another mechanic. He says no new fan is needed but thats what Imperial said. He says the leak that they claimed they fixed. Not fixed at all. So at this time its looking very suspect. They didnt fix anything which they claim we got free services and the fan never even needed to be replaced. Seems suspicious. Be careful when dealing with this company. Everybody having hard times. We dont need NO companies trying to get extra unjust money.

I used to go this place for all my car services. Since my last visit about 10 months ago, I go to other places. Why? Because they used a "new" billing system which charges you all kinds of extra fees. The owner quoted me for $250 power steering pump replacement job and guess what I paid about $600 and visited twice.

Imperial Auto Services is the only place I would take my car for an inspection. The guys there were very knowledgeable, polite and expedient. They never tried to find other things wrong with your car for you to spend more money. I've been a customer for 6 years. Thank you Imperial Auto Service for your service!

They fixed the shaking on my Lexus Ls 460, they figured it out quickly in less than 2hrs .. something park place lexus couldn't do in a couple days

Took my car here to get my cv axle replaced. It was a relatively cheap compared to NTB. Imperial total charge was around $160 while NTB charges at least $500 and that is without labor cost. The mechanic drive the car in the parking lot and knew exactly whatvwas wrong with it. And to my suprise they even had another mechanic to check it the 2nd time around to confirm that it was the problem. Car was in and out. They did such a great job I came back and got my suspension replaced. Jack and Mr. Huang are nice, helpful and very friendly people. Car drives like a charm now.

Can provide service to a wide spectrum of automobiles, including those from a routine type to high end imports. Not unusual to see a Ferrari, Porsche, BMW or the like on the premises. Class act for those that need work on their vehicles. If you need your vehicle fixed, call them, mention the type of vehicle and ask them if they can help you! The call doesn't cost you anything!!

The staff there is very nice and helpful.My car's front bumper drops, I never ask them to fix it. They helped to push it back for free.
