Worst experience I have ever had at any auto shop! If I could ZERO stars I would I usually keep it to myself but this one here has to be known! The people here are RUDE AND CONDESCENDING I went in for an inspection and they wanted to do extra things to my truck. Telling me about the water and window tint and how I can t have the inspection done because it doesn t meet their requirements . I went to my local auto shop and asked to test me tint and was told it was well within limits of inspection. DONT GO HERE. I d rather drive 15 mins then go here!

My car had so many problems that I didn't think I'd ever be able to get it fixed. Jay is a lifesaver and goes above and beyond to do quality work, and he is incredibly kind. I would recommend going here to anyone. My car runs like it is brand new! This place does not give you the total upfront then ends up charging you for extended labor charges on things that should be quick like an oil change. DO NOT COME HERE. They kept my car until 5:30 and I dropped it off at noon and then over charged me for extended labor charges. They didn t even call me to tell me it was ready I had to keep calling. Please I warn you do not come here. On top of that when I told him they did not disclose the total amount he kept yelling you re pissing me off . He was so demeaning and I left this place in tears.

I had my car towed to HVC after speaking with the owner about the problems I was having. He was kind enough to run diagnostics and inspect the issue I was having. Ultimately he had to refer me out but I appreciate that he didn't take on a job out of respect for my time and was honest and easy to talk to. He communicated throughout the process by phone and answered his phone when I called. I will use this shop in the future. Great neighborhood business. Shop is very clean and well maintained.

I work next door at La prada family dentistry and my car starting smoking on my way in. So I stopped in and he got me in that day and had it all diagnosed and fixed in no time, with fair and upfront pricing on repairs and additional maintenance I requested. Also left things super clean! They graciously took our car in on zero notice after it broke down and had to be towed. They were able to turn it around in three days even though they had a full schedule. Bonus - the final bill came in under the estimate. Garage and property are clean and well maintained. Took my wife's car their to see how this place is. Went to 3 other shops and tried to rip us off with prices and unnecessary parts. Jay was straight to the point and told us what we needed to be done! Very knowledgeable and profession and best of all he is a neighborhood business! Highly recommend. The owner of this auto repair shop is amiable and knowledgeable in solving my car's problem. Even though I was not pressing on the brake pedal, the car's brake lights would continue to flicker. I decided to give this place a chance, and luckily, he knew the solution. He explained his auto mechanical jargon in layman's terms to me and expeditiously sent me out the door with my car functioning like it was brand new! Jayantha is a master at his craft and did an Amazing job with changing the brake pads and rotors in our LR 2019(RR V8 SC) , and would recommend his work on any Landrover Model, we trust his work and quality of service!!!

I found this place through google and read all the good reviews. I thought that they may be on the pricey end but that was not the case here. Great service at an affordable price. Very Rude. Didn t even try to look at my vehicle before telling me to take it somewhere else. Told me he only fixes minor issues. Like what? Wouldn t recommend.

The owner here is pathetic. Drove 45 minutes here to get some work done, I had an appointment. He turned me away immediately. Stay away from this place!!! Owner is weird and rude.
