The owner was unbelievably respondent when i brought my diesel in. He treated me very kindly, and worked on it in a very quick timeframe. Highly recommend!!

Jason has been great for me and the issues with my 2008 Ford F250.He fixed my death wobble and most recently, got my fuel pump and battery issues resolved before a big move.He s honest and gets the work done, correctly!I hope I can find the same level of mechanic in my new city!02/13/23 -I called Jason from the PNW to get his opinion on an issue I m having. He s pointed me in the right direction to get it diagnosed properly, and steps to take before I take it in. He s a real gem and I very highly recommend Jason and his shop!Thanks so much!

Feel blessed to have found Jason and Heartland Car Care! Came in with transmission problems and he got me fixed up quickly and for a very fair price! He is both friendly and professional, takes an interest in his clients and is honest and straightforward. Of course Bo is great! Rebecca

Jason is the kind of mechanic where once you find him, he is the only person you bring your vehicle to for repair. He knows his stuff, is fairly priced, and does quality work. My 3/4 ton Sierra now fires right up (New fuel Pump) and blows cold AC thanks to Jason's great work.

I've taken my cars to Jason for years. Always been up front and honest. I've recommended him to others and they've agreed. I want quality and no surprises and Jason's delivered that. Plus, it's a short walk to get coffee or BBQ while my car gets fixed.

I work at the tattoo shop across the street and he did some work for me and my mother and knocked it out for a beyond fair price! Great work, great communication! Very lucky to have a mechanic this fair and honest these days!

Great service, goes the extra mile, and my personal favorite...communicates well in email. Important to those of us who don't own mobiles or have a phone glued to us. Highly recommended and will refer everyone I know with car troubles to Jason. Thanks very much!! **Update 8/24/2021** Took my car today to have Jason mount a cell phone holder on the dashboard. I finally invested in a smartphone. As always, Jason did a great job and he has super communication. Will never use anyone else. Thanks again, Jason!!

I was referred here by an employee I work with and came to the lobby area with a list of repairs, but Jason was like "nope, don't let me see that. Let me see what I find" so to me that was funny. I had called earlier and was able to stop by for him to take a look at my car. I wasn't expecting to get the repairs done today because I wanted to be prepared in terms of cost and how long I'd be looking at.The best thing about my first experience here is getting the chance to look under my car and understand more because I'm a visual learner, so I understand of how things work with my eyes more than my ears. I explained of what an employee from my workplace told me (his best educated guess), history of my tires.He was definitely helpful in pointing out what he found, areas that aren't really that bad. He even mentioned the radiator that the other place didn't bring up (which isn't a huge issue now, but definitely something to look into in the future). The more details I got, the better. He printed out his list of the repairs I needed, the price, how long the labor. I definitely felt better along the way.Despite not having the repairs done today, at least I have information. A definitely learning experience for someone who went from no knowledge about cars and repairs to "yes, I understand how that works".hopefully when I come in for the repairs, I won't get lost the 2nd time. Didn't realize I took one turn too soon

I went in yesterday, and I brought in my engine mount and I asked the lady at the front desk Can I see the mechanic Jason? and she said sure, then he came in and I asked him how much is it to install the new engine mount, he said $45.00. I was like wow that is a good labor price install, so I go ahead and do it. He said it will take an hour and a half, but, he did it less than that. Jason did a really good job on replacing my engine mount whenever, I have car problems I will always recommend coming here. Thank you Jason you are a honest car mechanic.

Why do I trust this mechanic? He shoots it straight with you and won't try to up sell you or overcharge. I visited them a few months back and he told me what the issue was with my car. The next time I had something go wrong with my mom's car and they were able to assist without hesitation. I know it's rare to find an honest mechanic, but these guys are a valuable service to the Garland Community.

Have been using Heartland for the last 2 years for various issues with my Ford Focus. Jason is the best and is a very honest mechanic. Will continue to use in the future! Thanks Jason for all your honest hard work!

I had brought my Firebird here to get pretty much an extreme engine overhaul. I felt bad giving him such a project but that's what Jason does best. Not only did he install my new engine, but he totally cleaned up the wiring rats nest under the hood. Looks better than new. Thank you for a very hard but successful job well done.

Jason went above and beyond to take care of my truck. I have an '06 Nissan Frontier which is not an easy truck to work on. There were setbacks and delays, but he was honest about everything which is very respectable. He even made sure to discount me to make up for the setbacks. It's hard to find a good mechanic but I've definitely found mine!

I have been going to Heartland since the day they opened. The Owner, Jason is as honest as the the day is long. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his workmanship. To find a great Mechanic that is also honest these days is worth his weight in Gold - Thanks, Travis.

I am very pleased with the level of care that was taken with car. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my car had the right parts and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. I definitely will go back with any other needs I have!

Always a great experience here, I'd give them more stars if I could. Something came up and I needed my truck the day after I brought it in for 1-2 days of work and the owner was willing to work around it and even do half one day and half after. Great people, great work, and great prices.

Jason and freddy are the go to guys. Ive had almsot all my vechicles worked on here and let me tell yall folks, this is the most honest ,non up selling ,warenty ,knowlegable shop ive ever been to , i dont make alot of money and jason the owner of the shop would never steer me wrong an doesnt try to upsell on something i dont need or wouldnt fix my vehicles. Id be lost when it comes to car care without them. They are super friendly and make you feel like your vehicle is in good hands, because it is. I wouldnt trust my vechicles with anyone else and that says alot. If you go anywhere else... well your just waisting money, but don't worry they can fix other crappy shops mistakes. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing work.

Heartland Car Care is the ONLY shop I use. As a mom of four in a single-income household, I can't afford to be nickled and dimed by a corporate shop, and I certainly can't afford to be ripped off by a chump who doesn't know what he's doing. Jason is an honest, down-to-earth guy who is not getting rich off repairing cars. He's just earning a modest living doing what he does best, car repair.We have a minivan with 130,000 miles on it, so we see Jason often for minor maintenance. He has changed our breaks, replaced the gas tank after a nasty tire blowout, replaced the cracked fuel pump, replaced the catalytic converter, changed the oil, replaced shocks, and more. He's kept our car overnight on one occasion and was able to offer a loaner car which we didn't need.If you live anywhere in Dallas County, take your car to Heartland Car Care. You will feel like you are working with family or a neighbor.

I took my car today for an AC repair and it was great. So far my ac is working fine and the service was good. Jason, explained me well the next issue with my 2002 car and never felt force to do extra repairs.

We are a dealer in Dallas and when we have a "tough" job or something our other mechanics can't figure out we take the vehicle here. Trust with confidence in this store and its ability to repair your vehicle in a professional and timely manner.

Always finds the problem,will tow. Picks up the phone, gets back to you,uses good parts, will show you what hes doing and prices are fair .I only trust my car to go to this shop. Heartland car care fam.For life.
