Bad service. Change engine after service findout didn t change oil, stole original power steering and put power steering from jank yard

Our company takes all of our vehicles exclusively to Hanna s. We found them to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and above all no nonsense tell you what needs to be done, what could be done, and what will more than likely need to be done in the future as components wear / breakdown. They ve gone above and beyond for us a number of times I can t recommend this company enough.

Absolutely the most amazing experience ever! If we didn t have to move, I would never go to another shop. When my husband was out of town, our diesel truck broke down. We were able to get it towed to them, and had it back within a few days. The amount of issues our truck had was crazy, not only did they identify the problem and fix all the parts. But they genuinely cared about finding the root of the issues. Our AC basically blew up and broke a bunch of parts, they took their time and care into making sure there was no chunks of the broken parts anywhere, and fixed all broke parts. Then they checked EVERYTHING, and after hours of searching they found what was causing the issue and took them time to identify why it wasn t working properly. Super honest and kind people, thank you so much. We honestly didn t expect the truck to be done so quick, knowing how much work it needed, and we were planning to move a few days after it went in the shop. They were quick, efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for making us feel safe, especially because we tow our RV across the country multiple times a year , it s hard to find a shop we can trust to genuinely care about timeline, quality and safety. If we re ever in the area, we will not go anywhere else with any of our vehicles!!! Also amazing prices for amazing quality of work and care !!!!!

Horrible service, they replaced my new parts with old parts and over charged me, I am a truck driver and the motor they placed is used and broke down after a week.

I highly recommend this mechanic. I've been using him for 12 years! Great guys! Tony and Maurice are very knowledgeable in what they do! They have towing! They will get you towed in and your car fixed! Very honest, reliable and dependable guys!

I recently had body work done on my Audi. It was a great experience. My car was done in 3 days, the exact time frame he quoted me at. The work I had done here cost $750, I was quoted $2100 at other shops and was told it would take a week to repair. The prices are more than fair and the owner is honest and upfront and takes pride in their work.

It took me 19 years living in Dallas before I found this great repair shop. They are totally honest and do great work. They never try to sell me repairs and have even talked me out of repairs I thought I needed. They even stayed open late for me to get my car back. They diagnose problems correctly and fix them for a reasonable price in a timely manner. These guys are as honest as the day is long. What more could you ask for?

I ve been going to Hanna s for a number of years because I have complete and thorough trust in their ability to meet all auto needs, no matter the make. The owners Tony and Maurice are knowledgeable mechanics and very trustworthy. I ve sent many other customers their way because never are they trying to take advantage of your wallet with unnecessary repairs!! I travel completely out of my way and pass at least a hundred shops to get to Hanna s because I have that much confidence, trust and respect for this establishment! I m a customer for life and I have complete confidence and praise in my ability to endorse this business!! Great job Hanna s!!!

Excellent service all the way around! Tony extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!plus - i knew i had corrosion around my battery terminals, but the guys who tried to jump-start it all claimed it was the starter, not the battery. i was sure it was the battery not the starter, and Tony proved me right! (as an older woman, i don't have the tools or ability to work on cars myself, so i'm glad to have found a reliable, reasonably priced mechanic to trust. thank you, Tony!)

From the moment I spoke with Maurice on the phone I felt comfortable bringing my truck to them. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options. They didnt push me into a position to spend unnecessary money like most mechanics ive run into.I would recommend Maurice his crew to anyone and plan on taking all current and future vehicles to them.

I've been doing business with Hanna's Auto Care for over 10 years and I have found them to be very qualified mechanics at a price my wallet could afford.Hanna's does what they say they will do for the price they quote. I recommend them highly.

Hanna's has some of the best service i have ever experienced at a car repair shop. They tell you only what needs to be fixed and dont try to lump a bunch extra charges on you. They also have one of the lowest hourly rates i have seen. Great guys, great work. I send all my friends there.

This is for their towing service. If I could give a zero I would. My insurance company used them to come get my car. After over 8 hours with assurances the driver was on their way over and over, them not updating the information to bring the car to a shop, instead, putting it in their storage, and never seeing them. My insurance company removed them from the case and sent it to another company. They have escalated the incident to potentially remove them from their vendors. If this is one part of their business it reflects on the entirety of their business. Avoid!

Don't take your car to this place. They charge you 5x as much as your replacement part cost and does shabby repairs to keep your car in I'll repair!!! I needed a HID ballast for my light, they charge me $250 for the part gave me the wrong name and part number so I couldn't find it. I found it today for $48.They discounected my park lights and said I would need a new light, but those lights were working when I took my car to them. They crack my lense so that condensation would continue to go into the light. My total cost for this was $403. That was 2 weeks ago, today my light is out and filled with condensation. If you care about your car and your money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
