Been coming here for a while now and I always get friendly and warm welcoming. These guys are very quick and have so much knowledge about bikes. They have always done a tremendous job. I highly recommend them.

These guys did a bang up job on my bike. They were very friendly and pleasant to do business with. I didn't have a way to get my bike there so they hauled it for $50 and the diagnostic fee was only $69. My bike rides smoother than ever. I highly recommend these guys

Came in today to get two new tires on my gsxr 750 and these guys killed it mounted and balanced in less then an hour and for a killer price will definitely be back

I took my friend there to pick up a tube for his dirt bike. He says it's one of the best places in town so I gave it three stars.If it hadn't taken a full 30 minutes for him to pick up the tube, when there were no other customers ahead of him, it would have easily rated five stars.

I really didn't want to write a review, but they they deserve it.In August I gave them my Yamaha r6 so they put in a new faring . Mark at the reception said that it requires him 2 days' of work to put all the faring. It took them one month to instal the faring , then me finding out that...they broke all my left side faring I don't know how that happend. Also I got to find out all the parts we're not put in right. They had used a metal washer and glue against the fairing stay. they broke few screws and left it that way for me to fix it . After a month I got upset when I realize and went for my bike I drove few miles the front break locked on the wheel. the guy from shop come to help Take the bike back to the shop .mark said it the caliper which needed to be rebuilt and fixed and again another week just to fix the caliper and they Didn't get rid of the problem and another 250 bucks Wasted.Now after I spoke with Yamaha machine I realize that when they Change my front tire they damage the Brembo master cylinder. It s been almost 2months and I am still waiting on them to take responsibility and send me the parts they broke . They rip me off so good . They are not professionals at all . I tried to work with them and they don t even have respect for costumers time and don t take responsibility on the damage.

They ve done hella work on two of my bikes, most recently on my Bigdog. Always fair upfront prices and really good work. I always feel educated on something after picking up my bike. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

They wanted to charge me an outrageous $45 just to fix a flat tire. That's way too much! I've had it done for $10 elsewhere.Changed to 3 stars to accommodate for good user experience despite high pricing.

If you get lucky enough to find this place it's a steal. SUPER COOL SPOT, knowledgeable, fast, and laid back. Whether you want the basics or need high end stuff, they know how to find it AND install it correctly.Coming back for any and everything.

A friend of mine had new tires installed on his H-D Heritage Softail back in August and was very pleased with the work, and prices at 5-Star.I needed a new front tire installed on my Dyna WideGlide, so I went to 5-Star this Saturday morning as they were opening up.The Gal at the front desk said no problem, "We'll get you fixed up". I went across the street to the Donut Shop and had breakfast. When I got back to the shop, my tire was installed and balanced and ready to go. They had me fixed up in 1/2 an hour! I'll definitely do business here again.

First time at 5 star today 10-16-21. Front tire replaced on my Goldwing trike. Marjorie in the front office was very knowledgeable and helpful along with Scott the mechanic. Scott pointed out some preventative maintenance things I should be looking at in the future. Based on today s visit, I m a forever customer!

They were able to put two new white wall tires and a new belt on my 2003 Victory at a much better price than competitors. I highly recommend 5 Star Cycles.

I went in for a rear tire change. The front office person was nice and set me up quickly. I went around lunchtime and the total wait was a little under an hour. I felt that the price on the tire and installation were fair.I was going to do an oil change with them out of connivence, but I felt that was a little high for something that is easy to do on your own. That won't detract from the overall score, as tires was what I was here to replace.All in all, I would shop here again for tires.

Took my bike in for a rear brake line and oil bleed. Picked up the bike and after a week I was going to ride it and while cleaning I found the shop broke something on it and never brought it to my attention. I took it back and the lady said they never touched that part. And when I told her you have to remove that part to access the oil reservoir. Then she said she going to talk to the guy who worked on it. After speaking to him she said he didn t break it. I guess it just broke on it s own. Save your money and go somewhere else nicer. I will take them to court because they denying the damages.

Beware they give discounts for reviews, be skeptical of 5 star reviews!I took my honda shadow in for a rear tire replacement and an oil change. I called ahead to get a price quote and i was told that they could only give me a quote on parts and not labor bc it depends on the bike.Needless to say i was not expecting to pay $500 for such simple services. Then i get home and the chain is too loose. It wasn't properly adjusted during the tire change.I called the honda dealership and the price they quoted was similar to what i was charged. If you want to pay for reliable service that is more fairly priced then go elsewhere.

DO NOT EVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.First of all, they charged me $600 to ruin my moped. When I gave them the idea that I knew more about my moped then they did (which I do, its my moped), they yelled at me. Sorry to hurt you little fragile male ego.Don't ever take anything here. These people need to go out of business.

Well, I'm not a customer yet lol. But I had to rate their customer service as A1. I called and spoke to Margie, she answered all my questions, very professional so polite. Told me could bring my bike in whenever I was ready, she'd set it up. Really because of her conversation over the phone I'd recommend them every time .

READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BEING A PATRON AT YOUR OWN RISK. POSITIVE REVIEWS BOUGHT. If you read the negative reviews, you will see how rude the owners of the establishment are in their responses. Called and talked to a very nice man whom quoted $69 diagnostics. When I came, there was only one woman at a window to speak to. I was told he was no longer working there and that he had been let go. I asked to speak to a technician and she would not let me, she said everyone only had to talk to her. I was charged $100 for diagnostics. I was promised I would hear the report by phone within two hours. I was not contacted until 6 hours later. On that call I was told it would be $230 to flush rear and front brakes, to which I asked why, it should not cost more than $100, she was silent for literally 5 minutes on the phone and I had to initiate just ending the call. I was then promised I would hear back within an hour from that call what time the bike may be picked up that night. I did not hear back until 40 minutes past opening hours the next day. The same woman lackadaisically texted me, to which I asked several times what the hours were since she was constantly arguing with me and never taking accountability. I was told open til 5 . When I arrived, at 2 pm, I waited with the doors locked for 1 hour until they drove up and unlocked the door. I did not even say anything. The same woman told me you came early, your fault. You should know everyone goes to lunch. Nothing was mentioned about a lunch. She wanted to collect payment before I even saw my motorcycle, to which how horrible her treatment of me so far which made me weary, I said I need to see the condition of the motorcycle before paying. She slammed the glass window in my face and walked away without saying anything. A second person greeted me with my motorcycle, a man. He said he is the owner. He showed me on a receipt somehow my fee had been mysteriously changed from $230 for a brake flush to $100. Some how my grand total changed from $530 to $400. Over all, I would pay to NOT ever deal with that woman again. It is too bad because the man seemed very nice. His wife, I am assuming, is killing much business. I am sure there will be a disrespectful response from the shop in return to this review, but possibly this will save someone the trouble in the meantime.

I had another pair of tires replaced at this place and they went ahead and tightened up my handle bar on my Goldwing and also notified me of something else that needed attention. This place was fast courteous and went the extra mile . I would definitely recommend to any friends if I had any !!!

0 stars if I could total Rip Off 135$ for an oil change I could have paid 90$ at Al Lambs Dallas Hondaout thew door. Do Not Use this place its a scam after Mark left ....

I asked him to cautiously remove a rear tire from a rim I wanted to reuse. He through it in the machine and slammed the brake down without care. Then went on to tell me he s not responsible after he tore up an almost new tire.
