I was priced $45 for a used tire and they tried to charge me $70.36 afterwards. I happened to look at my receipt because when I was paying the little machine did say how much I was paying. They almost got me.

I was charged $800 to get brakes for my car. The owner Cosmo is a fast talker and only worried about making money because 1 month later my brakes are gone. I called to schedule to bring my car back in and the owner Cosmo said I would have to call to check when the repair guy would be there. I told him the time I was available and he said I would have to call and just see if the guy is there before I bring my car back and he doesn t know when the repair guy will be there. as I was trying to get an understanding he started yelling over me and hung up the phone in my face and did not answer when I called back.

Came here for an inspection but was told a few things were wrong. They did not tell me what was wrong until I paid the 20. Took it to the mechanics to have it looked at and was told everything was fine. Went back to them and told them mechanics checked everything they said was wrong and everything came back in good shape. Don't ever go here for an inspection. They still did not want to pass my inspection and they stole my money. I will not be going back to this place. All they do is lie and take your money. Even when you go for something simple they tell you that you need other stuff fix.

Came here on two separate days to get a state inspection had to go somewhere else to get it done. First day the computer/system was down so they can t do it which is understandable. Second day the only inspector had to go on a lunch break at 4:30pm, told me to come back in an hour. I ended up going to car spa which only took me 10 minutes or less. Don t waste your time here, they clearly don t need business.

Put incorrect lug nuts on my front driver side rim and almost made me loose a wheel on the highway, thank God I was able to pull away from a major accident perhaps a fatal one.They took care of the damaged break disc, capped off lugs and nuts and also took care of the tow truck cost BUT ended up stealing a pair of ray bans I had in my truck.They need to train their people right and double check every tire before returning the vehicle back to the costumerThey need to return my Ray BansThis is too ridiculous

I have come to this shop a couple times for a patch/plug in a tire for where I got a nail in it. They have always been super fast and the guy who runs the shop seems super nice. However the last time I was here the guy who worked on my tires wasn t as great. The wheel was super dirty after being put back on, but more importantly the tire was pretty over inflated. The front should be 33, but were at 36, back should be at 36, but the left one was at 48.

Always helpful with a quick turn around and a very competitive price. Easy access - will take care of your issues and get you on your way. These guys go out of there way to assist and help you out. And the prices are reasonable.

Don't waste your time on this place. These people are crooks. I took my car for an inspection, paid 20 dollars, and was told it did not pass. I asked for a refund and they refused.

This is my go to spot, been coming for years now. Not once have I had a bad experience because it s always been seamless. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all honest. When you go ask for Doug, he s great, very professional and fun. He gave us great service today, went above and beyond. Thank you so much :)

Do not come here!!! We went in on Monday to get a new tire. They ordered the wrong tire TWICE, it is now Thursday and I already paid $160 for a tire I still don t have. I don t have anything special, just super basic tires. Being weird to my BF about getting our money back and offered to put the WRONG size tire on? Pretty sure any other tire shop would ve had this done a lot quicker. Need to figure out how to get my money back from these scammers, go literally anywhere else

This buying experience was, by far, the best I have had as a consumer. The personalities of all the staff were beyond welcoming and personable. Jasmine definitely won me over just over the phone! I have been burnt by another tire shop and I was skeptical going in.. but soon reassured just from Jazz genuinely wanting to help me.. and THEN to come in on Saturday and witness the OWNERS still getting dirty out there and working just as hard as those hired sealed the deal! Lifetime customer.. no, rather, lifetime FAMILY! I definitely recommend those reading these reviews to take this one to heart!! I m NOT easily impressed! Thank y all First Speedy! You guys have definitely set the bar in consumer experience.

They always take care of ALL my tire needs and my family goes here!I m his favorite hillbilly. Lol. Great tires. Good service. I won t go anywhere else!Cosmo is great! And the woman who does counter work is also great and well knowledgeable about tires.I m a tree expert and they are tire experts. I rely on them they ve never let me down.

3rd flat tire in 3 months and I happened to be near this place when the indicator came on. I'm so glad I was. They had my size tire in stock and quickly replaced it. The parking lot was packed but they took care of everyone with ease. Great prices on tires too!

Goodness. I know for a fact that I got ripped off. However, being that I had to literally pump my unexpected flat, just to get the nearest tire shop 2+ minutes from my house, on top of having to be somewhere else right then & there, I was desperate. I have a huge history for getting flats, & I ve never paid no more than $7 to $10 on getting it fixed. It was my first time coming here, & this place ended up charging me $20. I made a comment about it, but I was so stressed & flustered about needing to be somewhere, that I didn t even try to argue any further. After driving off, I had already made up my mind that I m never coming to this tire shop again. I definitely wouldn t recommend this place to anybody, & will continue to go my usual tire shop for 10+ more years to come, even if it s further than a 2+ minutes commute. Ridiculous.

Went there to get a state inspection the young lady notice one of my tires was no good from the start and waits to till end of the to tell me that won't pass now you owe me why not let the customer know hey I noticed something early before they start like she said "I don't have to tell you nothing" money hungry *****

AWFUL PLACE!!! DO NOT COME HEREI wish this place had a negative star. I bought 2 new front tires on June 3 and my front right tire had low tire pressure warning the next day! I filled it up with air, and it was fine until Sun when I was driving on the highway and it blew on me!!I pulled off and put on my spare. I come to the shop Mon morning, and the owner tries to lecture me on how to drive on my tires, saying I drove on it flat! Proceeded to yell at me and deny me service when I demanded him change my tire and replace for free. Faulty tire was the issue. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

Best tire shop in Garland. Honest and fair, very courteous. I highly recommend them for fixing a flat to buying new tires. I'm a nail magnet so I have spent plenty of time here. I don't even have to get out of my car to get a tire patched up. And they will not try to sell you something you do not need.Really good guys.

The owner, joe was great. Professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was pleasure to work with. He had me taken care of in and out quick!(and I needed all 4 tires PLUS inspection) I anticipated having to wait for hours before i got there, but even though they were steady busy with customers i was done and driving out in less than 30 mins. Definitely recommend to anyone needing his services. A++

They got my old, warped tires off and new tires on in no time flat! They also notified me that I needed to change my lug nuts so I wouldn't have to damage my tires if I had an emergency. They pay great attention to detail and they are fair in their prices. I'm sure I'll be back to see them soon!

This place is the worst place to go to for a tire change or inspection. The staff are rude and change the prices depending on if the owner is there or not. I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day but no this time was the same if not worse experience. I get skipped because there is no line system or way for them to know who came first. The skinny asst manager has no customer service at all is as rude as can be. The staff member who has prison tats all down his neck got in my face when I said I did not want to pay extra money for a tire mounted after they had already told me it would be 15. The owner is nice as can be and is awesome which is the reason I kept coming back. He knew my car and the tires I bought from him and made me feel awesome and well taken care of. The assistant manager is the worst employee I have ever encountered in my life.

My favorite tire shop. They have a huge selection of good used tires, rims and new ones, even used 22's. These guys are great. Usually busy all day but super quick. I never have to wait long.

Very friendly service and quick. It was the first time I've been there for tire trouble and when I need service again, that's where I'll go! The service man that helped me was, Douglas. He was so helpful and nice
