Jay and rich took very good care of me and my truck. They were very helpful, told me everything I needed to know, kept me informed throughout my service. Very professional, love the atmosphere, communicated very clearly. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience here. It was okay. Thought I had a punched tire with a screw in it. But they said it didn't puncher through. They pulled it out and gave me air in all tires. However they charged me 22.00 for just putting it up in the air and pulling it out. Anywhere else they would have said no problem and go about my way with no charge.

To Whom it May Concern; this is not a corporate Firestone/Bridgestone location, this is a franchised location. This means that honoring corporate location-based Firestone warranties is at their discretion. For example, during one visit, I was told that my tires would not be able to be rotated for free, though that was included in the original warranty. I was told this was because I did not buy them at that specific location. I eventually got the free rotation, but it was not necessary to go through that trouble. Additionally, your service records from a franchised location like this will not show up in the corporate record database. This service gap could void certain warranties that require regular service check-ups the next time you take your vehicle to a corporate location.Locations like this are supposed to tell you when you walk in the door that they are franchised, though this location failed to do so. I also did not appreciate being pestered and told that I could get a discount on an oil change if I gave a 5-star Google review and mentioned one of the workers by name. If you care about the warranties you currently hold, as well as honest business practices, I would avoid going to this location.

This is my neighborhood mechanic, and I started coming here out of convenience, but I kept coming back for the excellent service. These guys have taken care of three of my cars over the last several years and are always responsive, efficient, and honest. I mostly come for oil changes and inspections, but have had bigger jobs done and they always do a great job. I had to come back after a new leak occurred in a replaced part, and they honored their labor warranty without hesitation. I will keep coming back and would definitely recommend using this shop!

Rich is great! Before taking my car in for general maintenance I called with a few questions and he answered all of them with no problem. Once I took my car in he keep me updated on what was going on with my car and recommended things I should have replaced soon and things that I could wait on before replacing. I had the most satisfying experience at this location. They were incredible friendly, helpful, and quick at putting new brakes and rotors onto my car. They gave me the BEST care and service from the time I walked through the door all the way until I left. They made sure to check everything I stated was concerning me and showed me everything that was going on so that I understood. Super friendly and helpful staff, great vibes and great service. Toke my car in for a problem with my heater/defogger wasn t working at all, Rich the manager did a fantastic job of finding the parts and doing the repairs for my car. They were fast and efficient and I was taken care of in 2 hrs, problem solved! I will take my car to them without hesitation in the future. Thank you for the Great service you provide!

Nicest Firestone east of Dallas. Garage is by far the cleanest I ve seen in any Firestone in my 10 plus years of doing business with Firestone in general. Lobby is sparse and open with an open view of the garage. Most Firestones seem to look like relics of the 60s and 70s but this one looks clean and new. They were able to start servicing my vehicle as soon as I arrived on a Saturday and had my 2 rear tires for my BMW changed out in less than 2 hours. This shop does have a Road Force balancing which is something I wish every shop had. This will be my primary Firestone for tires from now on.Returned for A/C service on 7/13. I specifically requested an evac and recharge on my AC system on my 2011 BMW simply because I felt the AC system could be running better and wanted to have peace of mind that my AC system wasn't having issues. Rob was informative from the get go and wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into. He was very honest, telling me my service wasn't absolutely necessary and checked to find out my A/C system was performing normally. Was not expecting this kind of truthfulness and was very impressed. I still had my system evac'd and recharged since it was already there with the shop but it's good to know these guys will not sell you on things you do not need. Great experience.

I came in with a leak in my tire, Rich was super sweet and checked all my tires for me and said they were not safe to drive especially since I do delivery services. I came here after struggling to find a good mechanic to service my car. Coming here was a great choice!!!! Rich was able to diagnose my issue and resolve it in less than 24 hours!!! This is my go to shop for my company vehicle. Rich is awesome, he's always keeping me updated with my vehicle. They get me in and out no problems, I am worry-free when I get back on the road safely because I know they did an excellent job. Shout out to the mechanics.

Due to my commute to and from work I typically hit my oil change mileage between 2-3 months on the dot. Rich and the guys at this Firestone I bet are incredibly tired of seeing me this often BUT every time it is the same wonderful service. They truly take care of me and my car and even if I move out of Garland I would make the drive back to this Firestone to get serviced.

Very fast service! Came in without an appointment and they let me in as I got there, only took 45 minutes to align my car. In and out in less than an hour !

Took my car in on Wednesday because it was making a low rumbling noise that was not normal. They did a diagnostic for $106 and informed me that it was the spark plugs. I explained that I did not think it was the spark plugs because I just had all four and all coils replaced at this time last year. They then gave me reasoning for why they though it was the issue and said one looked "dirty" so they could replace them.I picked up my car on Thursday only for it to be making the same noise.I informed them that the issue was not resolved and they said they would take another look. I brought my car in on Saturday and let them listen to the noise while I drove. They thought it was then a vacuum leak. They spent an hour trying to find the leak which I completely understand because I know they are difficult to find. They then informed me that there was no leak and that it was brake dust making the noise. I told them to put everything back together and that I would take it for a test drive. The noise was STILL not fixed because it obviously wasn't brake dust. I asked for my original diagnostic fee back as my car was not diagnosed because the spark plugs that they changed were not the issue. I did not ask for any money back for the price of labor as I know that they did work hard trying to figure out the issue. All I wanted back was the $106 diagnostic fee since my car had not been diagnosed. They refused and said that I could have a discount if I chose to came back. I will obviously not be going back to a business that charges me to fix my car and then does not fix my car. I would not reccommend this Firestone for any repairs to your vehicle.Edit in response to Team Management: I wanted the original diagnostic fee refunded to me since there was not a correct diagnosis for my car. My car drove the EXACT same before and after the spark plugs were replaced-including STILL hearing the noise that I originally brought my car in for. Because the low rumbling noise was still happening I brought my car back.I also called to let y all know that the noise was still there after I left on Wednesday; to which the response was bring it back in, we will take care of it. As you can see from my explanation above, the issue was still not resolved. Ultimately, I just don t want anyone else to have to experience what I experienced here. I spent far too much money for my car to be having the same issue when I left as when I had arrived (two different times).

I 100% recommend this location!!!I have had my oil changed here since they ve opened this location and they always do an amazing job. I usually always come after work and I never feel rushed. Prices are reasonable!!!

I was about to buy a used car from a small local car dealer. Something didn t feel right about the brakes so I stopped in this Firestone to see if they would look at it. The man behind the counter possibly the manager was super nice and without hesitation looked at the car. Sure enough the brakes were bad and needed major work. He didn t make a sale but helped anyway. Thanks a lot, really appreciate his kindness.
